Very cool find, saw sign driving by. Has all the game supplies you need for pool, darts, and others (I walked out with a bag full of stuff). Lots of pool table options if youre looking to buy, including a hand carved one-of-a-kind (really cool). Saw they also had some pool lessons being taught if you wanna up your game. Will go back when were back in JAX.

Superb experience. I was looking for a table and Erik made the whole process completely painless. I ended up ordering a custom Olhausen that turned out fantastic. Erik got me a great deal on it, stayed in contact throughout the whole process and delivery/installation was expertly meticulous. Seriously, dont go anywhere else if youre looking for a pool table or accessories.

When I purchased my cue, Gary & Erik were very helpful & pleasant to talk to. I will be going back for another cue, in the near future. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars.

Jacksonvilles best kept secret for game room furnishings!

Went to Billiard Factory in search of a cue stick. I am interested in some of the higher end equipment like Predator, of which they had a reasonable supply, which is why I gave two stars. I actually visited twice....one in the morning and later in the afternoon. Probably about 30 minutes each trip. There were a number of sales guys hanging out, and I could hear them laughing and joking and telling stories, so thats probably why they were unable to swing by to ask if I had questions. So I cant really add any more stars for the sales aspect. Ill probably end up going with Seyberts or Pooldawg as the prices are the same, and I can custom order the stick to my exact specs right online.

Wow that place is beautiful and has everything you could want plus the gentleman that helped me was very patient with me since I didnt know just what I really wanted lol.

I will start by saying I have owned many pool tables .y last being a Gold Crown . I recently purchased a used Brunswick Metro. It was installed with precision and care 2nd to none. The lighting system they installed was also something to behold. The staff made me feel so comfortable .Their inventory is the best in Florida and their prices are great for such high end products. This is a great place to buy a pool table or billiard supplies. They have many things to fill the man cave. The staff is great and very knowledgeable about anything you need. They even have a computer repair center. Its not just about billiards here. Heck, they even got pool tables to play on while they are open. I recommend this place.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently had an unfortunate incident on my motorcycle that ended up with my cue and new revo shaft being broken. Erik went above and beyond to help me get my equipment replaced quickly! I will continue to purchase all of my equipment and recommend The Billiard Factory to everyone I can.

Reasonable prices, great customer service

What a great business. I met Erik at the home show and then went by his showroom the following Monday. He greeted me when I entered the showroom and remembered me from the show. Although Erik had a client that was looking at his most expensive cues he still took the time to show me felt for a pool table I am repairing. He also took the time to educate me on how to replace tips and in the different types of billiard balls. I live in Palm Coast but I can tell you I will be driving to Jacksonville for any needs I have. I should also mention that Eric has tables you can rent by the hour so if you are looking for a great place to shoot some pool you cannot do any better than the Billiard Factory. Thanks for the excellent service.

Great chill place to go shoot some pool.

I purchased a $1400 cue and the company owner Erik assisted me in the purchase and unfortunately he talked me into choosing the 12.9 taper shaft that turned out to not fit my play ability so I called the next day and asked if I could switch it out and he said no so I returned in person two times to finally get him in person where he said to me ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I was unfortunately forced to pay a $75 fee just to swap out the shaft. He never told me all sales are final when I purchased the cue. Worst customer service I’ve ever received from a billiard company.

Referred to us by other pool players we came in and bought sticks in assorted billard needs. I got a glove chalk and my husband said we got a good deal military discount offered you can also play pool there too. Its a quiet big building with many tables and accessories. The owner is always very good with suggestions and answering questions he is an expert very friendly staff they also carry other gaming items for your home... furniture for your game room etc. Pacman old school and newer video games. I really like the foosball tables and the artwork they have that features pool players card players golf funny things you know! Great gift ideas for man caves!
