Went into Coggin Collision at Regency to get a quote as I had a nick (I had caused) on the driver side that was becoming and eyesore to me. Brian (painter) was able to fix the nick for me as best as he could and honestly, I couldn’t have been happier. It was a quick in & out and I’m thankful that they were so professional and honest with me. Any other repair shop would’ve gladly took my money but Coggin Collision did not try to take advantage of me. I left a happy customer and I highly recommend them for their great service and honesty.

Needed to have fender, bumper, and right light replaced after a fender bender. They did a fantastic job at repairs, I would not even guess that anything was replaced if I were looking at the car.It took two weeks to get the parts replaced, given the man-hours required for the work I am satisfied with the return time.

All about the hidden damage. Vehicles today are plastic, pins, plastic brackets, thin metal & covers. They find it, and fix it

Great staff, extremely helpful. Came in for a paint job on the roof of my car. My paint was chipping and Hyundai send me here they paid for it so I wasn’t concerned about the price which if I did have to pay out of pocket it seemed fair. Their turn around time was fast which was great and they were extremely nice. When I got my car back I noticed some extra scratches that hadn’t been there before and they took care of them for me at no charge. I’m extremely happy with the service I got there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a auto body shop.

Quick, easy fix! Had some small damage to my ground effects on my mustang. Rich gave me a great estimate and a time to bring it in to accommodate my schedule. Got in..got out. No increase in the charges. I definitely will take my cars there for any future body damage. Highly recommended!

My white Honda Pilot 2013 paint is peeling so I had to call Coggin Honda and explain the situation. I was told that it was a recall for paint peeling on the white Honda pilot of that year. was advised to take the car to any Honda Collision. I called coggin Collision and I spoke with Mr. Rich who helped me take the proper steps for my car to be taken in. I highly recommend this place as they treat you with respect and professionalism.

Rich Lindberg & Coggin Collision of Arlington at 704 Mill Creek Rd in Jacksonville FL provided excellent & timely service & repair. Despite the work through Thanksgiving, the repairs were made in 8 working days versus 10 days quoted. Communication was excellent from Rich with a number of email/text updates without my needed to call. After repairs, I took car for resale quotes to determine lost value from the accident & was told by 2 assessors that the repairs were professional & extremely well done, like new. Recommend them highly.

This shop does excellent work. Bring anything in, all makes and models, they can fix it. In house Mechanic can do a ton of stuff that the dealers do including Alignments. You dont have to be in an accident or have body damage to bring you car here.

Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had. Dropped my car off on 7/5 for it finally be checked in on 7/13 after I called several times to ask where it was and no one had a clue. It was then finally located and checked in. Took 3 weeks plus to get it back to me. When I got it back the roof leaked in 3 out of 4 of the corners and my car was scratched and dinged and dented from the service people and their carelessness. The man by the man Ed is a real piece of work. Very short and rude to me after the fact his company screwed my car up and acts as if Im the problem. I highly suggest you NOT to take your car to this place. Learn from my mistake ... they have awful star ratings for a reason! The Worst !!! I dont even want to give them one star 😖

Did a crappy job on my SVT lightning.Lights werent fastened in air damn, stripes on bumper was crooked, and to top it all off they scratched measurements into the graphics on my hood.I should have listened to my infinity insurance agent, who warned me not to take it there. The best ford body shop is North Florida Lincon Mercury. The service dept. at mike davidson is not good either. They charged me 118.00 for diagnosis on engine, then come back and tell me it will be another 800.00 to tell me the problem.That aint right.Steer cleat of mr. dixon in service dept.

For a little small fix, the mechanic wanted to keep my car for a week and charge me $1,000 or more for the driver side door I took it to another place and the mechanic did not charge me anything to repair the door😥
