Great prices and really decent selection. Although I came specifically for plastic strips for plastic welding and could not find them. Advertised as carrying them ended up having to buy a small plastic welder kit. Staff was mostly great supervisor was awesome but the cashier was rather blah towards people and rather impatient. Overall not a deal breaker. Will be returning.

Dont seem to have anything not blaming them could just be a manufacturer thing. But everytime Ive been here there has only been one gentleman who has been kind and helpful. Everyone else seems to be interested in helping anyone

Customers where wearing mask, cashier had plexiglass up and mask. Great prices as always on tools, I didnt need a coupons for what I bought, they were on sale. Lines werent long and co-worker was helping the new cashier out, which was good to see without no attitude, he knew there would be a learning curve.

I love Harbor Freight. I buy lots of tools here (welder, plasma cutter, air compressor, tool cabinets, grinders, miter saw [Hercules 12 sliding compound miter is AWESOME], etc.) and have had great success with them. Im from California, but visited this store in Jackson to get some things while helping him with a little home-improvement project. This store is clean, well organized, and the employees were very friendly.

Husbands favorite place to go! We have to stop by at least once a week. Very nice and tidy. Manager quickly assisted us in getting our purchase loaded and on our way!!

Good size inventory despite it being a small storefront. Customer service quality is very good. Associates are courteous and polite. I felt valued as their customer.

Cheap tools at cheap prices. You get what you pay for. If you need a tool for casual or one time use, this is the place. They have a decent selection of straight-from-china el cheapo tools thatll get the job done as long as the task is easy on the tools. For the full time mechanic, this place is off limits. I wouldnt let a mechanic touch my car if I knew they had a toolbox filled with Harbor Freight tools...but I have several tools I bought that have served me well. Most were for one time use and I needed it quick, and I am pleased that I can use them again if needed.Service was ok. Its self serve except the check out. Don6t expect to get a question about ptoducts answered. Do your own research.Otherwise BUY AMERICAN if possible, please.

Needed to buy a generator and a couple more things. Couldnt get anyone to answer phone. Went to the store they didnt have what I wanted. Went online and purchased what I needed. It has been more than a month since I paid for the products that I still dont have. Ordered a wheel kit for the generator that l still dont have. Their website had a malfunction and l ended up with 3 wheel kits. They sent me shipping label for one item. I secured the 2 wheel kits together and shipped them back. They only refunded me the price for one, shipping not included. Still dealing with that trying to get my money back. Not happy with Harbor Freight. I do not recommend them at all. I do hear that they have awesome products but what good is a product you cant use.

On Friday morning I went to the store because I receive emails and was in need of an obd2 scanner so I pick the scanner out waited at register and they call for it ..the guy looks in cabinet up front I waited patiently for 20 minutes they said they had 2 in stock the cashier gets a call on radio about how many credit apps they had which seemed they were worried more about credit apps than me I felt judged because I had on my pjs and house shoes which I just fixed my wife’s truck I put a purge valve solenoid on and needed to reset the code so I ask did they forget about me and the guy Caleb just says we didn’t have it in a way like I’m too busy doing tax exempts but he failed to realize who I was the store manager who always took care of him whether he walked in without an appointment or not he always promotes harbor freight and most of my tools and Jacks for the store come from there all my air lines and supplies but I used to go here all the time I will not ever go back very poor customer service as a former Gm I felt very disrespected I didn’t get an apology nothing I walked out and won’t walk back in ordered one online guess they judged my pockets and me

Very rude girl at the front desk who is a, well it rhymes with witch.. Used to these stores filled a niche, now for my money Lowes or Home Depot are better. The Jackson Tennessee store is terribly managed and I may never go back. If I could rate it lower I would.

Associates dont want to help find anything. When I do finally get them to help they give an attitude and take their sweet time. This has been the case on more than one occasion. The lady behind the register was nice. Associates also took their sweet time when she asked for something.

Have to buy everything separate. I dont like that.

I went to the store in jackson the store was clean and stocked to the ceiling very nice I ask for help and they helped they didnt tell me its over there like the one on summer where the shelves are half full or just empty if your smart drive to the one in jackson.

A lot of inexpensive tools, but usually only one register is open so you better not be in a hurry because youre going to do a lot of standing in line. Update- Visited this store yesterday and was impressed with the stores fantastic selection of tools and accessories once again!!! I absolutely love this store, the employees are friendly and helpful, the prices are very affordable and they have just about anything a person needs whether you are a professional or just someone who has a small project to do at home. No trip to Jackson is complete without a stop at Harbor freight. Theyve even improved their checkout service so you arent standing in line very long. Highly recommend this store to everyone

I love this place! Even though it is mostly tools and such, its a fun place to browse and they offer coupons and a free gift each visit.

I was really surprised at the variety of stuff there. And it was a whole lot cheaper than Walmart and dollar general. Plus they had bicycle accessories that I was needing. And staff was very helpful and super sweet. P

First time at a Harbor Freight, staff was great; everythings organized pretty well. Only downside is Im not familiar with any of the brands they sell so I was nervous about quality. Bought a Open End wrench set a while back that made me cautious of faulty tools. Boxers fracture. Smh. Store was a decent overall experience.

Its harbor freight. Most of the time everything I need is,in stock and everything I dont need and end up buying. I would make it 5 stars but it seems they are always short handed and have more customers than employees to help everyone. Exchanges,always go smooth.

Harbor Freight in Jackson TN. Its not too bad a shop. Went in today to get a couple headlamps for my children to play with. I was shocked to find out that you now actually have to make a purchase to receive the free item. Its all good though.Prices arent too bad, although on some items you will find that other places can be cheaper.Something that keeps me going there though, is the lifetime warranty on all of their hand tools. I do woodworking and regularly use their clamps. One breaks, i just take it back and swap it.

Was in the store Thursday no tee hinges. Call 4 time Saturday was put on hold for them to check and see if they had some. Then they hung up on me .I called back 4 more times no answer so THEY DO NOT OPEN OR ANSWER THE PHONE AT 8:00am. I have spent lot of time and money in that store not to get a simply answer do you have tee hinges yes or no Will start shopping else where.

Its a cool cheap tool place. But notorious, no, Famous for being good to get INTO but cant get Out of it. Rarely ever enough people on the floor to help, (or sometimes just unwilling) and checking out is an unwarranted wait. (To be fair, about only 60-75% of the time) There are times when you walk in, see how the ONE cashier is backed up, and just turnaround and leave, try again another day. H.F. should re-evaluate this stores potential and staff appropriately. Another location might be better, but location wont fix a staffing problem. Pay is surely low and turnover is steep!

Very busy place, dont expect to have a fast cashier as they have them answering the phone and making everyone happy. This slows the cashier line down. As far as inventory they do a good job keeping most everything in stock.

Great place to get your honey-dos off the list, but not for a pro to use the tools for his only income. They are for the occasional use type affordable pieces that the diyer needs to complete just a few projects without breaking the bank or having g a finance discussion with the spouse. Good coupons, sales. Worrisome for my phone number and address. NOT GETTING IT!!

This is an excellent place to get tools, most items are off-brand BUT the price is unbeatable. Batteries, tape, sockets, wrenches, etc. On top of that they have a coupon book they send monthly, as well as coupons in the paper. More than worth your time!

Im not even sure why they advertise bigger tools, they NEVER have them. The last time I went there, they thought they had one in the back. Over the time of 3 days, they never found the keys out of all the employees & managers. The last contact I had with them was a week later & they were going to have to call a locksmith & get them all changed. Doesnt sound too competent to me. Shut the doors!! Unless you need small flea market stuff.
