James was super!! He really went the extra mile to get us what we needed for our new home. When we went in, we were looking for specific items but unfortunately they were sold out. He helped us pick out different items that we liked even better and offered the credit program so we could afford it right then. He was so personable and went above and beyond. Our visit to Boom Town Furniture was great. James was the young man who helped us with my fathers purchase of 2 recliners. He walked us to the ones he was interested in, gave us time to look and also made sure the two he chose were in stock. He was professional as well as personable and before we finished our errands, we received a call to set up a delivery time for the next day. Very nice experience.

Honestly some of the worst customer care Ive ever received. I ordered a Sectional March 1st. We were told we would receive our couch no later than end of April. It was then delayed until the end of May, then the end of June. Now the end of July. I asked about a discount due to the order being MONTHS late and was told no. The company then states its their vendors fault. But I didnt pay the vendor, I paid Boom Town over a thousand dollars. Its the companys job to either have reliable vendors or make customer accommodations. Not just keep pushing back the order and being okay with it. Terrible experience.

We went to several furniture stores looking for the right couch. James took the time with us to help us make the right choice. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase right away. He even suggested we visit a couple more stores before we made up our mind. We came back to Boom Town and bought 6 pieces of furniture! James is very personal and listens to what you want.

James was hands down amazing! My husband and I walked in just 10 minutes before closing not realizing and instead of being pushy and rushing us James gladly took the time to show us options, asked us the style we wanted and then showed us every single piece of farmhouse bedroom suites. James was great to work with a usual. He is concerned about his customers. He had quickly call me to setup delivery. Real good fella to have working for you.

They provided decent Customer Service and a seemingly good deal. We purchased very sturdy looking couch and loveseat for less than $1k. However, after about 4 months the padding began to brake-down significantly in the seat and armrests. The wood framing was easily felt on each seat. Using the warranty, I called for repairs to the couches and and got slow and less-than-subpar repairs. I had to call them back out multiple times until I got tired of dealing with them. BoomTown sells low-quality product and they should be avoided. Spend your money elsewhere!

We recently bought a Frigidaire freezer from James at Boom Town. James was fantastic, helped us over the phone decide on the right freezer for us, followed up to ensure we had a smooth pick up and then checked in on us the next day to be sure it was working properly. Same as furniture fair didnt have anything to sell

Walked into this place with cash in hand about two weeks ago to buy a stand up deep freezer. They seemed nice. They were doing a presidents sale. On the website they had showed that they had deep freezers available. I was then told that they did not have any. That they would get some in a couple weeks. They also said that they could order one for me. After multiple calls to see if they had gotten any deep freezers in I finally gave up on the last call when he said that he would call me back and did not have my phone number because I never gave it to them. I will not beg anyone to take my money. I went to another furniture store. They had them on hand and will be delivering it to me today. Plus they gave me a 3,000 credit line.

I was told a price for a coffee table and 2 end tables last week and when I went back today to purchase them and spoke to the Same salesman the price was $200 more! Bad business!

I have reached out to your office because I am at my wits end with the couches I purchased from Boomtown they have been sent back multiple times for issues and even been replaced. My husband was sitting on the couch this morning and he heard a loud pop the couch has now popped springs out of the back of the couch. I asked to have the furniture replaced and have gotten no where. I refuse to be treated the way I have by Boomtown. My weight has even been referenced in notation on documents which that is included. I have basically been told by the own er of the store I sell $50,000.00 a month of the furniture I purchased and my case was the only one he has heard of I am asking for boomtown to make this right. This furniture is only 7 months old.

They have new furniture. I went to do financing. Was told to pay my deposit when my furniture arrived. I called about every 3 days because it was to arrive in 10. It never arrived In guessing because the last time I called they said they would call me when it came in. Over a month later no call when I call them they just dont know. I have since bought new furniture else where. Paid off in full in less than 90 days like I was planning on doing at boomtown. 90 days same as cash. Sorry boomtown you missed out on my thousands of dollars. Maybe if you go you will have better luck than I did.

Terrible place. My father has purchased over 15k of furniture in prior years and they treated him like a stranger with no reputation. High interest and wont work with you. Also, financed a Samsung Washer and Dryer and set and didnt even work and I had to return it. Before returning it, they told me to call Samsung first and all kinds of questions before taking the junk back.Will never go back.
