We are extremely pleased with our experience at Classic Home Furniture. I had something specific in mind for our daughters room and looked all over Jacksonville trying to find it. We finally found the bedroom set that was almost exactly what we wanted. Holly was wonderful, I mentioned to her that I was hoping for additional drawers. She immediately said no problem it can be ordered to have drawers built into the bed. This is the perfect white bedroom set and made in the United States! Holly was very kind, patient and an excellent communicator throughout the purchase and delivery. Their delivery team is absolutely amazing, they deliver, assemble quickly and are extremely professional and friendly! They were so thoughtful that they came back a few days later to install additional legs (at no cost) on the bed frame to give it more stability because our mattress was heavy. I am grateful, thank you so much!

Holly was warm, helpful and contributed in a professional and patient manner.We were able to get our pieces delivered immediately upon purchase which is phenomenal, not having to wait for our bookshelves, table and cozy chair.They had everything except floor/area rugs.If you are looking for heavy, quality pieces that are comfortable as well with beautiful accents this is the place for you. I had gone to Classic furniture first when shopping for furniture about a month ago and was impressed by all the different styles they had and Lisa Griffiths was so helpful. But of course I wanted to check out the other 10 furniture places in Jax and OP. Ended up going back to Classic Home Furniture and again got lucky to work with Lisa. I purchased the coolest furniture I needed and more. I will be back.

Lovely store, wonderful furniture that is very well made and also rather pricey. Much of it is also very trendy and not to my taste at all, but obviously a lot of people like it. But they also do have furniture that is more traditionally styled although nothing that I would call Country or old-fashioned or anything like that. Lots of unique items, like a lot of gorgeous pieces made from mango wood. If I was required to furnish my home out of the store, and Money Was No Object, I could very easily have done so and have been quite happy with my selections.It is not in a fancy, high-end location like some furniture palaces are, but dont be deceived. If youre looking for the good stuff, this place has it.

Kenyatta help my daughter in finding a mattress for her place. He was a very helpful and patient with her many questions and did a good job of explaining a lot of mattress info to us both. Very helpful.

We were told that most of the furniture would take 6 months to be delivered so we left.

Lisa answered the phone the day I called to inquire about the Petite sofa I saw on-line. When I stopped at the showroom, she spent a lot of time with me and helped me to pick out the fabric for sofa. It arrived today and it is beautiful and exceeds my expectations. The sofa is well made and the fabric and color are extraordinary.

Needs better management

Best selection of better hardwood furniture. Numerous styles and selections that are always changing. Holly was so helpful!! They have indoor sunbrella fabric which was the best find! We live at the beach and are no longer afraid of whites and lighter colors being able to have such a durable fabric. Its soft fabrics too! We will always go back to this store in the future for additional items. I cant say enough about our experience here. Only downside is they offer no in house delivery. The have a company you can use thats reputable but you have to pay extra.

Nice staff, greeted me within 20 seconds of entering, and asked if I was looking for something in particular. I had a very specific style of chair in mind, pointed to the oneI saw that closest matched and described how the one I had in mind differed. The lady came forward, introduced herself, showed me 3 styles, I picked the one best matching my target, and she showed me 4 of that style in different patterns. She told me about the sale price, how long it would last, the quality of the chair (solid hardwood, with heavy cotton umbrella fabric) and that the fabric could be specially ordered to something else if I didnt like the choices.The prices are about what Id expected, and I was pleased with the way she came across as knowledgeable without being pushy. I will likely be back for the chair and will definitely make them a first stop destination for the rest of my furniture buying. I will update if I do purchase, you let you readers know what I think of the rest of the transaction.

You can buy furniture anywhere. But if you want quality, the best service I have ever seen and a nice selection this is the place! We drive to Jacksonville (2 hours) just to buy stuff from them. Always happy with whatever we get from them. Jim (the owner) always makes sure you are happy and will support you if you ever have problems with their stuff. Wish all businesses would operate this way!

Didnt end up making a purchase, but the experience was very positive. Love that theyre a proud local family business supporting local manufacturers. The lady who helped us was a former customer turned brand ambassador and was helpful and not pushy or overly salesy.
