We have used this location before and had great service. My wife and I are building a new home and stopped in yesterday to look at kitchen sinks and fixtures. The lady that waiting of us seemed as we were a bother to her. Every time my wife asked a question she referred us the web site. I’m very familiar with online as I shop frequently but..... my wife want to look at options before we purchased.I asked if Ferguson had a store in Memphis or Nashville and she replied yes.We literally left after the sink discussion and didn’t pursue fixtures or anything else.Love to shop local when we can to support the local economy but with representatives like this makes it very difficult.

I am remodeling a house from top to bottom from inside to outside. I went in looking for a little bit of everything. Sales people must not be on commission because they were not helpful or friendly! Someone else will appreciate my business.

My Dad and I came here a year ago spend about $1000And service great! But we came today looking for a part and just plain rude! I’m not Easily offended but there’s no need to be that rude to customers! I’m making sure my hole company and sisters comapanies never buy any thing here aging!

After a lot of calls and work they finally make it out to my house at 8 pm. Window was from 11- 1 pm. Needless to say we waited around all day and paid $89 to hear the unit is shot and there was nothing they could do
