Pool productions has the most polite, professional and friendly people working there. I had the worst experience trying to get my pool opened at another pool place. I decided to get a second opinion at Pool Productions and I am very glad I did. They explained everything that they were doing instead of just selling me a bunch of chemicals. My pool went from looking like a swamp to being crystal clear. I am very happy with the results. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Pool Productions, you are the best!!

First time pool owners and have no knowledge of caring for a pool and super overwhelming trying to learn what we needed to know online. Came here and had our water tested and Rebekah gave us a 101 course on exactly what we needed to do. I was super impressed with how much info she gave us and explained it perfectly for us to understand exactly what is going on and how to adjust everything. And same for all the other employees I spoke to there (I didn’t get their names) but they were all so helpful and you can tell they really do know exactly what they are talking about. Thank you! No more Amazon pool supply shopping for us... we will only be coming here for what we need!

You Rock Pool Productions! You did a fantastic job replacing our 22-year old swimming pool liner this past August. Noah and the other workers worked very hard and were very proficient. They saved our existing pool water in blow up pools in our yard which made it great to swim soon after the liner was replaced. We were so impressed with how fast the men worked and when Noah said the liner would be completed in two days--it was! We also made the decision to change over to Mineral Salt instead of using Chlorine and everyone who has been in our pool love it too. Andy and Jeanne Schneider are the best people to work with and possess the expertise that customers need. They are friendly, caring, honest and loyal to their customers. We feel like family when we come into the store with all their friendly employees. Their staff Nate and Gary and all the others who are and have been employed by Pool Productions throughout the years have impressed my whole family. Thank you for all of our wonderful experiences with all of you!

Pool Productions (Chris and another associate) just came out and closed our pool for the season, it was a great experience. They were very professional, did not seem to cut corners (like the previous company we used), and took some time to explain the process to my husband since we are hoping to close it ourselves next year. We switched to using Pool Productions completely this summer after continued bad experiences at another local company that we used to install our pool. Everyone at Pool Productions is so helpful and takes the time for us whenever we have questions. I would definitely recommend, I cant tell you how many times my husband and I have said we wished we would have used Pool Productions from the start.

From the beginning, 10 years ago, Pool Productions has provided us with excellent service. Back when the store was small but the service was BIG, William and I came in to talk about getting ideas. An hour, maybe more, of talking with Gary, we knew what we wanted and would fit our needs. Then Andrew came out to help us plan where to put it, not at all where we thought we would, and boy are we glad. They even moved it slightly as they were putting it in so my view from the dining room table was perfectly centered. They aim for perfection. From design, set up, fencing ideas, maintenance and trouble shooting they were there. We, our family and friends enjoy our pool and couldnt be happier. In fact we are heading in now with our monthly water sample, and I know we will be greeted by smiling faces and great advice, and a cool beverage from the cooler. Maybe Ill even take advantage of their new massage chair....

Update* 4 years ago I gave pool productions 5 stars. Back then, I had just bought a house with an in ground pool it was more like a swamp. Today I am still a dedicated customer!Pool productions answered all my questions and never tried to sell me anything. They never once pressured me into things I didnt need. With their help and my own internet research I was able to repair the pool returns, filter, and get from swamp green to crystal clear!Ive used them for 90% of our pool chemicals. Having a place where I can exchange my liquid chlorine jugs for full ones makes me feel a lot better about our pools environmental impact!Never once have I had a poor experience here. Staff is always friendly, super knowledgeable and ready to help you out! Just the other day they were busy so the owner came out to help load me up. That is exactly the type of business I love supporting!Lastly prices, I am willing to pay much more than online prices for products that come with knowledgeable staff interaction and are of high quality. If you are paying more than online here, I assure you, you are getting a good quality product and the staff can and will be happy to answer most any question you have about it. Keep that in mind but also realize they arent going to pressure you so if you have a budget you can totally stick to it!

This place has everything you need for any in ground or above ground pools. Also, chemicals and supplies for hot tubs. The prices are fair for the most part, however some things can be found online for cheaper. Thats offset hugely by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Id much rather pay a little more knowing that Im getting a quality product suggested by an expert.

Talked to them about a new liner in April. Got a call back with a date of July 13, 2018. Got another call back and voicemail on Tuesday May 29th to see if we wanted to move forward with liner? Voicemail stating it was Pool Productions calling, no reference name. Called them back and had know idea who called us, someone would call us back. No return call the rest of the week. Went to Pool Productions today in person to check status of appointment. They had no idea what we were talking about since April. Had no record of us ever calling, no one called us like we were crazy or something. Bye, bye Pool Productions we are going with Clear Water Pools Michigan Center, less expensive and actually want our business. We had been doing business with Pool Productions for 15 years. Sad we no longer matter.

More than 10 years ago we bought a house with a pool. They have been helping us take care of it all this time. They are perfectionist when it comes to water testing. Unfortunately for us a few years ago they had to replace a liner that was leaking. They did a great job. They saved our water, added stairs to our pool and were done quickly. I highly recommend them for your pool needs. P.S. The owners are always a hoot to talk to.

They are great when you go in for something, but getting service on my filter is not so hot. Called almost six weeks ago and they still have not made it out here. Cant even give me an estimate on when they will get here. Called a week ago to tell me I was on the short list. No not sure if they will make it before I close for the season

I purchased a pool vacuum to attach to the skimmer. I made a rookie mistake and did not fill the hose full of water prior to attaching it to the skimmer. I had major air in the lines. I worked for hours trying to prime the pool. With a phone call twice to Nate and then a return call from Jeanne, I was talked thru the process. My pool filter is now working properly. Thank you for your expertise, and help. You are all very much appreciated. I definitely will not make that mistake again.

Pool Productions installed our new bullfrog spa last weekend before the Thanksgiving holiday and did an amazing job. We contacted them a month before we closed on our new house and they ordered our spa so it was available on the closing date. They went out of their way to get us hooked up with a local electrician that they had confidence in and the install was perfect. We took our water sample in and Paul was able to tell us exactly how to make the water conditions perfect. He instructed me on water maintainence as well. I had a concern late Wednesday evening and Andrew came right over and took care of everything. I couldnt believe he came out on a holiday weekend to provide that kind service. The whole experience.... from Jeane making sure we had the chance to come in a try out the spa, to Paul making sure we had the know how to take care of it, to Andrew and his team for the unbelievable service and the flawless install .... it was OUTSTANDING !! I am so pleased and I HIGHLY recommend the team at Pool Productions for anything you may need. They made this easy and enjoyable ! They are terrific........Thank you Andrew, Paul and Jeane !

The customer service is severely lacking when it comes to issues with equipment. You get placed on a list with little (to none in our experience) follow-up. We arent updated on our spot on the list to adequately prepare nor are we given advice on best practices to follow until a technician can come evaluate the system. Its like operating in the dark. And when the pump fails and you have no idea when someone will show up, its hard to plan for proper repairs. All of this happened after the company had been out and evaluated the equipment previously.

HIGH PRICES. Pool Productions is extremely over priced. This may be because they are the only option in Jackson for in-ground pools so they take advantage and have very high prices. There are other options for pool supplies in neighboring cities so I would suggest to price compare and look to switch to prevent from over paying.
