They could be better been here many times and its hard to get help you have to ask thats when you find some one and they can be rude at times i understand they deal with a lot of customers but treat every one the same.... Felt like no one there likes there job i gave three stars should of got one butt ill go back a week from now to see if its a better experience next time

Revell Ace Hardware my favorite 😘 this store has everything I need for my house,yard 🐍 snake Away, boil acid, etc.

They didnt have 3 out of the 5 items I needed. This is not unusual. I have been referred to the Bryam store, again.

Always helpful and ready to assist you. The store has been re-arranged and the sales area seems smaller than it was. We need to support our local small businesses. Shop Ace Hardware first, then the rest.

I worked at this store for almost 8 years, it was one of my best jobs by far. Hated to leave but pursued a career in funeral service. I was taught by some of the best, and it has helped me tremendously over the years. The big box stores cant compare to Revell Ace Hardware, they have the knowledge, experience and know how when it comes to any hardware, outdoor or home improvement needs.

The store on Terry Rd in South Jackson has a great crew working here. These are the most polite, courteous, and helpful staff that I havemet. The store in Byram has a great staff too, like the Terry Rd store Byram is just as accommodating.

Theres an employee there named Terry who helped me a great deal, I was trying to basically retrofit some water connections at a nearby store and without him I may not have been able to figure everything out, and definitely not in such a short amount of time. Helped me a great deal!
