Steven and Charles did a great job on a whole house system including a theater room. This is the second complete house system they have done for us. Very pleased with these guys. I had to get some reinstall done with rearrangement of wires and reprogramming of universal remote after I moved in to a house that was previously serviced by them. Ten stars: great technical expertise and client serviceThank goodness for Steven and his crew, who helped us with streaming, among other things, after Comcast repeatedly provided us with bad advice. A while back, Comcast strung ugly wires on the exterior of our house so HD TV signals wouldn’t degrade, blaming the internal wiring installed when the house was built. It turns out that the internal wiring is excellent. Comcast had also told us that the Internet signal into the house was weak and proposed an inane solution that involved abandoning our ethernet wiring for wireless communication directly from the Comcast cable modem. Goode was able to boost the incoming signal by tightening some connections and also removed the superfluous outside wires that Comcast had jerry rigged for the TVs. However, due to the size of the house, wireless streaming would stutter, even though we had installed a new highly rated wireless router. Goode personnel revamped the system by installing multiple wireless access points, along with Apple TV devices, so we have been able to stream to our heart’s content. This has been a huge boon during the pandemic.AV equipment has gotten very complicated over the years, and the technology is changing very fast. We never could have figured out on our own how to make streaming work. Steven and his crew have helped us with many other technology upgrades over the years, including universal remote controls that allow us to control our AV system with one device, better TVs, etc. Thank goodness for Goode (no pun intended). We wouldn’t think of using anyone else for our AV technology needs.

We already had a video system including Surround Sound but the system was always going down and no matter how many times we had the installer over to repair the problem it was still going down. Greenwood SchoolWe were having trouble with our Wi-Fi in our gym at Greenwood School due to the increased bandwidth being used from distant learning. We were told by another contractor that it would be a difficult task to install a Wi-Fi extender in our gym due to the invasive nature of the project. Steven and his technician came out to our school and installed a new wireless access point in our gym in less than two and a half hours.They were very professional! It was a pleasure to work with GAVA as they cleaned up after themselves very well and were authentically pleasant when answering questions. Greenwoods gym now has excellent Wi-Fi signal and our distant learning students are streaming without any problems.
