Ora and all the service advisers and staff at Fields Cadillac have always been very attentive and helpful, keeping me apprised of what’s going on with my car and the costs. The free breakfast and lunch served wonderfully by Jim Sr. and Kenny is a nice added benefit. The lounge area is always clean and sanitized, and not a bad place to get some work done while you wait.

Great service experience. Needed an oil change and my schedule changed making it difficult to keep my original service appointment. I spoke with Sandy and she was able to squeeze me in with John, who has always been very helpful. The service was completed within the timeframe promised. I even ran into a friend in the waiting area that I hadnt seen in awhile and we had a nice visit while we both waited. Great Job Fields Jacksonville service team!!!!!!

I would recommend Fields Cadillac to anyone around the world. The associates are kind and straight forward. I wasnt hassled or felt like I was being taken advantage of. I didnt spend a whole day there to complete the process of me getting the car I wanted. Oh, I didnt go hungry waiting for the couple hours I was there because the complimentary lunch was served right there in the dealership freshly cooked. I took my vehicle in for an oil leak and they Identified the issue immediately. They also performed a 21 Point Inspection and brought to my attention some things I had been wanting checked for some time. My vehicle Sat low to the ground so they checked and found the rear shocks were busted! The engine skipped when idle they cleaned the throttle body and man she runs better! Also recommended turning my drums and back brakes replaced! She is really riding better!

I brought my vehicle in a 2004 Cadillac Escalade EXT with 118k miles on it due to lights being left on and battery being drained as a result. I jumped my vehicle and it started but the gauge cluster gave no readings at all, the windows wouldnt go up or down. The ac would no longer cool. The battery, abs lights were illuminated. I took it in for a diagnostic to narrow down the main reason for the displays. The culprit ended up being a battery issue, although the battery wasnt even 3.5 years old, which is within the time frame of use for a battery, especially powering a 6.0 beast of an engine. The battery wasnt a Delco, just in case you were wondering. My other issue was my tailgate would no longer lock and you need that security. John Barrett was my service advisor and as cordial as youd expect from a premier luxury brand like Cadillac. The Supervisor of the shop was the one who broke down my tailgate and put it back together to function as good as new. If youre driving a luxury brand dont guess or leave it up to someone else to determine what the problem is, take it to the parent company, even if you dont allow them to do the work, at least youll know whats wrong. Im completely satisfied with the services I received and as always you get a fresh vehicle wash, vacuum and assurance that youd expect from a luxury brand like Cadillac.

Well it was first time at the service center it was a good experience. Had to be at work by 10 and I was ready by little after 9. Appt was at 730. The diner was great especially since you DONT have to pay for your food. I didn’t know that I was suppose to give my coupon to my service guy. (Maybe they can ask if we have any coupons to redeem today) just a thought.But in all it was a good experience.

We had our Cadillac serviced on January 6 and were not charged due to the vehicle still being under warranty. Today, February 12, we received a call from Fields Cadillac to let us know that we owed $50. for that service. We have since traded that vehicle in for another one at another Fields dealership. How petty can you get?!

One of the worst experiences of my life I ordered a vehicle and 9 months later no car and the guy said that they can’t find it after months of lies . I will never go back there

Called to have my headlight repaired and was able to get a same day appointment. My service advisor, Ora, greeted me and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Ora also kept me updated on the service of my vehicle. The waiting area was very clean and large enough for the few of us waiting to social distance. Snacks and drinks were also available in the waiting area. I was also pleased that my vehicle was vacuumed and washed. Fields Cadillac will be my go to place for all my Cadillac needs.
