I was in a minor fender bender. I was referred to Arlington Toyota by my insurance company. The intake process was very smooth and efficient. However the follow up was just not there. My service coordinator was unresponsive. I had to check back with her constantly for updates. I had to finally involve my adjuster. The car looks and drives great

Had a dent in my 4Runners hood repaired at Arlington Toyota Collision Center. My car came out so dirty you cant tell if the hood is smooth. The plastic part on the side was popping through, created a gap on the side. Im not taking my car back here.

The only reason I didnt give this service 5 stars was because it was a challenge to get the process started.I had to replace my bumper. The service was completed on time. I was contacted when it was done, without having to follow up. When I collected my vehicle the bumper had been replaced, and also my vehicle had been cleaned inside and out! That was a huge treat that I considered above and beyond what I paid for.

I had a project to covert my 4Runner Limited to TRD Pro/SR5 bumpers. Scott and his team did a great job with workmanship, quality, and time. Project results are excellent including the difficult job of matching Pearl factory paint.This wasnt an Insurance claim project, but an out of pocket customization Ive been wanting to do, which means I had high expectations.I would recommend these folks to anyone who wants professional well done results.

My car was inspected after a collision and although it is a 2004 (with less than116k miles) I decided to keep my car. This “company” assumed I was not coming back for it and treated it like trash. They broke my tail lights, then wanted to charge me $500 for new ones. The bumper couldn’t be put back on. The truck would no longer close. I arm that holds up the hood disappeared, along with the gas cap. The battery was dead, had to buy a new one AND they delivered it to me with a flat tire that they wanted me to pay to plug up! I look at the staff and said, “Are you serious?” I don’t know about their other departments, but Collision sucks!

Arlington Toyota replaced my 13 Camrys cracked front bumper and grille, looks like original! And they were a few hundred $$ less than other quotes I received. Ill definitely go back for any future body work. Thanks, Arlington Toyota!

Thank you Arlington Toyota Collision for fixing my vehicle! I originally had my bumper replaced at Coggins Toyota. I had multiple problems with it after it was completed, right fog light would only intermittently work, took 3 times returning to correct that, and the top right piece of the bumper would pop out, took 3 times returning it and still would pop out. I got tired of taking it back with bad results. After months I finally took it to Arlington Toyota. The collision specialist said Oh Yeah, I know whats wrong, well get it repaired and youll be good as new. Well she was right, no problems since Arlington Toyota Collision repaired it. Thank you!

Someone ran into my brand new 2021 RAV4 damaging the rear side panel. I got quotes from several shops and Toyota Collision was the most affordable. They did a great job on the repair and now it’s literally as good as new! Plus the staff is friendly and professional!

Took my car in for body repairs from a vehicle accident and from the first day, they made me feel very comfortable with the process by explaining what they were going to do and that basically I really just needed to go back home and leave the rest up to them, including dealing with the insurance company. True to their word, they handled everything, even down to replacing one of the replacement parts that was used initially and I wanted it replaced. Great quality work and they sent email and text updates to keep me informed throughout which were very much appreciated. Annette, the Collison Center Advisorthat I worked with, was very professional and quick to get things fixed to my liking.

They did a wonderful job just not very good at returning phone calls.

I had to have my bumper mended and hood replaced. Very professional, fair quote and they finished the job early. Also, what really stood out to me is not only did the repair job look great (I have a specific limited edition paint that had to be faded in) but they also vacuumed and dusted my whole car, trunk included without losing anything that was in my car. Overall great experience, Annette is great to work with, 10/10.

Rude customer service. Poor communication. My car was unlocked when I went to the lot to check to see if it was even there after 4 weeks of not hearing anything. It took about 7 weeks to complete and the insurance stopped paying for my loaner it took so long. Luckily after I called several people the insurance paid. Pick up around 5 was good and the lady who helped was very polite but the day time front desk lady and the auto mechanic were so rude. When will my car be ready? Response- I don’t know. My parents own an auto business I understand you don’t know exactly but you can at least give me an estimated time frame. Will not be back.

Horrible. I had an accident in which my car was serviced through Toyota Arlington. I have no idea on why Geico would send my car to an Auto Body shop on an accident that was hit in the front of my car. Toyota Arlington fixed two bumpers however failed to do a proper diagnostic to determine why an engine light came on after my diagnostic. Toyota Arlington went as far as telling me that the check engine light was not the result of the accident but something that I would have to fix myself.I do not recommend this place. Please have your car serviced elsewhere.

Rear ended in my 2012 Toyota Prius V while stopping for a traffic light. Damaged caused to the bumper and the rear lift gate. Advised the insurance company that I would not be using their preferred collision facility as I only allow a Certified Toyota Collision Repair facility do any required work on my vehicle. The insurance company wanted to used parts from previously junked cars but the shop found it was more economically feasible to use brand new parts which cost little more, props to them for that. Because of this it took about eight days to finish the repairs. Repairs are exceptional with no color match issues whatsoever, and by the way this is the second time I used this shop, sadly my car seems to be a target for careless people. All-in-all I’m very satisfied with the repairs completed by Arlington Toyota Certificated Collision Center.

I used this company after I got into an accident at the suggestion of not only my sister, but the insurance company as well. The process was easy. My advisor was Annette and let me just say she was awesome!! Very clear and communicative and made me feel like I wasn’t asking too much. The process was quoted 8-10 days and was done on the 7th day. So that was a great plus of using them. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because despite the amazing team they have who handle the customers the painters and detailers let me down. I had to go back after getting my car because there was overspray from the paint on my windows and a door that wasn’t painted. Which was fixed very quickly thanks to Annette. I also had some issues when I picked it up because the car looked like it wasn’t cleaned very well. There were marks on the car, wax that wasn’t all the way wiped off, and the inside looked like it was basically vacuumed to a “decent place” and barely wiped down. There was dust and dirt on the inside because the trunk had to open when they fixed it. Luckily Annette fixed everything very quickly and made me feel reassured that I wasn’t asking too much, it was how it should have been in the first place. I’d go back again. But I hope their standard of finishing details gets better before I do.

They changed the brakes, they fixed my slidedoor but there was other items that I had put on the list with my coupons that I wanted them to fix which incidentally they lost my coupon sheet with my list on it. I went to get in car it still has the buzzing sound & still has the cord hanging down which was not fixed. These were things that showed up after last fix. Although they were kind enough to get me a rental car for the time they had it but now it makes another trip up there and my discount will not count because it was a percentage of the total.

They initially told me that the job was going to take two weeks ended up taking 2 months.They removed the front seat anchor bolt covers, damaged the covers and did not replaced them. I am arguing with them about this issue. The car looks terrible without them.
