Love the furniture, however my experience was not on level i expected. Walked searching for plant. White guy with grey &dark beard saw me, but never approached or acknowledged me, around 5pm Mar 23. He ran to assist this white lady and just walked right on by me. I kept my composure! I was ready to spend alot of $$$$$s. I had to flag him down for questions.Ive been in customer service over 25+ years. Was thinking about purchasing several tables and plants, however Took my money elsewhere!!!

Absolute wonderful service this past Saturday from Jonathan there. He took care of us, no pressure sale, made it a very relaxing and almost fun experience.

If I could rate them at a 10 I certainly would! Kevin was our salesman and he took the time to answer any and all questions we had. We were looking for a new mattress and he did not try to sell the most expensive one. He asked us a few questions to learn what mattress we needed that would accommodate our needs. I have a bad back and neck and I did not have to tell him about that as he watched as we tried a few mattresses and he asked about my back!!! I am very impressed that he looked at us as real people and not a new miner and trying to calculate the commission he could make from us.He gave us a really good price which was a lot lower than the listed price and he threw in a couple of memory foam pillows as well. He placed our order and told us when it would be in and called us for a date that would be best for us! When the two gentlemen delivered it, they were awesome as well.This is my second purchase from Rose Brothers Furniture and I will purchase anything needed with them in the future

Do not bother buying here. We put a payment down for a sectional in May and were told its on the way in a truck. The truck came, they said its one of two, it’ll be on the second. In that time we came in and financed the rest of that payment and later on asked for a better deal on additional furniture. We had spent approximately 5-6k here at this point, and one of their employee’s rudely denied my request, “they’ve given us SOME business,” in a snarky tone. The sectional never made it, it hadn’t even been built yet and now it would be November till we got it. Once again, do not bring your business here, their prices are extremely marked up and they just tell you what you want to hear. Once that initial payment is down, they dont care. It took a minute to get them to refund our deposit.

We came in on a Sunday and were met by Pam a minute after we walked in. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular and we let her know we wanted living room furniture fit for a home with cats. She pointed us in the direction of some awesome pieces that has fabric that fit our needs. She gave us space to look around and checked in with us at various times, as needed. The arrangement of the gallery is great. Living room furniture comprised the bulk of the gallery, then dining room furniture in another, and a blend of bedroom and sale items of living room furniture in the other. The careful design was pleasing to the eye. Pam and Susan were extremely helpful, but not too aggressive on the sales floor. Once we found pieces we wanted, Pam was willing to offer a deposit to hold the pieces or offered financing with warranty. We opted for financing and it was very easy to do. We didnt have to arrange for delivery as we had a friend to help us bring our couch set home.We were highly recommended by an agent for Atlantic Marine Corps Community Housing and we were glad to have heeded her recommendation! Fine and dandy. Got the chair we wanted at a reasonable price delivery to the house. The owner even helped me into the truck.

My husband and I walked in with intentions to purchase but after talking with the sales man found out that they DO NOT DELIVER ON BASE. That was a deal breaker! Other than that they have great service and great prices..

I went to buy a pedestal bed and met with salesman Dan. He was friendly, very informative and was willing to give me all the information I needed to make my decision. He even showed me different options to get the desired bed I wanted, even if it meant not purchasing something from him. I will definitely return at a later date to purchase new furniture and will be requesting Dans assistance.

Dont bother with this place unless you want to pay 2-3 times more than what its worth. Typical military town furniture store. You better be on your toes and know the going prices for what youre buying. I didnt. Thats my fault. I ended up paying $2100 cash for three recliners. One of them was leather and the other two were generic cloth. Wont happen again. Stay away from the saleswoman with a last name that starts with a..... NAH, just stay away from this place PERIOD!

We were looking for a loveseat that reclined. We found one here. Nice leather and it is a power recliner. We love it, very comfortable 💜 Service was pretty good.

My husband and I bought our first living and bedroom set from a Rose Brothers and we have continued to go back for the last 12 years. The costumer service is good and the prices are great! Rose Brothers Furniture is a rip off! Everything we found here, we found significantly cheaper in Hickory, N.C. and Highpoint, N.C.The salesman Kevin was so nice when we were purchasing, and indicated that he had been working there 27 years and wanted to make the customer happy. However, when we asked for help, he went ghost and pretended to have no power to intervene on our behalf. Johnathan the so-called Manager is totally unresponsive and no help at all! Customer service does not exist here. Dont buy unless you just want to pay more of their unnessary prices! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Customers Beware!!PLEASE DONT BUY FROM ROSE BROTHERS! Great selection, prices and staff. Delivered the next day and the delivery crew were polite, friendly and helped us inspect for flaws. Will be going back again when we finish our furniture.

We were on the hunt for a specific style bunk bed for our daughters and it seemingly either didnt exist or was a fortune at every store that had it. Decided to stop in at rose brothers and sure enough they had not only the style we wanted but offered more than one wood finish for it. We worked with 2 different men there and both were very easy going and pleasant to work with. Both were understanding of our cranky kids, because we had all 3 in tow with us. Not once batted an eye at them when 2 were beyond fussy because nap time was well past due.All in all it was a great visit. We found what we were looking for at a GREAT price and had GREAT salesmen! Will definitely be back for any other furniture purchases in the future!

Didnt have any couches for sale

Nice friendly staff But dont know how to keep their delivery dates Purchased a set of couches over a month ago They said they would have our order in in 8 days its been over a month were still waiting And really badd about returning phone calls Best advice go there in by your supplies and take them with you

Don’t buy any furniture here. The furniture is over priced and depreciates very quickly. Also the insurance they offer through Guardian protection products is garbage. They make it impossible for you to file a claim along with trying every way possible to denying your claims. Their product protection should be investigated for false advertisement or misleading consumers. Total Scam going on here!!

Couldnt have had a worse experience. Rachel was our sales person.1. Mattress was promised to be delivered next day or day after because it was in stock. It then took 6 days to deliver because it apparently wasnt in stock. We specifically bought that mattress so my husband wouldnt have to sleep on an air mattress as he has a herniated disk in his back. We were assured our mattress would arrive within 1 day.2. Our sectional was promised to be delivered in 1-2 weeks. It took 16 days total to get the entire thing. We had to deal with a sectioned ripped so we had to order you a new one, and oh I said we would drop it off this week, I didnt say tomorrow so we arent coming out today, (yet my husband and I both had voicemails saying it would be at our home on a certain date, and I even TOOK THE DAY OFF OF WORK to be there for the delivery men), and last but not least, when the final piece arrived on Day 16, the delivery man said, So were doing an exchange right? A huge mess of miscommunication of their end. Utterly disappointing.3. I went to pay my first monthly payment and Rachel had entered my husbands social security number incorrectly when we applied for financing, so I spent half an hour on the phone with Synchrony Bank Customer Service trying to correct the situation. New credit cards will arrive in 7-10 business days and the old ones had to be cancelled.The store offered NOTHING in the form of even a verbal apology to rectify the situation. It was the worst retail purchase I have ever made. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

All I have to say is Bait and Switch!!! We bought a bunk bed and mattress. The original mattress was conveniently out of stock, but they had the next upgraded one in stock. When we went to the warehouse to get the bed frame, the workers disappeared for a long time and then a lady came out and told me that they would have to deliver the frame later because the owners have a policy of making them assemble the beds to ensure all the parts are their. When the delivery men came to the house, we noticed that this bed was actually the display model. The dumb asses from the store even forgot to remove the tape holding the price sign we saw in the store. Fortunately, we did receive a discount, but my wife and I will never shop there again.

After we almost walked out we were actually helped. I give 3 stars because the salesman price matched for a good deal.

Building could definitely use some upgrades and beautification but the staff and service was still awesome, especially Kevin Smith.

Ordered a couch that was to take 4 to 6 weeks to make from pacing our order. Weeks go by with no phone call or update. We called at least once per week to get a order update and nobody could tell us anything or would they call us back. Finally 4 weeks went by and finally found out the order wasnt placed because not enough orders of that brand were placed through the company and it would be another 4 to 6 weeks. No customer service, no updates. Who knows if the warranty would ever be honored. We cancelled the order. Do not order from here.

Great service & staff

The people that own and work at this place (ALL Rose Brothers locations) are worthless. We have been trying to have our furniture repairs (their delivery guys broke/didnt assemble our bedroom sets properly) completed since November 2014. Less than 10 months after receiving our stuff, and they have refused ever since then, stating we have to buy the items to have a furniture repairs. Each and every single one of them are scam artists trying to put every dollar they can in their pockets. Dont waste your money with these crooks. I am going to do what I can to have them black listed, I know they have done this to a lot of other service members aside from myself and some of the other people that have left reviews.

Sold us a bed that squeaked right after being put together. They Super glued the drawers on. After many times of putting more wood in to stabilize the bed it still squeaked. No not because of weight because my 21 llb one year old could squeak it. So very disappointed! Oh and they forgot a drawer to the bed frame and took 3 days to come back. Next time it will be furniture fair!

Susan and Rita are super sweet they work with you from the day you srart looking for furniture until you have purchased what you need. They greet you with a smile and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

They do not have any pricing on the Rose Brothers website, moving on to the next furniture company. A no win for them!

Bought a Lazy Boy sectional, warranty was for 1 year on the cushion material. When I tried to get some service about replacing the cushion material was told for 6 weeks that they were looking into it for me. I called Lazy Boy and found out that nothing would be done. Asked them about a recommendation for an upholstery shop to fix the couch and they couldnt be bothered with that either. If I could rate them a ZERO stars I would. Avoid at all cost!

This company WILL cheat you so just be careful if you use thiw company. They are extremely over priced also so look at other options. The movers were really kind and they too know how many people this company cheats on a daily. We had a sales guy named KEVIN and like all sales guys he will give you one estimate but as he continues talking he will up the numbers a bit hoping you wouldnt notice the deal change. If you use this company be kind to the movers because they arent apart of the games that this company plays with its customers. Also be sure to have everything in writing before you buy or maybe use snapchat/video or whatever if you dont have pen and paper. These people do not care about YOU.

Very rude. I mean the worst customer service Ever. Sales person told us one price then when we went to the front to pay they raised it 100 dollars and tried to say thats what they said from the start whats even worse is my fiance and I were standing there together listening to the sales lady Pam who isnt terribly bad just a bad liar. As she was telling us we would be getting a great deal and she would be able to do the price then the manager said she said a different total and was very disrespectful so I happily tool my family and my buisness to majors. And they were great rose bros is a crock. If they know you have military affiliation they will try to reach deep in your pockets. If you want good furniture for a good price from good people go to majors stay as far away from this place as possible. Im surprised they havent went out of buisness. They will soon though. I regret ever pulling in the parking lot for them to waste 5 hours of our life.

I brought a livening room suit from Rose Brothers Funtime of Jackson NC I into the second year the loveseat started peeling call to store and couldnt get any help brough insurance with it still couldnt get no replacement they gave good talk on how it wouldnt peel and all and how they stand behind what they seal turn out it was not so I would not refer them to any one u pay good money for something and get jeped Im so disappointed!!!

Please dont waste time here 2 months ago we ordered chairs and no one called so we finnally did and they said oh yeah weve had them. This place is extremely picey for what you get and the service is horrible and they really push you to buy buy buy..

My wife and I have been fighting with them since November 2014 to come out and complete assembly (on master bed set) and repair both beds that we purchased in December 2013, that didnt get delivered until Jan of 2014. Now they are saying that if we want the repairs, we have to purchase the stuff to repair on our own dime. These guys are scam artists, and I am going to be looking to find out who they are members of here in Jacksonville (i.e. BBB, etc). Do not purchase from any RoseBrothers Furniture. If you want better quality and better customer service, shop at WalMart. The quality is far superior!

Terrible experience, ended up cancelling our order. For those who care to read, heres what happened. We custom ordered a Catnapper sofa (about $2,000.) We were told that it would be 4-6 weeks before it would be delivered. We called Rose Bros 4 times over the course of 3 weeks to find out what the status of our couch was. We wanted to know when it was predicted to arrive (4 or 6 weeks, had it shipped yet, etc.) Finally, on the 5th week of trying to figure out when our couch would arrive, Rita, the office manager informed me that the couch order has not even been PLACED yet because they needed a certain amount of catnapper sofas to be ordered before they could place our order.So, we had been calling for weeks and nobody told us that they had not even placed our order to Catnapper yet. They refunded our $400 deposit, but had no remorse. They didnt care that they were losing our business. No apologies, attempt to keep our business or desire to make the situation better. Im all for supporting a local company/economy, but theres no fix to poor customer service.Now were off to the furniture store next door to order the same exact sofa.

Went here in Havelock NC to get a new set of beds for my kids and wasn’t even acknowledged by none of the people working here but they acknowledged the white couple that had came in and on top of that theynearly walked over my youngest child without saying excuse me as they were carrying a mattress to the back.If you are not of European descent I wouldn’t shop here.

The sales lady outright lied to my face My wife noticed a crack going clear through a wood table. The salesperson said a boy with a knife had marked the table when his parents werent watching. My wife again mentioned the crack went clear through and I noticed another crack on the opposite leaf. I know the difference between a scratch and cracked wood and dont appreciate being lied to.
