Its sad that the owner was going to charge my mother $100.00 just to open the store. This is not including the part. No customer service skills whatsoever. My mother is on oxygen and needed her unit fixed it went out last night. I am grateful that we can shop online and I was able to purchase the part for under $80.00. Customers shouldnt have to pay for your time.
