Came across Fenix Auto Parts while looking for a stereo for my 11 MB C300. Bill Colwell was a pleasure to deal with, he sent me the necessary documents to get the transaction done and followed up with updates and tracking number. The product arrived on time and was in excellent condition. The price was the best that I found and the warranty was better than what I could have gotten at the dealer whose price was multiple of what I paid. This review is for Ryan Hill. I work in a collision center, and I cannot begin to tell you how easy it is to get what we need from Ryan. From parts, to the occasional returns and credits. Ryan sets the bar extremely high, and I could not appreciate him more.We deal with dozens of vendors, day in and day out. We are obligated to use some because of insurance guidelines, but that is not our relationship with Ryan, and Fenix Parts. I wish I could get all of my salvaged parts from him. Thank you, Ryan, and Fenix Parts for making things so easy, and for offering us superior parts!

Brian and the Team from North Carolina tried to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I was already out the time and entirely frustrated with the process. I understand that the largest purchases of body panels are by body shops. However, I just simply wanted to see the part prior to purchase ($700 purchase) to make sure it was suitable as I wasn’t looking to have to paint. To be fair, a new one painted and shipped is $550 (obviously color and texture are going to be a concern) and having done this many times, this is first time I’ve had an issue with wanting to see the part before I made the purchase. I hate negative reviews because often times they are unfair and one sided based on perception but, in this situation, this is their policy. Therefore, if you want to see a part prior to purchase, you would need to encourage an associate to avert policy (would never be ok in the company’s eyes and would put that associate in an unfair position). In closing, this location wasn’t able to assist and in the end I am still on the search.

Ive Been buying parts a long time thousands of dollars worth. Only to be screwed twice i took the blame the first time and since then have always ask the salesman to make sure its right by Vin. Gave him the Vin ask Derrick to make sure it was right. Gave my customer the price based on it. To find out after an hour drive one way its not the right part. Then get told its an extra 800.00 Like I can just call the customer and tell them. Hey its going to cost you an extra 800 bucks As usual I have to eat it. It wont happen again this will be my last purchase.

Our shop used a different parts company for the longest time. I called on Thursday ordered my part and paid for it. Was told that I would receive a call or text on friday letting me know when it was ready for pick up. By the time I realized that I hadnt received a call or text it was 4pm. I called to be left on hold for 30 min to have to hang up and call back. I was then told let me call them and check and Ill call you right back. By the time all this happened it was alreay 4:45 so again I waited and didnt hear anything. I call back to realize they are closed. So I vall back this morning and they are not open as of 10:22. Their is no posting anywhere of hours of operation or anything and cant reach anyone at any numbers. Im helping my senior father who has had a double bypass and who is here out of town to fix his truck. To be put off and avoided is rude and unprofessional. I will be on the phone Monday morning filing a complaint and getting my money back. I will also be letting every company and everyone I work with know how I was treated.

Just picked up a low mileage alternator for my 2012 Camaro RS from here the other day for a very affordable price and it works perfectly. Literally payed 1/4 the price of what it would cost new. They were able to ship it from their NC location to Jax in one day at no extra cost. I also thought it was cool how they had it in a box with packing paper. Sometimes they know I am not going to be getting the parts from them but they are still good to go. The parts we have gotten from them are good and come on time. This place is terrible. They consistently lie about their Inventory. I assume they do this so they can hang you on the line long enough to actually find the part that you need and also so you dont spend your money elsewhere. Never the less, th parts are always late and always wrong. I can ask for a seat belt and they will send me a seat without a belt. I work at a dealership that will easily spend a few thousand dollars a month at a place like this but the Go employees could care less.... And that includes the manager David (he is the most useless of the bunch.) I have also been waiting 3 months for a $40.00 refund. I called like 5 or 6 times and nobody seems to be able to get their act together. There are only a few companies like this in town so unfortunately we cant get away from them. I ONLY USE GO WHEN IM DESPERATE.
