As always 100% satisfied went in for 2 wigs came out with 4 and more. Prices are affordable tbey have human, blended, and ssynthetic wigs and hair.

The employee went above and beyond to help me get the right supplies for my daughter and she was able to go straight to everything like she was home! And customer service was awesome she even told me how she braided her family members hair and what she used! My daughter loved her hair thank u!

As a mother of 3 daughters, when I moved down here I had no clue where we would go to shop for our hair supplies. I found this business from a google search and I have no regrets. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of various hair and beauty products for a affordable price. Plus I love the fact African Americans work there because it offers help from someone who understands my hair type and style. Wife absolutely loves coming here. Every time I go to Jacksonville, she needs to go. Good prices, good staff and literally have anything you need for your hair or your kids hair. Its tucked in the back part of the New River shopping center by the planet fitness.

Ive been purchasing hair care products from this location for almost 25 years! Whether its for my own personal hair care needs or for my daughters, I always find what I need here! Ive not only purchased hair care products, but when my girls were small, this is where I got their cute lace trimmed socks and barrettes for church! Mrs. Barbara and her staff are always super sweet and helpful, and Mrs. Bridgette always provides the best customer service with a smile! 💕

Mid sized beauty supply store but has everything that I needed, good selection! Cheaper than Sallys, I shouldve came here first. Great customer service.

I am Native American and I have shopped at this store. The first time I went in, the clerk was not very polite, like I didnt belong, but after finding what I needed I decided to try them again. I went looking for earrings for a formal event and this clerk was very helpful and friendly. I have since gone in several other times. I have not had any problems since the first visit. Do give them another chance. I have sent several friends there. They have a wide selection of items at reasonable prices.

Sometimes they can be distracted when helping you but they have the best customer service! Super large selection of weaves. They have a lot of cheaply made stuff such as the make ups and nail polishes but I won’t buy any hair product until I’ve checked this store. Best prices are here!

I typically can find what I am looking for. THe lady behind the wig counter is always friendly and down to earth. I do wish they would carry a few more brands of weaving hair. Such as milky way. But over all Im satisfied with the store decent selection at a decent price.

I like the store and the employees they are really nice, but yesterday OMG Godzilla momma got lost inside the wig store. If you have children or have raised children thats not away to act in public hunching on the ground. And have the nerve to say I m holding up the line. That ticked my spirit off. And it looked like she was getting it on the books broke tail helfa. I love my life and children and Im not about go to jail for BS. I will just spend my monies else where. And make sure Im strapped when I or if I go back.

The one on yopp road is not as friendly as the one off Western. Yopp Rd has managers and employees who dont know all of their products, and they sit in the back, loudly making fun of their customers. Very unprofessional!!!I recommend not going to the one off Yopp Rd if you want people who are friendly AND know what their products are, or know products that they dont sell, but can help you get something similar that they do sell.
