I am not sure why Auto Glass Now in Jacksonville has some bad reviews as I had a great experience. I called and scheduled for someone to come out and replace my windshield on my 2020 Traverse after a rock cracked it. (Note: I do believe they will only come to your home if you’re replacing the windshield, not repairing it.) It was under 300 dollars to replace. I was told they would come out between 9-4 the next day. I received a call around 11 that they were on their way. The two workers arrived around 1130 and were done by 12. They were very professional and polite. (I wish I remembered their names.) I waited a few days before writing a review to make sure there were no issues. I drove in the rain today and no leaks. Overall, I had a great experience. I would recommend them and I would use again (but hopefully won’t have to.) Thanks so much for making a getting a crack in my windshield a fairly painless experience!

These guys are amazing. I pulled up, walked in the office I barely got comfortable in the chair and they were done. I was outta door. Fast,courteous service.

This place is legit and I believe they can find whatever you need. After calling 8 other places looking for a windshield for my 77 Jeep J10 and not being able to find one. I called Auto Glass Now and they were able to get one the next day. I got up there and they had it installed in about a hour and I was on my way. Also since I was paying out of pocket their prices seemed to be extremely good. I don’t know what a windshield normally cost but for me to get one put in such a old truck for less than $190 with a warranty I was extremely happy with that.

I would not give them not one star, very unprofessional and quote one price and give you another price. Unorganized and I was very disappointed with the staff. Will never recommend this place again.

Worst manager ever..Cindy is out to make money on new windshields and not helping fixed income people repairs even the size of a dime. I dont recommend this company. Bad customer service.

It wasnt all bad of an experience..they seem more Mom & Pop Local Business rather than big establishment...which for some is good..service...thus far seems ok...had a little issue but they were willing to make amends.. so all and all..not too bad.

Went in paid what was quoted on the phone without any extra fees, unlike all the other places I called. Thank you for the good customer service, quality work and no hidden fees. I had the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with any car service. it took this place four days to complete the power motor repair on four windows. they scratched up the tint on three of the windows. when I brought this to the attention of the manager she told me they didnt cover after market tint but didnt deny that the tec did mess the tint up.I asked for at least a discount on the services. her reply was that they werent charging me enough to begin with and that she would charge more and then take some off the new price. i told her just let me pay the Original quote price and I would leave. she was extremely rude and took care of six Customers before she would allow me to leave. I will be contacting there corporate office to rectify this situation. I Recommend that no one uses this glass shop on Lem Turner

I always come here, but it obvious that they do not clean up or maintain this place. Its nasty and they had a like of ants all over the floor.

Incompetence is all I can say about this business.. I came last week and they had the wrong windshield. The women behind the desk called the Mazda dealership to get the correct one ordered. I come back today and after waiting an hour.. they come and tell me they don’t have to right windshield again.. that she must have written down the wrong part number.. DON’T use this business to get your windshield replaced!!!!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but this place was amazing. They accepted my insurance and did a fantastic job on my windshield. There office is currently undergoing some renovations but the ladies up front are so nice. Really appreciate them and the technicians who worked on my car!! Will be coming again for sure! ☺️☺️

I only gave 5 stars because I couldnt give more. I had 2 cars done in a couple of hours. I tried going through 2 other companies that were rated high and they left me waiting 3 days. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now. They even checked on me the next day.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . Every time they replace any windshield at my dealership vehicles, they leave the car dirty, rain sensors don’t work, windshield leaking etc. the last issue was with my personal vehicle, purchased a heads up display windshield, I took my car to BMW to check why the heads up display wasn’t projecting like before and they told me that it was the aftermarket glass. Took it back over there for replacement and they denied saying that my head up display was faulty. Took the car the same day to Safelite auto glass ( the best glass company) installed another windshield, and the heads up display work perfect. They just lost a business to business relation + all referral I send them.

This place is very reasonable in cost for installing a windshield. I had no insurance and still got a great deal on installing a new windshield in my 2005 ford f150. Just no that appointments are not honored. This is strictly a 1st come first served business, even if they give you an appointment time. But the service is fast. The lot is small so get there as early as possible.

I had an 8am appointment on a Friday morning and they were finished with my truck by 8:45 am. The office personnel and the installers were very professional and friendly. The price they changed was at least half of what you will find anywhere. GREAT PRICE AND GREAT SERVICE. You cant do better anywhere in North Florida

Called and made appointment, said I was on the way and when I arrived the lady up front had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently their phone service doesnt communicate with the office. I had to wait while she went to warehouse to get the glass, they did put it in quickly after she got back. Just lack of communication.

Had an appointment scheduled arrived they hadnt even ordered my glass for my vehicle didnt receive a phone call that the glass wasnt ordered . when i asked the lady at the desk stated she had been on vacation. I dont understand what that had to do with anything. The appointment was confirmed very unprofessional. Also she was very Nonchalant about the whole situation.

I received a quote and was able to get my window fixed the same day. Plus, the cost was $100 less than the cheapest quote I was given from others in the area. I will be going back or referring others to this business.

I came here yesterday for my 9AM appointment, and was told that it would take up to 3 hours before my vehicle could be seen. So, I told Ms. Cindy I could not stay and if we could reschedule due to the distance I have to travel. We rescheduled for the next day at 8AM. I arrived 10 minutes prior, and it’s now 9:30AM, and my vehicle has not gone back. I was the first customer with an appointment here (NO OTHER VEHICLES). The technicians spent the first hour loading the mobile truck. One other customer already had their vehicle fixed. The staff made no effort to explain what was going on. I reviewed some of the negative reviews, and it’s apparent that the common denominator is poor service when it comes to scheduling and time management. Once I see the final product (if they ever get to It), I’ll update the review. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO GET IT DONE QUICKLY AS ADVERTISED, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!UPDATE: 10AM and my vehicle just went back. A customer that came in shortly after I did this morning saw me still sitting here after 2 hours, and noticed that two other vehicles that came in after me, had left already. On top of that, the technician that took my car back threw his clip board on the hood of my new paint job... thanks buddy. More to follow.... I’m sure!UPDATE: 10:37 AM Technician comes out to tell me that he had cracked the windshield during the install. He can’t change it out due to the glue making a mess. I was advised to allow the glue to settle and bring the vehicle back in three days. I completely understand that mistakes happen..... HOWEVER, when rescheduling to have the MOBILE crew come out next week, I was told that I needed to pay in order to create a warranty ticket. So this is how it all played out, Was the first customer in the shop with an appointment time of 8AM, waited over 2 hours, as two other vehicles were completed after I had come in, new windshield cracked, and here’s what has me a little confused and feeling like I had been had.... I had to pay for a cracked windshield, while they keep my windshield that wasn’t even damaged as badly as the new one. 🤷🏻‍♂️ GUYS, IM SORRY FOR THE NEGATIVE REVIEW, but come on, you don’t have to take it out on the car! ...... jk.... trying to have a little humor after going through this experience. I had an appointment to get my glass replaced. I showed up and the glass was never ordered.

The customer service on appointments is very poor! I made a appointment with Cindy and when I came in I had to wait over 2 hours. Spoke to Cindy and the customer service was very poor! The lack of communication is very weak! I was told that Cindy runs this office! I would say that she’s hurting your business with the lack of focus on the customer! No apology No lack of understanding and poor customer service skills!

Scheduled appointment after they provided a quote over the phone. They didn’t order the molding when they ordered windshield and said they have to reschedule after I just drove an hour across town to give them my business. I ask if they can help any on price since I’m now losing 2 hours drive time for today and lost money in gas and she mumbles no. I had to ask, so is that a No? She then said well I was going to add $10 for the molding, not take any away. Very unprofessional, no sorry or offer of any assistance for the error on their behalf. The sales staff should have better training to know that this windshield needed molding as part of the replacement. I have now lost half a day trying to plan what should have been an easy repair and back to finding another glass company.

They were efficient. They made sure I didn’t spend unnecessary money. I called them, I was able to get in within the same hour. They were able to fix my driver side window when a lot of other glass shops were not able to. They are awesome!!!

After getting a large crack in my windshield from one of the many Simi trucks on the highway i found this Auto Glass place online with great reviews so i gave them a call. The receptionist was nice and efficient she called my insurance company (Metlife) and through 3 way calling we got my appt set up with no up front cost. I came in for my appt and everything went smoothly it was all done and i was out in like 30 minutes.

All they had to do is replace the rear glass in my car and they destroyed everything around it and the locking mechanism so now my whole car is a Sitting Duck

Shattered my driver side window Thursday night, Auto Glass Now was the only service able to fix it last minute on a Friday. They also beat the cost to go elsewhere by $100! Dropped the vehicle off expecting it to take a few hours and 25 min later they called to say it was ready. Very pleased with the work.

Excellent pricing and very quick service. They all sell wiper blades at around $19 for a full set. Which is an amazing deal. The staff was nice and very knowledgable. I paid about $170 after taxes and everything for a new windshield. They do Semi trucks as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Unfortunately, despite the positive reviews for this company which made me choose them to fix my windshield, I did not have such a great experience. I had an appointment for 12 noon. Arrived about 10 minutes early and was previously advised there would be a hour to hour and a half wait. I didn’t have anyone to come with me so i said i would wait during that time. As my car sat there for quite some time before it was even taken back another lady (white) walks in with her son to drop her truck off which went in the back before mines & consequently was ready before mine. When i asked what was the wait time for my car one of the workers stated an hour because they were just starting on it. AN HOUR! I then asked for my manager because by this time i had already been there for an hour and a half (which was the total time i was told it would take) and the manager goes to say it won’t really be an hour more like 20 minutes “she doesn’t know what she was talking about” which shows unprofessionalism. Moral of the story i walked out of there at 2:20 from a 12 noon appointment. Not compensated, not even with an apology. The manager should definitely work on his customer service skills, professionalism, and have his workers work on their time management. Oh and might i add when asked why did the lady who came in after me go before me, he states “we only have 2 men” umm okay but that doesn’t answer my question. My window is fixed with debris left on my dashboard and moral of the story is i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Great customer service. Quick repair. Told me they couldnt fit a vacuum hose into my door panel to get all of the broken glass. I took the door panel off and found screws not replaced and a huge opening that I easily got a hose in and cleaned up all of the glass. Some trim pieces were slightly damaged from their somewhat careless removal but nothing major

This place is AWESOME! My windshield was shattered on Friday morning. I called around to other repair shops and they were all booked up. This place without hesitation told me to bring in my vehicle. Super fast service! I left my vehicle there thinking it would be an all day process. Within 45 they had replaced my windshield. Excellent service! Great office management!! I do my best to only go to Auto Glass Now. I have been using Auto Glass Now for 4 yrs. I go through a lot of windshields in my line of work. I get concrete, tires, & rocks kicked up at my windshield daily. The glass they use really stands up to the abuse. I used a different company once because I was out of state. You know the national brand that will come to you. Well, that windshield lasted all of 1 week because the starburst was so large.Yes, I still get dings in the glass, but most are like little chip on the outside instead of starbursts and the chips dont run like starbursts. Also what starburst I do get are small and easily repaired with an inexpensive windshield repair kit for an auto parts store and a little time. The glass they use is of higher quality. I wont use anyone else unless I have no other choice. Thank you.

Glass Masters of Lem Turner was great. The people in the establishment were nice and friendly. I was in and out and prices are great! I would definitely recommend this place to other people. If the time came I would came back.

Cheaper is not always best!Pro:First off, the customer service is nice so Im not begrudging the 1 star.Cons:First, they shaved off the inner part of my dashboard to make the glass fit. I dont mind but if youre going to shave something without my permission, then make sure its unnoticeable.Secondary, they completely ruined both outer strips on my car. How did they try fixing it? They tried fixing it with glue and tape which did not work!!Lastly, they messed up the rubber strip (on my hood) located on the outer side of my car.Cheaper is not always the best! 75 dollars extra I would of had the work done professionally and not screwed over $200!!!Now Im waiting for the glue to dry, if it actually works (which it will not because its still loose despite the tape) then I will update my post!

Horrible customer service. Cheeper is not always better had an appointment. 3 hrs later still waiting update window stopped working they couldn’t fix it. Took it someplace else guess what? You didn’t install it properly will never recommend your business. Not to mention the 2 ladies at the front desk have the most horrible customer service skills ever.

The parking is terrible, the customer service was poor, and they dont honor appointments as youd expect them to. After waiting for someone to assist me, I left and my husband returned. They didnt even have the glass door the windshield in house! My husband had to wait for them to return with the windshield...crazy. Once they returned, it didnt take them long. The price quoted on the internet and by the least behind the counter was increased after service...my husband was told that the original price didnt include tax 🤔. Needless to say, I dont recommend.

Made several appointments and they kept rescheduling two weeks in a row would not recommend they claimed they call but never did called earlier that morning to make sure appointment was still on was told yes then 30 mins later I was called saying they couldn’t come fix my windshield until Wednesday which is an inconvenience because they did this twice now

Someone busted my passenger window out on a rental car, called around and everyone else was $279 and 5 days to get the glass, called Auto Glass Now and they had the glass by 2pm, and for only $160. 1st time visiting Auto Glass Now my experience there was nice except that I had an appointment @ 9am but the glass wasnt delivered til 11:00am. But once the glass did arrive they were done in no time. Ann was the lovely young lady @ the front desk she has the best customer service ever..I really felt welcomed there. I dont plan on ever having another broken window but if I do I will go back there.. $234 to replace my back window...not too bad..

Very satisfied.I used the online quote tool on their website to submit interest and was contacted within a couple hours to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was knowledgable and personable. I was able to make an appointment for the next day, and they replaced my windshield in under an hour for a fair price. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service with a smile. I had my windshield replaced by Richard. He actually came out with the wrong windshield the first time, but it was based on a little miscommunication between myself, the office, and the vehicle database system. Richard apologized for the mixup and assured me he would have the correct one the next day. As advertised, came the next day to my work and replaced it. Excellent work and Richard was a pleasure to work with. Very polite! I highly recommend Auto Glass Now.As long as they dont cold call me every few months (like some other glass repair places), they will have my business for life.

The price was good, however when I appointment they didnt say how long it takes. I got there half hour early and didnt get out of there for over 2 hours. I wasted a total of 3 hours today between driving there and back, had I known it would take that long I would have paid the extra money to have a glass repair cone to my home.

If I could put -5 I would put it. They worked on one of my customers car and they left mess with all their glue all around the car which extremely hard to remove. Plus after their install the rear window started leaking and its leaking bad. I never gonna use them again! And on the complain that is leaking they said that theyre not gonna re do their bad job so the did bad job and I have to redo their job again the worst experience ever...

They put the glass back on, but they didn’t take the broken glass out of the door nor did they take their vacuum piece out of my car. I’ll try going back on Monday to it sort out (if they allow me)Edit: they fixed it

I called in today for a price, and she said 160 bucks thats with the 50% discount. That price is the regular price that other retailers are charging. Why dont you take off that fancy 50% and be honest. I know there are a lot of stupid people out there who want to do business with you, but I dont, because I know what is the price to replace a windshield. Price before discount is $360 heheheheh, what a rip off thing.
