So I ordered wire on Friday and was told that 1/2 ×3 in 14 Guage was in stock of what I needed. I received a call on Monday telling me that they messed up and they do not have what we needed. The owner told me I will have to pay 150.00 more for wire that I really didnt needed. As a multiple buussness owner I know everyone makes mistakes and if one of my employees mess up, you try to make it right. I told him that I should not have to pay the additional 150.00 for something I really do not want. He doesnt know when the wire I need will come in stock again. He refused on price matching what the original wire they told me was in stock. This is unacceptable as a buissness owner.

Got a trap there.. The people were nice and the quality is top notch!!Ive owned it for 2-3 years now and it still looks new!
