Great selection and service. Josh helped me out to get one of my bikes unlocked after mistakenly putting the lock on wrong (my bike on my truck, to be clear). I was going to just buy an angle grinder but he went above and beyond and just used a set of bolt cutters. Done in 5 minutes. Wonderful.

Well ...... Went in looking for a led light for my work bench ... Might have found one but the asdociates were to busy hiding in an isle talking about outside events.... Asked another associate about a bathroom so I could check my blood sugar ..... Was informed they were closed indefinitely..... Thanks ace the helpful hardware thing ....

Awful online ordering process. If they stock out, they automatically cancel your order. Then ask you to go back online a week later to re-submit the order.It’s on you to chase down the item. They don’t do store - store transfers, and stock out of critical items frequently so it’s common to see multiple order cancellations in a given month, even though they say they have the item online.

Stores are limited in Jackson Hole. The ACE has more stock than a normal store. People are great, but the price reflects market valve. In many cases they are the only game in town.

I use Ace hardware many times a week. There is always someone to help you find what youre looking for, and if they dont carry it they usually know where you can find it in town.

This is a big store with lots of merchandise. No big box stores for 60 miles.

This is a solid ACE store to visit. Im in this store quite often, and I can always find what Im looking for. This is a busy store, and the staff seems to handle it well. Never have to search for an associate, and they always share a smile!

We had our car key break off in the ignition switch and needed an extraction. We were on vacation and in the middle of a gnarly road trip. After exhausting every locksmith in town and being let down be EVERY one of them we proceeded to start ourselves.At Ace we started looking for files and other tools we would need and the manager Dave W. Offered to let us use his tools. After hours of fiddling and grinding to get the broken key out Dave took us into the back of the store to the workbench and proceeded to spend about an hour helping us finish the job.I cant begin to tell you how important his kindness was to our trip. Meeting countless snobby rich folk he blew our mind with his willingness to help. Ace hardware is INCREDIBLY lucky to have such a humble manager. We had a problem with our RV and stopped by. Corey helped us find the right part and came outside to help us put in the nut and bolt we needed. They’re whole staff was very nice and helpful and I would recommend stopping by if you need help.

GREAT service!! I had called in an order for a gallon of (special color) paint. When I went to pick it up, another gentleman had been given my paint. They apologized and told me they were trying to contact the gentleman to get it back. I told ACE I would come back tomorrow to get my paint. That evening I got a call from ACE saying they had gotten the paint back and were delivering it to my house. No charge! (including paint...) Service just doesnt get better than that! Love this place.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called to ask about a part as we were just getting into town and the service man was so rude over the phone!! Arrived couple minutes prior to close, we were aware and were planning on getting our item and leaving. Slammed the door in my face!! Will never ever shop here! Refuse to support any business that could be so rude! A business that thrives on helping people should be ashamed of themselves. This is what is wrong with America!!

Staff is always helpful and will offer tips on how to do things yourself. Bill in particular is stellar and has a great working knowledge in many areas from plumbing to electrical and likely more. Always a good experience at Ace and glad to have it conveniently located right in the center of town.

Ace is like an old time hardware store, except modern. By that, I mean they have what you need, theyre very friendly and I usually run into an old friend or two while Im there shopping. Excellent customer service - which is rare in todays frantic paced world. Highly recommended!

We had our shades repaired by Ken at Ace hardware. He did a great job and charged us fairly. We will be going back for his services when/if we need shade work at our Wilson residence. He was great.

Great store, very helpful every time I visit.

As a traveler, I went in looking for a small amount of grease for my hitch ball and camper. Salesperson Tommy walked me over to the grease aisle to show me my options. He understood that all options on the shelf were just too much for my needs. Tommy went and found a small cup, and went back into their shop and got me a couple of pumps of grease from a grease gun. The perfect amount! Thanks Ace for employing folks like Tommy who go the extra mile; and keeping your stores on a more personable level than the big stores! Thanks Tommy!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Came in to grab new locks and it was a speedy experience. Fast check out too. Small enough store you could find your way pretty easily without help as well. The store has a good location near other retail stores and near the downtown area.
