Googly eyed Security guard needs to take a class on how to speak to drivers (strike three. You listen and do not speak to me.) The yard is very tight and not for the weak of heart. You will be loaded quickly and not have to deal with a person filled with ego who probably makes minimum wage.

Its a bit tight for backing into dock. Good test for all rookies. They let you park overnight!Suggestion: Let drivers drop trailers after backing into dock. It gives other drivers and yard dogs more room to maneuver. I saw many close calls while waiting for a dock.

Picked up a load here going to Fort Smith, AR. They seem to load ya pretty quickly. They just have a number of safety rules that you have to follow. They assigned a dock as soon as I checked in. Loads are heavy, tandems have to be slid to the rear, air line disconnected, and you have to wait up by the shipping office while you are being loaded. They had coffee and some vending machines, but there is no use of tobacco on the property which I don’t mind, but some might.

The shipping hours are 7:15 to 15:00I usually get loaded here really quickly but today its been a little more than an hour. I dont hold it against them though lol.Tight backing in no blindside and dont be afraid to ask for help if you need it!!

Mr. Frank at the security gate, the gentleman at the shipping office, the loader, and the yard dog who gave me tips in backing into the dock were all very kind and helpful. Had me loaded within a reasonable time. Truck parking allowed on property so Im able to take my break and get some much needed rest.

The guardshack was very courteous and professional, but everyone is was rude and impatient honking at me while Im trying to check in. What knuckle dragging scythians.

Pretty tight for sleeper trucks,gotta park a 1/2 mile away to go check in,no smoking and can’t wait in your truck.Was loaded very quickly though.

Checked into dock and loaded in about 2 hrs not too bad. Reason for low rating is they design a dock with only one entry lane and no turn around circle. Forbid blindside backing so it forces you to back into the dock across the front of all the trucks before beginning to 45 degree back into a spot. Backing is the most dangerous part of the job and they force you to do it in order to avoid blindside backing. Makes no sense. To top it off space to maneuver in at 45 degrees is barrel adequate. A driver backing next to me clipped and cracked my right hood mounted mirror support arm. I don’t totally blame him but the way the company had this dock designed leaves little room for safety when backing.

Odd... Just odd. A sign was posted in the stafing lot on prior loading rules, but peinted so small you would have to stand 15 ft. in front of it to be able to read it.Was Told must exit truck while loading and they put a lock on your air hook-up for trailer. We never got a lock on, therefore never exited out truck, but thought it was the dock rocking around because the truck next to us was locked so we assumed they were loading them. Nope, they locked him, but loaded us and never locked us, for us to know to exit. Figured it out after 2nd trip with their forklift machine.You sit under a gazebo or inside, but bathrooms are 2 porta-pottys in lot??? OkOther than for the confusion, loaded quickly, and we were gone.

Been here for 3 hours so far getting loaded, cant wait in your truck... no lounge, just an outdoor pavilion with Porto potties across the street. this place is busted.

They have lots of different rules, but it was ok, fast pickup

Easy to find, figuring out which gate to enter @ night was kinda difficult because the signs are far from the road & there is no light pointed to them, but we finally figured out. We was bringing a load to drop so we had to use Gate 4, the women behind the window acted as if i was invisible when i was trying to check in, they literally didnt look up to acknowledge me until they finished their conversation, and even then they were rude & in no rush to help. Ended up dropping the trailer & grabbing an empty, so im glad we didnt have to sit & wait to be unloaded cause i could only imagine how long that would of took after seeing how long it took just to check in😡 wouldnt mind coming back here as long as its gonna be drop & hook again, maybe different people will be at the window next time!

Arrived at 830, docked 915 and left at 1015. Reason for 3 stars is very tight lot, no bathrooms and you cant stay in your truck.

Very good place to come and collect, reaching marks to the number that is on the sign and soon they give you the door, and the process lasts between 30 min and 1 hr, excellent place.

Fast and easy. You arrive you do not stop in surveillance You go straight to the parking area, you talk to report, they give you a ramp. And when you finish and the light changes from red to green your papers and stamp are in the back of the box. And ready
