Lay has amazing customer service skills. I walked in looking to find products to do my own lace wig. She really walked me through and helped me find things that I needed. Not only was her attitude pleasant, she was also patient and kind.

Can this place be too big? If thats possible. I loved shopping here. The young lady that works there knew right where the things I wanted were so I didnt have to walk around aimlessly. Thank you for allowing the public in!

A decent and very clean huge beauty supply store that will always supply you with all of your hair needs and demands. They have a very large verity of premium regular and synthetic weaves braiding hair and wigs etc etc different chemicals from hairspray to dyes relaxers and perms even children pieces hair barrettes and accessories they have everything you would need clothing jewelry accessories and they also provide a slew of servers services from ear piercing to lace frontal wig installments its a great store you who is reading this should go check it out....

I was in the store for almost 30 minutes and was never asked if I could be helped with anything.

Some of the prices were a little high for me!

I never feel rushed or hounded when shopping in here. I feel like I can shop around to find what I need and also find new products along the way. When asking for help, staff was knowledgeable.

Went there with my husband to buy a wig to cover my quarantine hair. Honestly the lady that helped us was awesome and super nice even with our ignorance on wigs. She found us exactly what I was looking for! The girl that checked us out was super patient with us. Great experience!

I always have a good experience when I go to this location. I have natural hair and they carry almost every brand of product geared towards natural hair care. So if you are curious about a product you can find and try it out locally. The staff is always kind and helpful and the store is always well kept, clean and organized. Hair, skin, nails, wigs and almost any other things you can think of for personal care is available at reasonable prices. :) definatley worth a visit!

My wife is very pleased with this store. They have a huge inventory and a great selection of most every item. Prices are very comparable and good. We always can find what we need here.

Very rude staff. Not helpful and kept putting stuff back that i took down to buy. Don’t waste your time here go to the one on Atlantic they are much nicer.

Well the store has a good selection, but false pricing items then trying to charge you more when you try and purchase!!!! The girl that was on her cell phone at the counter told me it was a different price because of the color and the sign said that but when WE went to the sign it did not!! So she went and asked her boss (I guess)and told him the sign said the price I said...but still tried to charge me $10 more ....probably assuming because I was white I would say ok!! Because it’s very little selection for us!!! NOPE NOT ME...they will not get my business plus it’s against the law to advertise one price and try and charge another!!! Then we I told the girl it’s ok she just picked up her phone and said ok !! Guess customers don’t matter to them!!!

Although they have a very wide selection of products specifically for African-American hair types, one particular individual that works at this facility has extremely poor customer service. I came in on two occasions and my items were checked out by the same cashier, an older lady that was very rude. When we entered the store, we were not greeted as we normally are when others are working. Nor did we receive a simple “thank you” or “have a nice day”. Mind you, I spent quite a bit of money on both days I visited this store. I was so disappointed that I almost went back to the store to return all my items. I understand that the location of the store maybe in an area where some people may be economically challenged, but a paying customer is a paying customer and should be treated as such with respect. I felt that if this store was located in a more affluent area, the service would’ve been different and poor customer service would not be tolerated. A word of advice to the owner: customer service goes a long way and word travels fast. At the end of the day, the products that you sell are available at any of the multiple beauty supply stores throughout Jacksonville as well as online. With that being said there’s plenty of competition around. I will not be returning to this place for business nor any of my friends if they ask for my opinion.

The owner watches you like you are going to steal from their store. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I wont bother shopping here again.

I get very bad vibes here.You are charged 50 cents to buy a cap to try on 2 wigs which is crazy because if you dont like the wigs you have to spend 50 more cents to buy another cap.The workers are treated badly and the owner have them standing around as if theyre body guards.I would not spend your money nor work here.
