This is my neighborhood store. Ive been coming here for over 20 years. Far from perfect, but Im very happy with this location overall Publix in general. Friendly people that I enjoy joking around with when I shop. 👴🏼💪

I received the best customer service ever from Ray, our cashier! He noticed the strawberries I was purchasing weren’t good, and got a new carton for us. He was very kind and saw my son and hooked him up with some stickers. Overall great experience from a super nice employee!

Clean and organized and everything you need. These places that have empty shelves, go to publix, they have it all.....

I appreciate the high level of human kindness that is always demonstrated by the staff at this location. It is truly a testament about how these individuals are in their private lives and how fiercely they feel about having pride in what you do!! It is a pleasure to shop!!

This place is not as relaxing and comfortable as The Fresh Market, but they do have other selections more fitable for the General Public and younger Generations not concerned too much about a very calm shopping experience as the crowds there are heavier and noisier. The deli department do a good job.

I was not fond of the low lighting. But this publix had some unique items my ususl dont have. Bakery had some different items too so we overall enjoyed the store

Publix just has what I want plus they have such a nice variety of items. I tried some plums their the other day that renewed my hope that good tasting plums are coming back! YES!!

Good easy to find out what you looking for.

The deli workers were terrible. They didnt know how to make a wrap properly, tried to put uncooked bacon on it and completely got it wrong. They were also the slowest sandwiche makers that I have ever experienced. I was charged extra for a hot sandwich because I asked them to microwave the bacon even though the sandwich and wrap were both cold. I will not give up on Publics completely but I will definitely choose a different location next time.

Publix has the best customer service out of all the grocery stores. Pub Subs are the best. I am here for the Popcorn. Grocery prices are a tad high. The service is unparalleled. And they are down the block from Big House of Vapors!!!!

I love Publix as they have better fruits and veggies. The price of meat especially is very high right now but they have pretty good quality.Employees are very kind and helpful too

Always clean, The parking lot can be a little busy, however its always a great experience.

Always awesome food delicious deli meat and Subs but you need more employees to cut the meat and make the sandwiches always 30 minute wait but well worth it

I have always loved that Publix employees are always helpful and friendly, they bag the groceries and will take them to your car and put them in it. As I have gotten older, I greatly appreciate it. Prices are higher, but so is the service. The Publix brands products are the same quality as name brands and 98% of their conscientious shoppers wear masks. Love this place.

So nice to have a Publix in this area. They had a product Ive been looking that other Publix did not have.

Giving this Publix only 3 stars is really hard for me to do because i love this publix. Im in here just about every day sometimes twice a day. But one bad apple can ruin it for the rest. My entire shopping trip was great . The gentle man working in meat went above and beyond to cut up chicken breast into cutlets . Then i get to the cashier. Chloe, she had an attitude from the start. An must not be properly trained because she put raw chicken in with raw red meat . So i asked her to put the chicken in a seperate bag an i got an attitude with an eye roll. People have bad dayals, i know. But you also work with the general public . Cashiers are last faces seen when leaving the store and they can make it or break it for customers.

I Love Publix, now that they have a lot of Latin America Food and you can pick what you need is more betterOnly that prices are very high. but I still Love it. keep sale Spanish Products 👍

This particular Publix was disgusting today. Disappointed on the Bakery and the produce sections. They were flies (5) at the bakery. I did call the attention to the lady at the counter and she just look it at it. There is always missing items, today was the Attitude baby spinach only two trays available with expiration date 07/08. Today is the 10th. Very nice people at the cashiers, but I will change storage from now on.

Typically a great shopping experience. Was looking for an item in the International aisle and noticed every major section was labeled except West Indies or Carribean. I spoke to the manager Jill and she too realized it was missing. No, not in a pandering the customer is always right kind of way. But a genuine interest in correcting the overlook. I asked how long it would take to add the signage and it looks like my Publix will properly represent West Indies shopping section in just a few weeks! (Ill snap a photo and update my review then)-Faith

Love shopping at this publix. Friendly staff, plenty of parking and decent selection. Not as many gluten-free options as other locations, but most of the staples.

I went to Publix for Mothers Day to get food for my wife and kids. Bought some seafood to cook a special meal for my family to prepare that day for dinner. Tony made the process super easy and took very good care of us during our visit Thanks for your professionalism and great customer service.

The store is clean and easy to shop in. There were employees on hand to answer questions as they restocked the shelves. Checkout was quick and easy.

This location on Atlantic boulevard in Jacksonville Florida has always been very gracious to me and very helpful. I have never had a bad experience there.

Went here looking for :nestles water advertised in store sales pamphlet 32 bottles for $3.99. this was 2 publix went to normandy locate being of sale & they were out. This location out also. 7 days of sale & both stores out & ck the bad & no more their either even though ck phone at this location & stated their was some in back but was not.you slipping publix.

This Publix is a pleasure to shop at like every Publix I have ever been to. I personally prefer Publix over all other grocery stores. The layout is similar to the other publix stores that I visit. There deli is a little bigger and nicer than some others in the area. Its just hard to find a better overall value than Publix.

This is our neighborhood Publix that weve been going to for 9 years. The store is always clean, and the staff s always friendly and professional.

They have been rude and aloof in the past, but my last 3 visits have been completely different. They have been very nice and speak to you, even the morning customer service lady has been somewhat pleasant. Im very pleased.
