I was recommended this establishment from a friend I work with when my Fiat had some pretty bad damages (cracked windshield w/rain sensor and back bumper damaged). I took into the shop and right away they took care of everything, sent me the invoice, and kept me updated on the regular about how my car was, the process, and sent me anything I needed to be aware of. For example, my car is white and my back bumper was being painted and didn’t match the shade of my car, they informed me, took their time, made it perfect. I did not have to wait long at all before my car was finished and it looks brand new. I’m happy to have found a trustworthy shop with an incredibly friendly team. I’m ready to customize my car even further with this business! Well done Meticulous Customz
I dropped a spoiler off on August 7, 2020 to be painted black and also was going to have the shop put the spoiler on for me.Due to my work schedule I could not have them install the spoiler. I had a few days in town and decided to pick up my spoilerfrom the shop. I arrived at the shop Friday, October 2, and the staff didnt know where my spoiler was and called the owner. The owner statedit was at the other shop and he could have it at the shop the following day. The next day I arrived around 4PM and the spoilerstill wasnt there. One of the employees asked if I could come back in a few hours and it should be at the shop. At this point Ijust wanted the spoiler so I agreed. I returned around 6PM and the spoiler was there but the owner said when the lady brought itback from the other shop he saw that it needed to be repainted. I accepted the work to get my part back but was not too pleasedwith the job. There were paint runs on the pieces and bubbles in the paint. I dont deal with drama and it had already been repainted2 times prior to me picking it up. I paid for a service and got their standard of service.
I wasn’t going to write a review because they tried to make things right but when you put my safety on the line, I can’t let that slide.I dropped my car off on August 5th after stopping by once for a quote. I needed some rear quarter body work and bumper, trunk and engine bay resprayed. They had plenty of notice and I was transparent on what needed to be done. They estimated 10-14 days to have the car back to me. A few days before pickup, they hit me up and told me they needed an additional 8 days to finish the job. I agreed to it even though I wasn’t happy.2 days before the new pickup date, I decided to stop by and check how things were going because I was supposed to get progress pics and never did. Unsurprisingly, they hadn’t touched the car. The owner wasn’t there but I told the employees to put my bumper back on and to not do any work because I was picking the car up the next day. Owner reached out to me and we had a conversation. He assured that the car would be finished in 48 hours. I agreed to give him the 2 days because I told them I would the week prior.I go to pick the car up on the agreed pickup date and they were working on it until the very end. Paint had a reaction and didn’t come out well plus I didn’t like the way something came out (by choice) so I asked them to redo it. I came back 2 days later and picked the car up. Total time 24 days. On my way home, I notice a weird clunk that got progressively worse. Turns out they didn’t tighten the front lug nuts. By the time I get home, I could remove some of them by hand.Pros:-They were nice enough to fix the other fender for free.-Body work looks great.-Paint match is pretty decent.Cons:-Paint looks pretty bad and looks rushed. Needs a wet sand badly.-Many imperfections and running paint.-Many things were left unclipped (drip molding and-Random bolts were used to put things back together.-Lug nuts were loose.-Random clips and bolts were left in my door handle.-Side skirt was left screwed all the way in.-Overspray on hood.-Pin stripe was redone because they messed it up.Overall, it was not a good experience. For a shop that calls themselves “meticulous”.. That’s the last thing they were.
Services received were the custom lights on my Dodge Charger. Installed professionally by Matt and his crew. The lights look great, no sooner than they finished with the install, I stopped at a store and right off the bat I was complimented on the lights, so great job Meticulous Customz. Keep in mind I live 60 miles oneway from this shop and will most definitely use them again on future mods.
Highly recommend this shop, excellent service, very professional people, they’ll take good care of your car.
They did a great job dipping my rims ! Very professional and they communicated very well!
The timeliness and professionalism of this company really hits the mark! I highly recommend them for your cars needs.
These guys are the best. Some of the best quality work I’ve ever seen
The professionalism of this team is abosolutely amazing. had to take my vehicle back because of a product defect, called him Monday morning informed him of my problems and cleared a spot for me and worked late to make sure he got my vehicle back to me in a timely manner, on top of that kept me updated the whole time to make sure I was satisfied with everything going on! Matt (the owner) is as nice as people get and will joke with you the whole time but will make sure you leave with the information you came to get. Vinney is a fantastic worker and everytime I go by has picked up a new skill and bettering himself to make sure he can handle any challenge that comes up. The prices are great and I dont feel like im giving my arm everytime I ask them to do something for me. Turn around depends on what youre getting done but as stated before when you tell him what you want he will give you an estimate and more times than not will beat the given time and date if possible. I would highly recommend this shop for any work you need done!
Matt and his team know what they’re doing! If you’re trying to fix your car from a fender bender or trying to make some cosmetic and HP gains theres no other place to go!
The guys who work their are great and very helpful
