Just ordered flowers for a very special person in my life who just moved to Jacksonville! Not only are their flowers so beautiful but customer service is top notch! I needed an extra step so she could read the card, I placed this order after hours and then called and left a message to ask for the special request! Not only did the fulfill the request but also called me back way way after closing at 8:30 my time which is I believe 2 hours different from their time! I can’t thank you enough for taking such good care of this bouquet! The recipient means more to me then even blood relatives and I was scared she wasn’t going to be taken care of without me around! I was so wrong and y’all made this experience amazing! Thank you so much I will always get flowers from you even if I am not delivering them in Jacksonville!

I need to let you know that I am very disappointed in the flowers received! I have attached the pictures of what I ordered and what was received. I understand that the arrangement would not be exactly like what is pictured but for the price I paid for the deluxe arrangement your flowers were not even close! Terrific flower and gift shop located in downtown Jacksonville. Jo Ann is the owner and shes not only a terrific florist, shes a great buyer at gift markets. Theres always just one more thing that Id love to have for my home!

Shannon was absolutely wonderful to deal with, she listened and actually cares, Unlike this other establishment, allegedly goes by Blossom something...Idk? Forgettable to most I’m sure because not caring about customers in times like these should never work in sales again, it’s flowers not pizza

Very kind, helpful, and accurate workers that went out of their way to help me and all of my questions that I had about delivering an arrangement. Also allowed for specific requested flowers to be added to one of their online arrangements with a quick phone call! Highly recommended.

My mother ordered a bouquet of flowers wanted a couple Roses and some other nice colorful flowers in it also. She got a cup of ugly flowers if thats what they were and 1 rose. Then they even had the card wrong. So much for a beautiful bouquet of flowers for anniversary.

This florist is SO awesome! They really care about their customers & the people they are delivering flowers to. I wouldnt use anyone else in this area. The flower arrangement was over the top beautiful too!

I have spent a lot of money in this store for many years but I am now taking my business elsewhere. The owner has acted rude to me several times. I also applied for a job and there has been several openings since. Didn’t even get one phone call or interview. Not very good business for a town which is already hurting.
