Prices high, a lot of wigs old and dusty

I really love this place. Sales reps r ALWAYS so nice to me. They r very patient and helpful. You can tell them what ur looking for and they r very good about giving u the best deals for ur budget. Not like other shops that just want ur money.

Well stocked with everything you need to enhance your beauty. The employees are always helpful and ready to assist with questions and honest opinions about their products. They do not follow you around the store making you feel like a criminal.

They have just what i need to do my daughters hair. I was looking for a certain shade of pink beads for her hair. I told the manager and the next time i came they had it!! Im fairly new to Jax....Ive been looking everywhere. Finally found my beauty supply store!!! So kind and professional as well.

Had everything I needed

The owners of the place are nice. Some of the staff are nice and helpful and the others can do better. However my daughter and I like coming here because we usually find what we need every time.

No matter your racial makeup or ethnicity, this place has THE best selection at THE best price of THE best products, USUALLY & MOST often all natural ingredients.All of the garbage Walmart sells for any ethnicity is just that, silicone gunk infused with artificial & questionable chemical ingredients.Nearly everything offered here is 100%, or nearly 100% all natural.Everything is displayed perfectly & in a logical order (compared to Sallys or Walmart) making it easy to find everything youre looking for. 👍

Carry The Creme of Nature Leave in Moisturizer...coconut milk

Ghetto just like the rest of them. I order my products online to avoid the ignorance. The associates use profanity, popping gum while talking, discussing baby daddy issues, the music they play is definitely not customer friendly and the owners could care less because theyre probably paying them under the tablepennies on the dollar.

The owner actually assisted me with my in-store search! Had a no-hassle exchange a few days later!

I just called to ask if they carried a certain product the guy who answered the phone immediately got snippy with me because he wasnt knowledgeable on what it was I was asking. Then when I tried to be more specific he sighed and then hung up the phone. So rude. Thats my primary go to hair store and Im so disappointed with how I was spoke to today. I feel I was clear and concise on what I was asking for. Today they lost my frequent business forever. Please dont let these hair store owners underappreciate your money. If you arent treated right take your money to someone who will.

Satisfies all my hair needs

This place has a variety of hair, skin, and facial products that are not expensive.

Came in to do a simple exchange on 5 packs of hair and the owner tried to accuse me of having a sixth pack of hair when they actually just had overcharged me for a extra pack of hair. Moral of the story i will not be returning here ever again, they wont get a chance to scam me twice.

You might not be attracted by the outside but once you step in its amazing and great customer service they only recommend products they would use theirselves
