Ordered several items on 9/19. Shipping label created on 9/21. As of right now my order has yet to be picked up and sent to the mail courier. No date for delivery set. Even though the website says 2-5 business days for shipping. Customer service is saying the processing time is now 3-5days ON TOP OF delivery time and to check back on the 28th of this month to see if the package has even moved! At which point they will either reship or refund. But they cant cancel an order that hasnt even been picked up! So now I have to wait for items I no longer need just to send it back and wait ANOTHER 3 TO 5 DAYS to get my refund?!?! UNACCEPTABLE!!!I purchased the items for a gift and by the time I get my money back to make another gift the recipients birthday will have come and gone. Shame on you Michaels! I never had this issue in the past

The store layout changed a bit. Overhead signs were not correct for the actual location of the items. Also, why not group items together, such as ribbon, as they used to, instead of different locations just because of seasonal?

This Michael’s was out of stock on a lot of the items that we wanted to purchase. We had to wait 20 minutes for assistance from customer service to get an item that was locked. The store team we came across didn’t really want to help a.k.a. they seemed disinterested. The most helpful person was the lady who checked us out. So thanks lady!

I dont really have an issue with Michaels. Sometimes they have some really good stuff that you cant find anywhere else and sometimes they have stuff that they really shouldnt have. Maybe its me...Its just one of three craft stores I shop. Dont keep it as your only choice. Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and JOANNs.

Ive been shopping at Michaels since I was just a kid. I love their selection of craft supplies, especially their painting and drawing sections. Also, stickers. They have the best selection of stickers and theyre always getting new ones. Great for planners and photo albums.This Michaels is usually very clean and the associates are quick about changing and updating shelves for new products. I wish they were a little more helpful and interactive though. Some enthusiasm for art and projects would be nice to see.

Management inflating prices so called clearance sale

Michaels it self is great. Great products great cleaning standards etc. The checkout woman was disgustingly rude. Im sure She did and does not represent Michaels at all. Other than that employee I wouldve given it 5 stars.

I was fine with Michaels until I stopped by in vain only to find out that they don’t carry acetone… and your “arts and crafts” —Mmkay.

This store offers so much variety of arts & crafts and decoration items. They always have great coupons available on their website that you can screenshot and use at the time off checkout in the store. Beautiful flower arrangements and frames, very large selection of decorations for parties and projects. Overall love this store!

This location always has what you need and more. It would be nice to have more cashiers but totally understand staffing these days. Been shopping here for years and will always continue. Would recommend to anyone doing a project of almost any kind.

Michaels is a wonderful craft store full of great items to give you inspiration. While Michaels can be very expensive, you just need to catch them when they have great deals.This Michaels store was very clean and was stocked full of the latest decor for the upcoming season. Staff was friendly, but not a lot of them around to ask a question if needed.

I went to the framing area to get a custom job done, but unfortunately what I wanted couldnt be done. Rebecca, working in that dept, was a tremendous help. We brainstormed and bounced ideas off of each other to remedy my issue. She gave exceptional customer service and went above what her job required. I appreciate her delightful disposition and her eagerness to help.

As always Michaels has everything I need for my artwork. Love this place.

I started making jewelry several years ago and found I was pretty good at it and enjoyed it immensely. I buy all my supplies at Michaels because they always have excellent selections in all their departments, great sales, and stellar customer service. My latest purchase at Michaels was having one of my Mothers favorite paintings re-matted, new glass and a new back. I couldnt afford a new frame. They did a fabulous job! This painting is an original, priceless, irreplaceable, beautiful work of art. My Mother died in 1999. Right after she died I had one of her beautiful paintings matted and framed at this same Michaels. It still looks gorgeous and I treasure every one I own. I will always shop at my Michaels! Great job everyone!

Very helpful staff! Was looking for stain glass paint. Nice variety.

I wasnt impressed with the selection of tulle they offered. I was making my daughter a mermaid themed tutu for her pictures. I was able to find something but, like i said, the selection was small. I usually go to Joanns but this store was closer to my house.

Found a beautiful garland with tiny star LED lights that run on batteries. It was exactly what I wanted. Love how it looks. Price was great too.

Shelves were kind of bare. I was only handed one bag and didnt notice until I got home I was missing most items.

They stopped carrying book binding material... Ive invested a good deal of money having a class make journals and Michaels doesnt have anything I can use to finalize them. They are usually good to grab a few extra things but not in this case I guess I should not have let that few extra people into the workshop.

They had lots of clearance even though the aisles were kind of small I still ended up finding everything that I wanted. The extra discount on the clearance was great it made things a lot cheaper and there was also coupons online if you download the app.

Great Clean Store. Always has what I need for model building and you can always find great coupons. Lines are usually long but they move real fast.

However the custodian security officer gave us a parking ticket for my handicap decal being expired! After I told him I was battling cancer and lupus! He argued with us! Otherwise, beware of that and ride safely!

Had a sale in some things I needed but wasnt any joy iron patches

I was looking for an artist set for a little girl that didnt get anything for Christmas but I didnt have much money. I found a really nice one but it was 60.00. Went to the register and it was 60% off! Oh happy 2 days!! She loved it.

The main reason I went to Michaels was for beading supplies. I was very pleased with their selection not only of beads, but of tools, stringing supplies, and the findings necessary to do my crafting. The area was well-lit and although some of the beads were located at a lower level, the prices were easy to discover as a lot of them were color coded. The bead strands were color coded as well, with reds together, yellows together, greens together, etc. I got more than enough supplies to last me for a while!!!!

I love this store for the cute decor items they offer and the craft supplies. They also have a decent baking supply section. However, they have a tendency to jack up their prices and then advertise sales like they are giving you a deal. For example, a bag of chocolate that at a grocery store would cost you $4 will be $10, but then have 40% off to make it seem like a deal, but you still pay more.

What great customer service at this store. Especially the manager Russell they were out of something I really needed and no other store had it. It was also out if stock online.... He waited until it was in stock then ordered it ( about 2 weeks he continually checked it) and ordered plenty of it and called me and put it aside for me to buy. It came in a few days later he held it and it was nicely waiting for me!! The rest of the staff is helpful and a breathe of fresh air! This Michaels definitely knows how to run a great store.

Very nicely laid out, well organized hobby, arts and crafts store. Very clear and pleasant to shop. Seemed to be well equipped, good inventory. Relatively easy to find, ample free parking. No issues. Will return for hobby needs.

Wow what times I had

Great service. The first frame had a ding in it, but they reordered a replacement and reframed my artwork again at no additional cost to me. The second time around was a winner! The frame job was perfect.

Today I was very displeased with how Michaels handle a situation their company caused, while checking out the clerk I had was very sweet and patient while the computer failed to load when it finally loaded that my payment was declined we tried once more and I checked my bank to see if anything was declined knowing I had the money for my purchase the computer had timed out and thats what was declined I was clearly charged for my purchase in my bank transactions list and showed the clerk she alerted her manager and the manager took over to see what had happen, the manager made me insert my car once more and I got charged again for the purchase I already clearly paid for now Ive been charged twice and used all I had left on my card at this point they decide to void all charges and because its the weekend I wont get my money till Monday so after 2 hours of waiting to get it sorted I have to walk out empty handed needing to make a cake tomorrow for a kids birthday party, my bank clearly shows I bought it twice and will till Monday so why couldnt I have just come back Monday and paid once the transactions were sorted. I will not be coming back to Michaels after my experience today, but thank you to the kind clerk I did have who felt my frustration through my smile. I do understand this was not in your control but I should not have walked out empty handed because your system empty my card by double charging me.

Definitely a good place to get crafts. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. They always have what i need at good prices plus some stuff for new craft ideas.

I have always liked Michaels and I did not do shopping this day that I stopped to get out of the rain. This was my first time stepping foot in this Regency area Michaels. I just looked at the merchandise and it made me feel good. A cashier noticed me and she was very friendly.

Michaels is my craft shop to go to. The staff is good the products are good and the price is good. Thats a winning combination of my book. No matter what you need Michaels will probably have it if youre doing some kind of crafts.

I make cards and buy most or my cardstock here. They do have some good deals but I did notice some of their prices have gone up. Seniors get 10% discount every day. Cashier was friendly. They have a good selection of all kinds of craft items.
