Always a pleasure to shop at Publix. It is the same as my neighborhood store. Everything is clean, orderly, friendly and enough human cashiers.

I always love shopping at Publix. Its a little more expensive than Winn Dixie but the variety and customer service are worth it

This store may be small and crowded, but you can always get in and out pretty quickly. The only problem I have with this place, is the Deli Department. It seems to always take quite a while to get a sandwich made or just buy fresh sliced meats and cheeses. Not sure why they run it this way, but I had to walk away again, because I couldnt get anyone to help me, due to lack of resources. Really wish they would address this issue. Other than that, I still like this store, especially the Seafood Department.

This is our local grocer and one of the best in my opinion. I have shopped here for years. I have tried others like Luckys, Winn Dixie, Walmart and the new one Sprouts but I keep returning to Publix. The subs are awesome.

Wish I had a Publix close by! Picked up a strawberry shortcake tart for dessert @ my sons house. It was delicious and not overly sweet. My son recommended buying @ Publix bakery. I looked at other items in the store and deli section. I found varieties of brands I cant get where I live.

Publix is a great market and very clean. The atmosphere of the market is a Go Easy. Meaning, I can go there shop in peace and out. Great staff and very respectful.

Super nice people. Always have what you need. Unlike Winn Dixie who is discontinuing some of our favorite brands. If I need to go to Publix to pick up 5 or 6 things I cant pick up at Winn Dixie Ill stop going. Not going to make 2 trips. Im considering switching to Publix.

I had a feather quilt stick in the roof of my mouth after eating their deli chicken wings. I then commenced to look at the rest of the wings and found multiple feathers and quilts throughout the wings. Publix recently changed their wing prices up to 13.99 for 20 wings, for that price you would think they would at least make sure the feathers are plucked out...

Very friendly staff. Almost always have what I need, and then some! Lol! Easy in and out from Beach and Keenan. Also, wonderful bakery.

My go-to grocery store. Close by and always seem to have what I am looking for. Clean well managed and also my pharmacy.

Grocery store clean and Pricey but fresh foods although lettuce was a little withered this time around. Staff friendly the BOGOs are worth the visit and the items you would not get in other stores.

Its comforting to be in an area that I dont know and walk into a Publix. The areas are clean, management is moving about, and personnel are helping customers. While my visit was mere moments, I was able to locate my items and move on in an efficient manner. Staff is very courteous here

Great place to shop not too crowded in the mornings everyone is friendly and as added plus if you want something more than beer or wine there is a total wine 100 yards down from them 👍

Good Publix, but dont try to call a loved one to see if they need anything before you leave while youre in the store because calls often drop here. Can be easy to get in and out at time.Parking can be a nightmare.

A Publix fan to begin with, I will say that though there are clearly corporate policies or standards throughout --- some Publixs shine more than others. This Publix is always on top of their game when it comes to opening check out lanes when they are needed. By and large the customer service level is top notch -- I mean to the point where at least three employees who see me with regularity will greet me by name. One might make sure to point out a product I usually get and that is in stock. Out of geographic necessity I may shop at several different Publix stores but this Publix is hands down my fave.

I am so disappointed in Publix on Kernan square. I knew the open at 10 a.m. at the pharmacy. But just to make sure I checked the website and all it said that it was open because it was after 7 a.m. no other information. So I went there I got a ride because I dont drive and Im a closed-end. I get there and Im told the pharmacy doesnt open till 11 now. I cannot expect someone to wait for me for an hour for the pharmacy to open. All I could say you are not the Publix I Used to Know.

One of the best run and maintained grocery chains is Publix. Been shopping at this particular store for almost 15 years prior to starting our full timing RV adventure. From the pharmacy to the fresh vegetables section and liquor store, you wont find a better Publix anywhere.

This is the cleanest and most well stocked grocery store.

Ordered via instacart and picked up at Publix @ Kernan square. Publix did not rotate product on shelf and the Greenwise uncured bacon I got was OVER A MONTH past the stale date!. When I called the store back Ray asked what kind of bacon simply said ok just come back and I will bring out another after I explained the problem was not having fresh product on shelf, then she apologized. I went back to pick up replacement bacon... Wrong kind!! Interesting because on the phone she asked for the specific bacon I purchased and I told her. Can we PLEASE work on communication and customer service??!! Very disappointing experience!

I go out of my way to go to this Publix. There are 2 others that are closer to my house, but this one has always shined. I have been shopping here for over a decade and have used the pharmacy for all of my prescriptions as well.

I have been shopping here and using their pharmacy for a decade. It is a few miles out of my way to shop in this store, but it is worth every mile, traffic light, congestion and tight parking.The staff knows me by my name and go out of their way to speak with me every single time that I am in the store.The pharmacy staff is a genuine reflection on the values and principles that Publix stands for and go out of their way to take care of me as a patient/customer.I would not even consider going elsewhere.
