They did a beautiful job with my car. It took longer than expected as they had to wait for parts.

The technician was very helpful and even went with the insurance company to help us with our extension for our rental when the issuance company didn’t want to help. They did a great job and helped us out a lot.

Everyone was very professional and took care of me in a timely manner and completed as promised. Even the shuttle driver was a blessing and my repair was done cheaper than original quote so that made me quite happy. I love key Hyundai.

Quick service, and I cant even see the scratches anymore. They waxed, sanded and even cleaned my car before refurning. First off, I’m going to admit I am not the best with cars. I’m 21 and I’m on my third car. I have taken all 3 of my cars to Key Collision and each time I’ve had an even better experience then the last. The first time I had a fender bender, they fixed it within a week even though they estimated me 10 days, it was done in like 3 or 4! I was so happy as a teenager to get back to driving. I then totaled my car after having it for a year and they helped me get everything situated and filled out with my insurance company and answered the thousands of questions I had. I hadn’t been back in quite sometime, thankfully. But then I totaled my jetta right before thanksgiving. This last time I came in, worked with Mr.Forrest Crews. He was AMAZING. I came when they were about to close to clean my car out of all my personal belongings because I got off work at 5 and couldn’t get over there quick enough, without hesitation he offered to help me and assist me in any way I needed. He was so friendly and professional. After I left and went on about my day I received an email asking for clarification on my name and address for the paperwork to be sent to my insurance to take ownership of my vehicle. I proceeded to give the information. The following day, I get another email asking if I wanted to save my sunflower clips I had in my air vent. Let me tell you, these clips were a total b*tch. I couldn’t get them out for the life of me and thought I was going to now be without them. He got them out no problem. He then proceeded to ask me if I wanted them before they came to take my car away. This small gesture may not mean anything to any of you, but those clips were very special to me and I thought I had lost them forever. Without a doubt, even after they took my car away he saved the sunflowers for me. It’s the small things that mean the most in customer service. Just when I didn’t think I could love a business anymore, this happens! I don’t want to take my cars for service or collision work anywhere else, ever again. Key collision will be the place I always recommend to my friends and family when they need repairs. This company has great employees and a great overall work environment.

I was able to walk into the body shop inquiring about replacing a passenger side mirror and was met with immediate attention. Fortunately, the part was available after a delivery and work began. The courtesy driver transported me to the Avenues where I spent about four leisurely hours waiting on my vehicle. I was picked up and returned to a car with a new mirror and a wash. Overall, the experience was pleasant and without any source of stress. The staff was extremely accommodating. I will continue to have my car serviced at Key Automotive.

The customer service at the body shop was above and beyond my expectations! Stacy was polite, friendly, and communicative. He saw to it that my parts were ordered as quickly as possible, got my car repaired earlier than estimated, and even offered to drive my husband or me to home or work to assist with the drop off process. Hopefully I don’t need any more body work, but if I do I will definitely be using Key Collision center!

Initial problems with trim not being correctly installed and bumper not being flush with the body panels have been fixed. My service agent has always been very courteous and professional and got these items fixed very quickly when I brought the car back. He also had the car washed at the dealership since there were some hand marks left on the bumper from the technician adjustments.

The car was in an accident and Key did an outstanding job putting the car back together again. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Had a small dent in my front fender - asked for a quote - quick response time but didn’t listen to what I actually needed and quoted me $1600 to do the work, most of which wasn’t even relevant to my repair. Called an auto body shop up the street who fixed it in less time and charged $100 for the repair. This company didn’t listen to what I actually needed, tried to way over charge for services I didn’t need or want and price gauges me. 2 stars because they responded to my inquiry quickly and were polite and nice to work with. Wouldn’t recommend for small auto repairs.

I had my 2016 Yukon repaired by the guys in the body shop there at Buick GMC and the job was done in the time frame Mr. Stacey gave and looks to have been done with great care. Mr.Stacey who was my advisor was professional and courteous through the process.Thanks again ..I would recommend if you have a body shop repair to be done. This is a great place for that.

We dropped our truck off a week ago for repairs of damage during shipping. No where on our quote was there mention of damage to a tire nor was a phone call made to inform us of damage to a tire that was not noticed earlier. We get a call today to pick it up and they mention there is damage, the tire is ruined and they actually expected us to leave with this tire AND said it was our fault because they had pictures. John Davis at the service desk told me he was glad I was upset because it made his job easier, I am assuming he thought they would not be held accountable. After talking to a manager they took the money off our bill for the tire but not before we had an AWFUL customer service experience here RUN to the next closest body shop. Side note, the work from the quote was great and the guy that changed the tire to the spare was wonderful.

Dropped my jeep off on a thursday for rear suspension and tire replacement repairs and was ready on Monday. Pete was very helpful when I was trying to get an estimate online and Forest (yes, like Gump lol) did not pressure me into accepting the estimate when I dropped my car off for a closer inspection. Dont let the reviews fool you its thier own staff making them. They fooled me. Worst service around. Used them 2x as I boughy my 70k denali dually here. Both times they scratched up truck bad in shop! 2nd time came in for repaint front bumper more scratches on other side of truck. Said they would wax on house and get them out. They waxed a dirty truck ruined paint worse! I cant believe it. Told them and manager laughed! His name Tim Peeler. Told us rain makes scratches. This is autobody manager! Rude to my wife and me different occasions. I cant believe someone has made a character like this guy manager of anything. We gave them few chances to make right. Please stay away for your own good.

Three strikes and you are out of my life, Key Automotive. Upon arriving ON TIME for a SCHEDULED oil change, a staffer at Key Automotive told me I would have to wait a few hours behind emergency repairs that they had not anticipated. Strike one and I took my business elsewhere. My Pontiac had a scrapping noise coming from under the car. The mechanics repaired it in five minutes flat and charged me $60 to replace a screw. Strike two. When the screw became displaced 10,000 miles later, I was informed today that they could not simply tell me which screw to purchase without charging me an additional $60. Auto Zone took care of the issue for $3.20. Places like Key Automotive give dealerships a terrible reputation.
