This company is amazing. The Employees in the front are always so kind and thoughtful. The service is very quick and diligent coming to people who are waiting. Never spent more then an hour here waiting for my car to be finished.

My husband and I drive out of our way to bring our vehicles to this Mavis location. This is the one place that I am comfortable bringing my vehicle to for service. I can trust that they will only recommend products or services that I actually need vs just try to sell me something. I see all of the 5 star reviews and think this couldn’t possibly be the same place I went to. I went to this location with a nail in my tire and was told immediately that they could fix it and to come back in an 1 and 45 minutes. We come back and see my car hadn’t been moved from the parking spot yet and they told me they had forgotten about it and would start on it right then and to expect a call in 45 minutes. An hour later we receive a call stating they could not in fact fix my tire because it is 17 years old and dry rotted. I would just like to put out there that my car was made in 2017. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve heard of this company doing this so based on this experience I will not be returning.

The people here are great and honest. I replaced tires on 2 cars and 3 tires on another car and never had a problem. I had to replace 3 tires so far that I purchased approximately 18 months ago from Honda of the Avenues on my odyssey. Honda gave every excuse why the tires were faulty and not covered. In the end I realized that Honda never rotated my tires in almost 2 years and that is why they wore out so unevenly and quickly. That all being said Anthony and Jose are great. This is the third car that I have replaced tires for at this location within the last year. When I bring the cars in for oil changes and tire rotation the oil and filter is changed and the tires are rotated like promised. Excellent place.

Just got my oil changed and i was there hardly an hour. this time Anthony was not there, but he is awesome too.........and it was just Jose. let me tell you he did an amazing job running the place. I will continue to go there as one one them is working! Jose you did awesome!

Mothers Day and unfortunately my tire shredded on the highway. High performance run flat tires and no one had them in stock except Mavis Tires. I called and spoke with Anthony, who was more than willing to assist. When I finally arrived he was even more helpful in person. He explained my options for purchasing the tires and wasable to even offer a little discount. Im thankful because I didnt plan on spending $700 today. He got me approved for 6 months interest free financing and back on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend Anthony and his staff to anyone. The building and restroom was even clean. Also, one of the mechanics let me use his charger to charge my phone while I was waiting.

Took care of me better than any other car place ever has just give them a chance

Had 4 tires put on and they lost 1 of my dust caps. Corporate said they would inform the owner or manager and resolve this issue. Its been a few months and no word from either. I still get reviews emailed to me and i repeat all this everytime and nothing has happened. Today my dust cap i ordered off ebay showed up and I replaced it. $50.Double check and tripple check their work or stay away.

I was driving a rental car and a tire had a slow leak. They gladly filled the tire with air numerous times before I had them repair the tire. The entire staff was courteous, helpful and very accommodating. Even though I was an out of town traveler, they treated me like a long-time customer. They did not try to take advantage of me. I will remember Mavis Tires + Brakes when I move here which hopefully will be soon.

I just moved here to Jacksonville and have experienced a whole lot of difficulties with my move and other things that weren’t expected, so to happen on to Mavis tire & brakes was a sigh of relief. They’re located right down the street from where I live. I woke up Thursday morning and noticed I had a flat tire. Called the nearest tire shop that I felt looked professional and they took me in at 900am. Fixed my tire quickly while I waited and had me out the door within an hour. Keeping me on time for work and on the road again. No hassles! I will recommend Mavis tire & brakes to everybody I know and work with. Anthony was courteous and professional and generally a nice helpful guy so look him up at Mavis tire & brakes. I certainly will from now on. Great rates as well.

I have been coming to Mavis Tires Bartram Park area for about 2-3 years now after a horrid experience at Honda on Philips Hwy. Mavis Tires is personable, patient, helpful, and very transparent. Whenever possible they will go out of their to show you the root cause of problems, theyve even shown me out back. Whenever I am worried about anything they put my mind at ease. They have really competitive prices and offer discounts. I feel valued and not like another dollar-bill. Most importantly, I never feel taken advantage of. If you need some car maintenance, oil changes, or anything car related, I highly recommend them. Shout out to Anthony for everything.

Honest staff, good customer service, and fair prices. Had my rotors and brake pads replaced. Although it took longer than estimated, the staff made up for it by adding in a flush and refill of brake fluid on the front back. That’s customer service - stuff happens and you do the right thing to make it a good experience. I’d definitely go back.

I had the dreaded screw in a new tire which caused a slow leak. As soon as I arrived at Mavis Tire, Jason welcomed me and asked how he could assist. I was able to leave the tire to be repaired so I could finish my errands. He called me in less than 2 hours and said the tire was ready. They got it on quickly and I was on my way. Highly recommend Mavis Tire at Bartram.

Spotted a tire riding on the belting at a rest stop on I-95. This location was nearest to me and was still open. They were able to diagnose the abnormal tire wear and install our full-size spare tire. Now we are able to get home safely in SC. The location that helped was at 13958 Village Lake Circle. Anthony ably assisted us to get back onto the road home.

This Mavis location gets you in and out quickly. They are all professional and courteous and I have never had any problems after they finish my car repairs. I am there frequently because I drive through several construction areas and have nails in my tires on a regular basis. Highly recommend...and you can walk around the lake across the street while you wait or go to Wendy’s, DQ or several other restaurants next door or retail shops until your car is ready...they are in a great location at 295 & Old St. Augustine Rd.

Great job had my Volvo back on the road same afternoon.Wheel bearing and rotor ;brake pads.Heard a chiming noise and took back they spotted it right away.Rotor clips missing.They were never there.They replaced at no charge.Competent mechanics .Highly recommend

This is a must read if your thinking of going to MAVIS for tires or service!We had 4 Vee Rubber tires put on one of our service trucks. One of the rear tires separated and needed to be replaced under warranty. After arguing with the original store manager who didnt want to do anything for us, we went to his regional manager who ultimately took care of the tire BUT heres where they messed up. While we were there having the rear tire replaced, they insisted on checking the front end alignment. Thats when the first flag went up. Before the manager brought us the alignment computer read out, we witnessed the technician (for about 15-20 minutes) making adjustments to the trucks tie rods. Thats when the 2nd flag went up. Shortly after that, the manager came to us with a read out showing us how far the alignment was out! Really!!! What was the technician doing under our truck with his wrench on the trucks tie rods before taking the readings??? We think they purposely misaligned the front end, then took the readings and printed them out for us to see. At this point we had to pay for them to put it back in alignment! We feel scammed. And by the way, looking at the front tires after all of this, the front tires were not showing any signs of misalignment! I guess they needed to make some money some how. It sucks that you just cant trust people. Just when we thought they were doing the right thing, they just ripped away their integrity. Maybe you were a victim of this scam as well? We will never be back.

Mavis always goes above and beyond to help!I come here often and they are always willing to take time to answer my questions and give great service when needed. I had a break light emergency,they got me right in,fixed,and back out the door right away so I could keep working. I always appreciate how kind and knowledgeable the staff is.
