My favorite shop. The selection of vegetable, fruits, Rices, noodles, sauces, utensils. I could go on and in. Plus a small restaurant with limited items for $10. Conveniently located at Beach Blvd. and Art Museum Dr. Easy in and out with ample parking.

I love this place! Make sure you try and get here early enough before the freshly made gimbap is gone!

Ive been a few times now with a friend to do some grocery shopping and we always have a great experience. Its well stocked with plenty of Korean foods and ingredients and Im always picking up a few new things to try while Im there. The produce selection is a little limited but so far weve found everything we need and I was personally excited to see they stocked vegetable seeds.In the corner there is also a little restaurant but Ive yet to try it. Will update once I do.The people who work there have all been very kind and helpful on all my visits as well. This really is a gem of a store!

This is a great little market. Wide variety of products, primarily Korean. There is a small restaurant inside too and lots of cooking tools/utensils. Prices seemed a little high but idk where you can find it elsewhere. Try it out!Covid-19 restrictions were in place and masks were worn.

Unassuming and down-to-earth, New World Food Mart is an Asian market that primarily deals in Korean groceries, goods and sundries. The store includes a small Korean restaurant and deli section that features a remarkable selection of banchan, Korean side dishes. Cooks will find all necessary utensils used in Korean cooking here—including the long-handled stainless water ladles used in kimchi production. Though prices are generally a bit hikey, service is friendly and hospitable.

My kids love the ice cream, multiple selections of noodles.

Absolutely fantastic place for food, veggies, meats and sauces youll NEVER, EVER find in american grocery stores. Alot of my cooking, personally, runs the routes between mediterranean, asian, middle eastern and continental. Asian styles are getting comfy to make, and the reward is great food. But, if youre gonna cook asian, DO NOT go to American grocery stores. Go here. The man at the check out, was very kind! We bought quite a lot and he gave us a gimbap to try. Cant wait to eat that later. 😁Will definitely come back for snacks in the future.

My favorite place to shop in Jax. Great variety of noodles, miso, sauces and vinegars, and all the essentials for making everything from duck a lorange to ramen to japchae. The owners are friendly and helpful.

Basically the only Korean grocer in Jax. I come here for sushi making supplies and ramen as they have the largest ramen selection of any of the asian markets. You can also find kitchenwares and even some high quality sake and shoyu.

Great Asian market specially Korean foods and miscellaneous. Bit pricey but it beats a plane ticket to Nam Dae Moon market!!😛

10/10 good stuff. Lots of vegetarian food. Great dry goods/ frozen/ fridge variety from many different types of cuisine. As for fresh products check the date on any you buy (like mushrooms and string bean especially) they are often expired but great when theyre not.

Quiet Asian Market in a strip mall off of Art Museum Road. There is a lot of grocery choices and the owners and customers are extremely friendly. I usually shop for snacks and sodas with unique flavors like Lychee, Yuzu, and Wasabi. For example: shrimp chips and canned coffee. I even found Green Tea flavored Kit Kat bars!

The smell is terrible but the place was very interesting in a good way.

Literally my favorite Korean grocery store. They always have everything I need . Very polite welcoming The food made in store is amazing my kids and I love the squid salad and seaweed salad. I definitely recommend checking this store out. Everyone is so nice they spoil my kids everytime we go in there with fruits and different new things to try.

Fresh cooked food in the back of the store. Has everything you need to make korean bbq. Has some beauty products and home stuff like plates, rice cooker, etc worth to go check it out.

I was in search for a place that sold meat for hot pot. Each time I visited this store the staff was very courteous and made sure I had everything I needed. I always feel right at home. I will continue to support small businesses who value their customers.

The guy at the register was so nice! My korean heart is so happy about this gem in the middle of Jacksonville. Different sorts of varieties of Korean goods and they also sell other Asian products. Not much items in the produce but lots of Frozen and packaged goods. They have household items, pots, cookwares, utensils and all sorts, slippers, skincare products, bath essentials. They also have a small cafe inside where you can eat made by Korean omma - the best bibimbap Ive ever had.

I like this store and have been going here for more than 10 years but their kimchi is never good. The other day I decided to give them a chance again and purchased a baby Napa kimchi and for the price the content was very disappointing. More than half of the kimchi is just radish leaves and not even Napa cabbage. And there is not a single radish leaves labeled in the list of the ingredients and the taste wasn’t even that good.

LOVE shopping at this store for the variety. But the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. Makes us feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE . If you are not Asian, the male cashier is suspicious of you! (Watching every move) as I said VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!

I love coming here whenever I need Korean food items. They have a wide selection of instant ramen, snacks, teas, homemade side dishes and homemade kimchis. The staff is friendly and there is always something new to try in here food wise. They have a good frozen and fresh selection and everything you could need for your Korean coooking ventures.

More like a Korean market ..not much for Indians, Bangladeshis or Pakistani..the place is clean and arranged well..4 stars because I expected to see more of Asian food and veggies..

The owner use to be very nice the first 5 or 6 times we went. but now he is very rude😒 when you ask him about something and he acts like youre not there.🤔 Then if you ask him again, he blames it on the delivery guy and says he cant get it cause The delivery guy cant leave Miami.🤨 If other stores can get it from other countries so can he.😶😶 I think hes just tired of his store and tired of customers.

Cleaner Korean Restaurant. They have more options but the prices are still expensive. They do provide cases of Hite here. Unfortunately, they do not have OB. They do have my favorite crackers and they have butane here in packs of four or in cases of 28.

Store was very dirty. Boxes left everywhere. Advertised fresh organic veggies, everything was frozen. $10 minimum on credit cards. Place was a waist of time, should be shut down in its condition. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Needed an ingredient and called up, the store hours are different now but who I talked to was informative. First time coming in and was overwhelmed (in a good way!) With the choices and brands. Better than any asian market Ive ever been to in all honesty!! Got what i needed and more!

I stumbled across this place going to the family Dollar next door. I was blown away by the great selection in Asian products. So many unique foods. It made me feel at home back in Louisville, we had a very small version of Asian market. This one is large and enjoyable. I mostly get mushrooms and seaweed to make for soups, but theres produce there I saw that Im intrigued to try.

Large selection of different food items from South Korea and other parts of Asia. This is a great place to get a large amount of food suppliesThe store seems a bit disorganized and there is a slight pungent smell when entering the store. I also noticed food merchandise that were there from 2015. Some items has dust on it, so it must have been there for weeks of months.

This place is huge! This has to be the best Asian market we have found in Jacksonville thus far. and they have League of Legends bugles!

Coming here was such a neat experience, they have such a wide variety of food, drinks and other things to buy. Its always so hard to find certain items from when I want to make a specific meal that requires ingredients that most grocery stores do not have and they always have it.

They have everything and very nice if you have any questions.

I depend on them for their rice selection. I buy haiga rice there for better nutrition for my family.

We were a party of four in their tiny eatery. The food was good but the portions small. Tiny veggies, thin beef strips for the bulgogi it was like eating air. Cash only!The stern lady who cooks the food said. Food served over the counter and you bring it to your table. By the time I ws done I ws still starving. Hence, me and my gang ordered another dish to share.The grocery is in shambles and in dire need of organization. Carts and boxes are strewn about. They need to vacuum and wash the floor. This is disrespect to their customers keeping the place this way. There is an actual cream leather couch to the right of the entrance in a diagonal position. Its right smack in the middle to the face mask aisle. What in the world is the couch doing there? Maybe they sleep at this store. There was a fleece zipped up sweater on this couch for a final touch.There is a review here that says the store is very clean. That is inaccurate. Prices are jacked up. Will not be back.

This is a typical Korean market. Whats not typical is the food court. It has one of the best seafood Korean noodle and seafood pancake I have ever had in the United States. Good portion, great taste, at a very reasonable price.

This is a great family run business with an amazing selection of products. The store is large inside and includes a food counter with hot food. The products range from home goods to exotic food items that are hard to find. The snack and cookie collection is fun and the sauces and seasonings are impressive. The produce was fresh with a vast array of leafy greens and tubers. The prices were reasonable and the gentleman at the register was knowledgable and friendly.

If you are looking for a nice, clean Korean grocery store this is the one to go to. There is another one less than a mile away next to Wackos but New World Food Mart is well kept and the building appears to be well maintained. I stopped to grab some premade banchan and they had a good selection of no less than 8 options. I was a bit disappointed I couldnt find all of the Asian ingredients I was after, they had no egg roll wrappers and their Chinese selection was limited but Jax Oriental has those items and I was mainly here to buy Korean items. I was able to find all the Korean ingredients I was looking for (plus some that werent on my list). There is a food counter in here too, which people seem to really enjoy but I havent tried it yet. Hopefully I can try it on another visit.

Not only is it a market with an impressive selection, but they also include a small eatery where you can sit and enjoy a nice meal. Their selection includes a small produce section, impressive dry goods and even cleaning and dishware. Everything is pretty organized and easy to find. They also carry some items in bulk. I believed the prices to be reasonable for my purchases, and the meal most definitely great deal.

Huge selection of food, it seemed to me!

I had two tours in Korea and loved it! New World Food Mart is the only market where I can get the hard to find goods and spices from my time overseas. The owners are very nice and are always happy to help me find the items Im looking for. Theres also a small restaurant there serving very delicious food and great lunch specials. If you love Kimchi...like I do...you can find fresh varieties there. New World Food Market is my go to place!
