I got 2 dodge ecms from these clowns they sent me the same one back and charged me 1599. All they did was clean it. The second one is junk for a totally different year and wrong vin. I called numerous times and they hung up on me. Worst business i have ever dealt with. Taking my next vacation there...

If I could give negative stars, I would. They failed to fix our PCM and then refused to refund our money even after receiving the invoice for the new PCM that we bought from Chrysler, with the trouble codes listed on it, proving that the module was still bad. They did not return phone calls and would play dumb when emailed about the PCM not being fixed. After 5 months of trying to get in touch with someone about the PCM not being fixed, they finally called us back only to refuse a full refund. They go by several business names and in our case it was Module Experts. This appears to be a normal business practice for them as we learned from reading the reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. Please read the reviews there so that you do not get caught up in this business scam as well. You will only lose your hard earned money to them, as they will not fix your part. Extremely bad business practices at this company.

Stated in our phone conversation with Andy and their ad $193 to send our Pcm and it could be repaired but a very rude call back from them stating Pcm couldnt be repaired and it would be another $300 plus dollars for another!...During the call I told them to send mine back and refund my money he got very aggressive and rude..after a week no refund and no Pcm I made several calls back to Andy with broken promises to find out they refunded a small portion of my money and still havnt received myPcm....SCAM ALL THE WAY

RUN !!! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY ! According to their terms and cons, they do not guarantee the part will work (that I only found out from the credit card company). Based on that my card issuer decided the dispute in their favour. I lost $640 with this company. They didnt fix the module, although claimed they did. And there is nothing you will be able to do about this. I have no clue how this even legal ?! They know better than you how the scam works, therefore stay away if you value your money and time. I wish I had done some more research about the company before dealing with them, instead I clicked on pay per click ad on google and paid a high price for it.As I am reading other reviews, I see same story:Unrepairable, but we can fix it if you pay us more money. Thats how I ended up paying 169 and another 477.

Please please save your self many Head ache they had my ECM for 24 days wont return your call,text,email, finally responded and got nothing but lies lies after lies. Received My ECM the same way I send it. LETs get together and file a class action lawsuits

Dont send them anything. Before shipping our module we clearly explained our problem (pin 15 always hot). They confidently said they could fix it, and had done hundreds like it. After they received our module, they said the main processor was fried. Cant be fixed. Not true, the processor wasnt fried, because the module still worked. It just wouldnt shut off. Next they promised to refund our money. But they kept a $99.95 bench test fee, and $13.95 service fee. Plus we paid shipping both ways. Reading these reviews, I wonder if they ever fix anything? Learn from our $200 lesson. Dont do business with these fraudsters.

Very bad company, a complete rip off. Mark was the person I was dealing with. Mark told me that it would cost 266.00 to repair and if needed a rebuilt one it would be 500.00 and change because the 266.00 would cover the price of it being under 800.00. Mark got back to me and said he could fix the problems but had a processing problem. That I needed a new one. OK I can deal with that but the price he told me jumped up. Amazing it was 266.00 more. Sam e amount as the money I already paid that was supposed to go towards the DME. He said the part was more than he thought after he quoted me a price already. I see its the same story in the reviews over and over. Same thing with computers have a processing problem. $266.00 out the door thanks Module Experts for being caught up in you scam and gimmick.

If you are reading this review. Please save yourself the trouble and find another place. I sent an ECM in for repair and when sent back, it had more problems with it. I then sent back again and after having to call numerous times, I was able to get a hold of someone who finally told me it cannot be repaired anymore. I am out money for having to have the vehicle diagnosed again the second time and they do not refund all of the money. When I called to call and solve, Andy was the salesperson I spoke with. He was very rude and actually hung up in middle of the phone call when I was trying to see why it came back worse the second time. Would not recommend this company and would suggest going somewhere else. I would recommend using car computer exchange. Much friendlier and more reputable.

Sent in a VW Jetta Module. They told us it was not repairable and wanted to sell us a new one. Requested to have it returned and found out it was ok. They would not answer or return our calls after that and still charged us for their erroneous diagnostic evaluation.

Im sorry I have to give them even one star. I do not recommend doing business with this company, and you can find many, many other reviewers saying the same thing. We were charged a shipping fee, although they never shipped anything to us, and we were charged for services that were never performed. Save yourself a lot of frustration and save your hard-earned money; dont do business here.

They will sell you, but if you ever have any problems they will never ever call you back or return your messages, Mark the person will tell you Life time warranty on the PCM!!!!! But they will never call you back once you buy and pay for it really disappointed

I spent 6000 on a new 6.7 Cummins diesel long block. Supposed to have had 12 month unlimited mile warranty. The crank broke within two months. The warranty guy told me no one covers a crank in a motor

I ordered cpu for my Diesel truck First one no good Finally second one was OK. I had to called numerous times for my core deposit back in April. Today 07-20-17 I still have not received my core funds of 275.00 back. I am not happy.

The worst company to ever deal with. Had my module for nearly two weeks on my 2007 ford. I called and they said they could not find anything wrong with it. Get it back in the mail today they said it is defective and not to put back in the truck. What a rip off and they were trying to get me to buy a refurbished unit to replace it!Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
