The service was pretty quick, I had an oil change and a new tire put on. The guy I spoke with was knowledgeable and courteous. A friendly tech helped me bring my buggy it whole I was wrangling my 4 year old demon that ran into the work area...*insert face palm* all in all, I recommend going here for good and friendly service.

Had to replace my tires. They did a great job and it was relatively inexpensive. My only issue is instead of putting my spare tire back in its compartment, they just threw it in the trunk on top of other things that were in there. Who does that?

Tires are cheap but the service here is terrible. No appointments you have to wait hours for a simple rotate and balance. Making the tire warranty useless. There is also no employee accountability. The 10 dollars you save is better used towards getting tires at a tire shop that cares about your business and time.

Some issues if youre buying tires online to have installed at the store... Theres no way to pay for installation of the tires during online checkout, even though you can schedule the appointment at time of purchase. You must use another form for payment for installation upon arrival, as they cannot amend the online order if it was financed. Youll get quotes anywhere from $56-100 depending on what day of the week it is. I was told installation was not possible without the balancing service. Took about 90minutes with an appointment. Tires seem to ride okay, at least better than what was on the car.

I was there for 3 hours to have my purchased battery installed. DeShawn was awesome. He was so very busy, but always had a smile on his face. His Customer service skills were 110%. My understanding is that they dont have appointment option. They should definitely revisit this. All the people waiting hours like myself agreed about having appointment options.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because of the wait time.

They stripped my oil drain plug ony last visit here. I figured an oil change was too easy to mess up but I stand corrected.

I went in with a flat tire, and no idea what I was doing. Lennox was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He did not quote me for anything more than I absolutely needed. Despite being busy he had an amazing attitude. Because of Lennox we will definitely be returning! Thank you!!

Unprofessional staff and long wait time

This store along with ALL Walmarts never answer the phone. I have 2 calls, one into the main line the other into auto center. They both have been ringing for 10 minutes with NO ANSWER!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANY COMPANY PROVIDES.

Got a car last year. The car received oil change at Walmart at 8808 Beach Blvd prior to the sale. When I brought the car to the dealership for scheduled maintenance service, I was told that these guys tightened up the plug too much that I needed to replace the oil pan, which cost over $600. It sounds Walmart is a name for low quality. I googled the issue and another oil pan trouble came up. Guess what! Same problem, oil change also done at a Walmart. Walmart = low quality

Never been to more of an unprofessionally managed place. Place was supposed to open at 7 a.m. at 20 after 7 an assistant manager walked in with some Dopey guy I had my tire on my rim in a shopping cart and explained I need a replacement tire quickly. The assistant manager told me the employees didnt show up. Then he took an employee from another department who wanted to key made ahead of me. Even though I was the customer. He had the dummy with him help me. The guy asked me what size tire I needed and I told him twice. Finally he said are you sure you have the right size. I explained I knew exactly what size tire I need having the tire with me. He wanted me to check it again. After I told him four times what size I needed he told me he had nothing. Well, we ended up getting 4 tires I stead of 1 to replace the one that blew. Turned out they was dry rotted. And the spare was the best one of the 5 tires. Been 3 1/2 - 4 hours later and we are still here

The mechanics and technicians are always helpful. I always go to Walmart first for my car needs. They are more affordable and faster than the other guys. I also dont feel like Im being lied to about the service I need and theres no pressure to do anything Im not prepared to do.

I paid for a service they didnt carryout, and the customer service was atrocious. Those young men need training in protocol/time management. Examples of annoyances: They take the caps off the tires and dont put them back, not paying attention. One guy was casually talking with a coworker, and supposedly helped her to her car, while the line was growing longer. They didnt fill my oil in my car all the way one time, and over did it the next. I will never go back.

ATTENTION WOMEN!!! I cannot stress this enough, if you need to get your tires change, COME HERE! I literally called three tire shops, all of them gave me an out rages price. Not only are the people nice, but they have good prices too. The only downside is that it took a few hours.

Okkk we ALL have to have car repairs, and we need to invest wisely. I am so thankful for the opportunity to tithe, and I believe in Malachi 3. I want to see and experience honoring the Lord then seeing what HE, God Amighty, will do. He blesses in a myriad of ways, including great health, terrific family and friends, wonderful church, food, in so many, MANY ways! We are supposed to be THANKFUL, I mean truly thankful. It can all change so quickly. In that context, reliable transportation is essential. I PRAY about things, because Jeremiah 33:3 says so. One of those MANY things, is transportation. Walmart is truly an incredible, professional answer to prayer! In ministry, good batteries, tires, wipers are essential! I arrived at 6 pm to purchase two tires and have them put on. The associate turned me away and said that his crew was all leaving and that he had too many cars to do by himself. If the hours are until 7, I expect to be able to have service done until 7. Anticipate the after-work rush of customers and have more than one associate available until 7.

Thought I could save some money on oil changes but it s not worth the hassle. Their understaffed and overworked, the wait time & attitude is a result of that. Half the time they didnt have the oil I needed. I went back to those quicky oil change places just to save myself the headache!!!

Horrible way slower than necessary service. Worse setup ever for efficiency the our team placard in the waiting area lists no service manager or auto center manager they are empty and boy does it show. I geniunely think the service team enjoys making good and bad customers wait and suffer needlessly. Also i was super polite and smiled the whole time never complained once and jut left when i got my key and still received this level of service so beware.

I went in here already aggravated on a hectic morning to find them swamped and running around looking deflated and lost. I waited in line patiently, almost losing my patience, I was pushed around from register to register, finally they got everything taken down and ordered. Within about an hour they called me and told me I could head back up there to pick up. When I got there Dennis with a capital D Dennis, who had all but exasperated me earlier just watching him hold it together, informed me that I would not be paying full price due to something they had going on and made my day. It is a busy place but they are fair and honest.

This place has very unprofessional and antibusiness people.I do not recommend this site to bring your car to change tires or oil. Why? Because you have to wait 2-3 hours for this operations even if nobody is in front of you.1 star probably is too much.

They claimed my tire stud was stripped so they wouldnt sell and mount a new tire on my car. Evidently they dont replace the studs. Got my car home and my husband screwed the lug nut right on the stud with no problem. Also found out the tire stores are not associated so because I bought my tires at a different Wal-Mart Tire Center, even if they would have put a tire on my car it wasnt covered by the warranty I paid for at another Wal-Mart. Wont be buying tires from them again.

This really saddened me bc I love Walmart but my experience with them today was nothing short of horrible. I went to get my tires replaced. I was initially told (at noon) that it would be 2 hours (at most). I left around 4:50. It would not have been bad if the manager (Dennis Parrott) wasnt so unprofessional and inappropriate with the way he handled his customers. A little respect & good customer service goes a long way. Needless to say, I am extremely displeased with this location.

The answer from the guy at the register was one hour, because of tires, they have 4 people in front of me . Given chances after chances to redeem themselves with their tire and lube service but no matter if I wait for a change of staff or for a less busy day at this facility nothing ever works in my favor. They do not answer any phone calls to see if a service is available ahead of time before arrival. I got off work drove thru much traffic to get to location just to be turn away because of a renovation when I had arrived there the lady that’s write ppl up had no customers in line and was zoning the key display so could of answered the phone also another young boy was outside not doing much but walking around instead of wasting time and gas one of them was able to answer the phone . I will not shop at this location anymore I’ll rather go to monument store futher in convenience

The entire store is in disarray, however one employee made the whole experience great with his awesome attitude and patience.

They quickly found the problem with my tire, repaired it and saved me quite a bit o money. No nonsense, no cheap tricks to make you spend more and friendly service. What else can you ask?

Overall the price can not be beat for any of their oil change services but soulless customer service, inappropriate behavior in the lobby where a couple was making out (at 1 PM) and upgrading the oil service to full synthetic with out my permission when the semi-synthetic I requested is covered in the manual as well as 5w30 coventional oil.I was told they only adhere to the manual recommendations which is not true when I took the manual and showed them the alternatives outside of synthetic oil choices and I was told they cant help me. I was also told there under new management, thats the policy they have hence why they cant be flexible in this matter. I can tell you that the new management needs to be replaced ASAP with there sloppy work, excuses and attitudes.To top it off not offering to at least discount the work provided even with the person who took my order verified my request and perplexed why it upgraded it to synthetic is just wrong and saving a few bucks for this type of customer experience is not worth at the very least going to this Wal-Mart auto care location or any Walmart auto care location ever again.

Avoid this place at all cost. If you have a warranty issue with a battery purchase you will be here for an hour plus for them to test and charge the battery. Everstart maxx brand batteries are horrible. Spend a few extra bucks to get a decent battery elsewhere

The outside service guy was friendly but the service manager and cashier were not rude but not friendly either. Neither smiled or thanked me. They did get me in and out fairly quickly.

I ordered two rear tires on line didnt get to check them, when they were done they looked like donuts had to go to management and ask to return them I didnt get into the car. Looked so bad I wish the tech would gave called me back before he out them on. Even my wife looked at them and said they were funny looking and this woman doesnt know alot about cars. Anyway after about two more hours it was done the put the same tires on the back that was in the front, and alot more money.

Good service, My only issue is that my power steering fluid is never topped off. 🤦🤷

REALLYYYYYYY slow. Only one car was being serviced when I arrived, and my total visit was an hr and 45 minutes for an oil change. No one greeted me when I pulled up, and I sat in my car for like 30 mins before walking inside, only to be told to wait back in my car until they gave me a ticket. They should be able to take keys so people don’t have to sit in their cars while waiting, and I’m not really sure why a standard oil change took sooo long.

Had a flat tire on a Walmart tire I purchased with lifetime road hazard warranty. I had to plug the tire in order to get to this Walmart. Then I was told that I voided the warranty by the roadside plug repair, ( as if I had another option at the time), so the purchase of the road hazard warranty was a waste of money and I had to buy another tire. I asked to speak to the manager. Not only did the manager never come see me, the shop put me on the back burner and it took 2-1:2 hours and $80 to get out of there. Totally screwed over... will never return to this store.

Came in to get tires. Was told that it would take roughly an hour. At the time of writing this it has taken two and a half hours. One person on auto check out to mechanics and an assistant manager who you can only see running in and out of the stock door.

Unwilling to exchange my truck battery because their equipment said it fine but my truck keeps dying every 3 DAYs and a hurricane is coming real curtious people even after speaking to the manager no help I pray my family survives.
