Rude office personnel they think you know how their rental system works.! Tony was helpful to a point, but when I pointed out that a marker light was not working and asked if he was going to change it. He said No.

Beside them having empty beer bottles in the truck behind the seat, blunt roaches in the ashtray, & the latch on the door to open the truck from the back getting jammed I guess it was ok experience. We got the stuff moved 🤷🏽‍♀️
