P&Y was wonderful to work with. I had gotten several estimates for windshield replacement that cost more and required me to bring my car in to the shop, but P&Y was much more reasonably priced PLUS they came to me. The other shops also couldnt get the windshield in for two weeks, but P&Y had my model in stock and was able to send a repairman out the very next day. Very courteous, prompt, and great quality work. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service in regards to their number. You can not get any direct contact to the company you are wired through several operators before you actually can make an appointment or even get something simple as a quote. What makes it even worse is they always claim to call you back and you wait for hours and no response. Best suggestion is to call someone who you can have direct contact not an agent located overseas. Smh. The only reason you got one star is because I couldn’t get 0.

When we called they had come out but you glass didnt fit our car. When they did get the glass, they came out and Pastor, the tech was very professional and he was very detailed on getting the glass in before I had to go to work. I am very happy with the work that was done. Would reccomend.

I was referred to P&Y auto glass as I had a cracked windshield from a rock hitting my glass while driving on I-95.I went through my insurance Geico and they tried to coerce me to use their company, however, I chose P&Y auto glass and I’m glad I did. They are professional, courteous, honest and they do a great job. He explained everything he did and how long the windshield will take to cure. I highly recommend using P&Y auto glass.

I would recommend P&Y Auto Glass Mobile Windshield Replacement Company, to everybody I know. Words cannot explain the service I received from them. But I will start by saying: They are not expensive. They honor their words. The repair service took about an hour. The technician P. Perez came out August 21, 2020, to my location to place my 02 Honda Accord window shield, mister P. Perez was very professional. His work was very amazing. He cleaned up after himself nicely. After removing my window shield, he saw that the area he removed it from was rusted in some areas. Mister P. Perez then called me over and showed the rust to me. Then he begun to clean the Rusted area gentle and carefully without doing any damage. Then give the rusted area a treatment for free. He even explained to me how to go about getting the rust situation taken care of. I love the way he took time out to explain things to me, how to go about getting the situation fix. After watching the way he works and him explaining things to me, it show me he cares about my service and my vehicle. And was not here just for the money. Thank you, mister Perez for a job well done!!

Called twice for a repair. Both times was told that owner was helping another customer and would call back shortly. Never received any callbacks. Would not recommend.

A few days before “Dorian “ struck, the rear window of our van was shattered. I called our insurance company and they sent P&Y Auto Glass to the rescue. I was in a panic that with a hurricane on the way and the heavy rainfall we were experiencing it would be impossible to get it fixed in time but Pastor, the owner of P&Y, showed up with the right glass and had it installed in less than an hour. Pastor was professional, fast and friendly. He vacuumed up the broken glass and gave the new window sparkling shine and was off to another appointment in the heavy rain. I was extremely happy and relieved if I ever had a similar misfortune I would definitely ask for his him again J

This is a poor rating for false advertising. Their website says they will repair windshields, but when I called they said that they only replace windshields and then asked about my insurance. Sounds suspicious.
