Hired this company to do a shower door enclosure. Their install broke two shower tiles. When I told them about the issue, they referred me to some tile guy. I called up the guy and he said he would get back to me. He never did.Contacted Discount Glass about next steps and they said We do not reach out or work directly with tile companies. [The tile guy] is the only company we recommend because of his reputation in the industry.So Im on my own to fix what they broke.I definitely would not recommend this company.

The representative that came out to measure twice failed to measure the height of the shower head! When the glass was installed it hits the shower head! It’s been well over a month and pictures sent and still not resolved! Spoke to Larissa the office manager yesterday and she wants to argue with me and calls it miscommunication and wants me to pay for the new shower door! I asked to speak to the owner and have not heard from him yet!

Having to replace a cracked windshield is no fun, but WOW these folks are great (My vw dealer recommended them). Theancy took care of the insurance and scheduling, and set me up for repair in my dealers lot to make getting the cameras calibrated by the dealer easy. Dan was right on time, a great guy who was clearly a master at these repairs, and got it done in less than an hour. Highly recommended, these folks rock!

I got a couple quotes to replace fogged window glass, one from a company I used previously and another from Discount Glass. I was impressed with Will Santulli and that he truly seemed to want my business. Price was slightly better, so paid half, as required.In addition, we had 4 cabinet doors for which we wanted seeded glass. The cabinet maker price was ridiculous, as was a quote from another large local company. Discount glass hit the mark again.Weather presented some install challenges. When I discussed rescheduling with Austin, not only did he provide a reschedule date but offered to bring the seeded glass with him to cut on site for my cabinets. This saved me a trip to their location to pick up the glass.As an aside, all but one of the windows was installed when we had a downpour. Austin took that time to cut the cabinet glass and when that was done, so was the rain. Worked out great for both of us.I highly recommend Discount Glass, Will and especially Austin.

Had Discount Glass come out and install a shower door right after we finished the bathroom remodel, estimate was prompt, door came in quickly and installation was fantastic.

Discount Glass was the only company who could create what I wanted. I wanted a double hinged glass shower door that could swing in and out. I also wanted it to be a half door, so that there was an open feel in the small bathroom. Their expertise helped me get what I wanted for my remodel. I loved the door so much, so I had another one made for the other bathroom. They also helped me with other issues after the sale, one year later. Their prices are the fairest and most reasonable too.

In January I got a quote and I had two questions/concerns, one was the timeline. I was told 10 business days and then they would set up install. It is now March and my shower glass is halfway installed and I have been promised a call back OVER AND OVER and yet I have no idea when it will be finished. The second concern was to have a vent above my door. I was told it wouldnt be a problem, the installers said that it will not be vented. We are now a month and a half in and I cant get anyone to call me back.

Austin is such a great and respectful person. He came to my house, identified the problem and fixed the shower glass without any inconvenience. Every time I called Discount Glass and they have to send staff I prefer Austin to provide me the service.

Are you going to deliver my glass tabletop? Someone called yesterday to deliver, but after 3pm, which we specifically said anytime before 3pm. That person said they would deliver it today after a job in Fernandina Beach. Have not heard from anyone... tried to call the number but it went to the office where another person said they had no way of reaching the delivery driver. REALLY? Our large shower enclosure was completed today and it looks super! We had 3 estimates and went with Discount Glass because their price was competitive and because we felt comfortable with their knowledge and customer service. They also removed our 80s wall mirrors for a minimal charge, which was extremely helpful. We definitely will use them again in the future.

After they said they would call us back multiple times in the same day. I dont recommend using them. They will just blow you off.

Great customer service! We had noticed that the silicone on our new shower had separated a little from the glass. I called Friday and on Monday morning Brad and T came out and fixed it in a matter of minutes.

I cannot give 5 stars because what was a promised two week interval turned into a 4 week delivery based on delays with the vendor. However, once Jimmy took over the coordination of the order, I was updated regularly and guaranteed a firm delivery. Not only was it delivered as promised, but Jimmy sent Austin to install the two unique glass shelves. The installation was not simple and thanks to Austin, it was installed properly with the necessary modifications.
