I had a good experience. The only issue I had was the manufacturer forgot parts to my pool when boxing the product which caused a holdup in installation. I am not sure if that’s directly related to the store or if they are separate. But all in all it was a good experience, the staff was friendly and all that matters is I have a pool to cool off in!!! So thank you splash!!

Terrible customer service!I walked in with CASH in my pocket intending to purchase a hot tub. I walked in and I was the only customer in the store. Two employees were just standing behind the counter doing nothing.They did not greet me or even ask me if they could help me. They had a sign that said hot tubs upstairs, so I went upstairs. There was an employee just sitting in a chair with his feet up.He looked at me and did not ask me if he could help me. Funny thing was there were. No hot tubs upstairs. They had one swim spa by the front door. I stood there and looked at it, once again no one asked me can I help you. I walked out and went down to Premier Outdoors and within minutes did the deal. They were Awesome, Bob answers all my questions. Customer service is everything. Premier was totally opposite to Splash!

I purchase a Jacuzzi with this company at one of the home shows a little over a year ago. Before the year I called because the jacuzzi would not work after three times running the pumps. I’ve been trying to get them back to repair it they came once and did not repair it. They said that it was an issue with the manufacture and how it was made. Yet they sold it to me. My husband has gone to the store and then totally ignore each time he has tried to discuss the repairs or and or replacement. My next step is to contact an attorney we paid over $6000 for some thing that only worked for one year. Not right

My husband and I visited the store on Philips HWY and looked at 3 pools displayed in the store. We received a price quote on the size we liked but when we went back to purchase the pool we were told that the pool was $1000 more than the price on our quote. When asked why, we were informed that the price quote was not for the displayed pools but for another pool that we did not look at and one that was not displayed at all in the store.It is very despicable and unethical to treat customers like that.

This store does not take any returns even if the item was purchased the same day. 4 sets of Christmas lights were purchased and the employee put the wrong color lights in the bag and we were responsible for their error. None of the boxes had been opened. We were not looking for a refund just the correct color string of lights which they had in stock and would not exchange If your looking for a store with Christmas spirit and want to spend your money locally I would suggest that you find another store. Lastly all employees do not wear a protective mask but they do carry them in their pockets in case you ask.

I have purchased 2 pools from this location since the 80s. The Store Manager, Susan, is an exceptional Manager with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to spas, pools and all the chemicals needed to keep them well maintained. She is honest and will not sell you something you do not need. This location is always clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this store. Oh, and they also carry patio furniture and become the Splash Christmas Store at the end of pool season.

I am just beginning my search for a spa. I stopped at Splash as I recall that they had a large selection several years ago. There was one floor model in the back of the store. The salesperson reluctantly approached me and was quick to inform me that the spas are on back order. He was not interested in consulting with me at all. I won’’t return. Very disappointing.

One of the best places in Jacksonville to get a wide selection of ornaments. They have lots of trees in many different themes here. Such a nice variety of styles and colors to choose from. Just remember its only Christmas here from like September to January. Shop early for the best selection. They have quality ornaments and trees. The prices reflect this. Its not Walmart, its quality and you get what you pay for. Lots of glass and very few plastic ornaments. Also a wide selection of stems for the designer touch to your tree. Staff is always friendly and able to help. I enjoy coming the 2hr drive every season. Shop local! Not a big box the quality selection and service are worth it.

They never answer the phone. Horrible reviews with the BBB, Yelp, and their FB page. Sells used and faulty equipment.

Great experience with lots of hot tub education. JC was very professional and polite and when she wasnt sure of an answer she got it from someone else in the store. Not at all high pressure sales. Lots of variety and customizations. Left with a great colorful and detailed catalog with colors and options. I like the inclusion of all the products. Some hot tub places nickle and dime you for every single item that youll need to make the initial bottom line seem small, but this place has a business model a lot of companies should take up, include the necessities like chemicals and step ladders and lids. My husband and I were highly impressed and we will be back after some extra measuring!

We were looking for pool toys like Volleyball and Basketball pool games but they did not have anything we were looking for. Took a full store walk and they do have a large selection of pools and hot tubs as well as lounge furniture. The product looks like high quality and is not inexpensive. Plenty of help so if you need pool stuff suggest you stop in.

I purchased a hot tub from these folks approx 6 years ago and needed to replace the cover due to the sun and weather. I called and gave them the model of the hot tub and size needed when I got home and placed the new cover on the tub it was to big so I called the gentleman that took the order and informed me that he would take care of it well when I didnt here anything for two weeks so I called and spoke to the manger who was rude and over spoke me the whole time she obviously doesnt understand customer service. Avoid this location

We were told that the pool we were going to buy was all aluminum and we could put the whole way in the ground, well we did some research and they dont even sell any aluminum pools and you cant sink more than two feet. This was coming from the assistant manager! All lies. Be Carefull!

Amazing people and service! Ive never owned a pool before and they were there for all of my questions which I had a lot. Never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking too much time and it took me several days before I felt right about the build and price. The company they work alongside that does pool ground leveling and installation was equally wonderful as well! Ive had my pool three months now and have zero regrets. Id recommend them to anyone considering a pool or spa.

Female attendant didnt even respond after Id been in the store nor did she respond after I said hello or Merry Christmas. My partner on the other hand was asked if she needed help and probed with conversation.

The store Manager Jeff, has been of the utmost service to me and my wife, over the years we have been doing business he has always put his busy schedule on hold to come assist us and has on his own time came to our home to help us figure out tough issues, He continually goes above and beyond to help the customers and always greets us and anyone else that comes in your store with a smile and a happy demeanor! you could not ask for a better rep for your business!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! We bought a new above ground pool complete package here Spring 2017. Now one year later the transformer caught on fire, burning some of the wires from transformer to light, and scorching the deck. When I called Sue, she said she could give me a new transformer. I took everything to the store to show her that its not just the transformer thats damaged. Sue wasnt there but the girl working called her. Sue said if I needed a whole new unit that I would need to buy another one. The transformer the girl was going to give me wasnt new, it was dirty and had bent prongs. We paid $105.93 for this light. We found the same exact model number AC 08478 online at Home Depot for $59!!!!! If you go to the review on YELP you can see the pictures.When we bought the pool we went with using the FROG system, Sue sold us a huge bucket of chlorine shock. When I questioned about the FROG system was supposed to be chlorine free, she said you had to have it to shock the pool. After being on FROGS website and watching their videos, and calling customer service I found out she was wrong and I did not need this, I needed a NON-CHLORINE SHOCK so there was almost $200 that I didnt need!!Splash is a rip-off, they dont stand behind the things the sell.

I purchased my hot tub from Splash over 10 years ago... and back then...customer service and support was great. However, in the past year it has greatly declined and is borderline pathetic. They do not return calls and have had to come out multiple times for a repair that NEVER got fixed. I will NEVER RECOMMEND or use this company again. Their management needs to get their act together, it’s ridiculously unprofessional and unacceptable by any standards.

Sold me a spa after spending a full day working on the deal and asking questions only to find out they had no idea what they sold. Told me it was 110 plug and play but it wasn’t. They tried to sell me a different for less desirable model for an outrageous price. Really didn’t seem to genuinely care. Do research and you can definitely beat their prices.

Very unhappy! False advertising! I spoke with Bree multiple times .. She assured me the 54 in Cypress with the deluxe package was 5200.I called her multiple time times in a week period. She assured me the price was correct. Told me everything it included.padding vacuumed etc. I drove over an hour to come buy it and Tyler ans her wouldn’t honor the price. The new price was 6498.00plus 454.00 tax making the pool 6952.86 . What a joke ! Should of listened to my wife !People be ware they are scammers! I’ll go back to pinch a penny Jimmy’s a honest dude! His prices are the same and if he screws up he honors it!

Jeff, Susan, Emrah and the entire staff are knowledgeable about all of their products from pool toys and ornaments to high end spas and the prettiest Christmas trees. All of the the products are top of the line so yes, you will spend more money then at your normal home improvement store, but you will not need to replace worn out patio furniture or get a new Christmas tree every few years.

Good selections of choices. Professional, had our new pool set up in no time. Would recommend Splash pools.

I will explain why the 5 star rating. I purchased a 41 ft by 21 ft oval Doughboy pool in 1996. It has a 7 ft deep end. Approximately 38,750 gallons. Yep, pretty much a lake in my back yard. I had a company called A & S Construction install it. I had no issues with installation.About 15 yrs later, pool still fine, but we were getting some rust on the bottom panel by the skimmer. (Overflow from rain.) A friend of my sons said to empty the pool, replace the panel and fill the pool back in. (Liner was still fine after 15 years.)This friend installed above ground pools for another company so we believed him. After emptying the pool, we called Splash (Jeff Long) and told him what we did. He said Oh, no, you cannot empty the kind of expandable liner you have. It will shrink and you will not be able to reuse it. Didnt I explain that to you when you bought the pool? In fact, yes, he did. I looked back at my notes.We purchased a new 41 ft by 21 ft expandable liner for around $1000 plus some other new equipment due to age of the original items. Jeff explained EXACTLY what to do and helped us get the pool back up and running.The pool is not below ground for safety reasons. I decked 1/2 of it with a self closing gate and latch that has to be opened by reaching over the gate from the steps. I did this for safety so toddlers would not be able to get into the pool. (Although we never left toddlers unattended in the back yard anyway.) I also have a privacy fence around my entire back yard but worked full time and didnt want a neighbor kid to come over, get curious and fall in.So, in 2011, after installing the new liner and misc equipment (Total less than $1300), I now have an almost new pool and hope to get another 15 years from it.I will be hard piping pump and sand skimmer this fall. That would be my only recommendation for anyone purchasing a new pool.I was hoping to get at least 7 yrs from the pool originally in 1996. Im currently at 21 yrs.And, the reason I wanted an above ground pool is in case I want it removed, I can do that. You cannot remove an inground pool very cheaply, if at all.So thats my personal experience with Splash Pools in Jacksonville, Florida. Jeff Long, manager.

I was about to contact this company for a new pool and courtyard but with only 5 ratings on Google....??, most with no comments except the the one with a negative comment, which was totally unacceptable, I will steer clear. How or why would anyone give a 5 star rating without the reason why the company earned the 5 star rating? So dissapointing. I then went on Facebook. No Reviews or ratings only a few posts which reflected a major warning to stay away from this company and of course another 5 star rating without a reason for the rating. 99% of all posts have no more than one like and most of them are from the same person. Still looking for a reputable, customer service, committed, pool builder in NE Florida, this is the trird one what has not passed customer service.

Jeff is super nice. But buyers beware the installs guys are not good this is our 2nd go around and your install is not priority. This time we used 5 Star Pool Pro, we had problems with installing the pool in ground, the team and Bud told us we were not top priority, they do not consider us customers. There is more important customers and we can not move those customers just to fix our problem.I feel 5 start pools overbook and if your install is a problem they move on to the next and you are pushed back to when ever. If you buy a pool from Splash ask for Randy Spalding his has been great. We have called Splash several times asking for help, but no return calls. We are 1 week behind and over budgeted by $1500.00, no pool installed just a giant hole in the back yard. Thank you Randy Spalding for coming to our plea of help today.
