The food is always great. Ive been doing Thanksgiving and Christmas from Honey Baked for about 3 years now. Of course its pricey, but when you count up the gas going to the store and the time that would be spent in the kitchen, Its worth it. The only reason why I gave it a 3 star is because of customer service. I called before I went. That rep over the phone was great and personal. On the other hand, when I got there. The rep was an older rep and had the personality of a pet rock. Other than that, Honey Baked is Great!

The woman that helped me was very informative. With covid so many arent putting out the bean soups but got all the ingredients from here and made it at home ❤️

Sandwich is okay but the ham is the best ever

Very busy. The smoked turkey is awesome, but you will pay for it. Its worth the price ($9.99 /lb) for me not to cook though.

Learned my lesson from going the day before Thanksgiving. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Bought a ham for Christmas and Turkey slices for sandwiches tonight. Delicious!!!

Great food But the service is definitely subpar! It seems like most of the workers Including the manager, actually Especially the manager, has very poor attitudes and doesnt like their job!! Unfortunately, I would Not recommend this location to anyone!

Visited the store a week ago; the manager is very rude and so unprofessional. She screamed at customers. I bought a ham; which was clearly over cooked; usually the hams are delicious. This should have been observed when cooked.

Customer service is HORRIBLE, will not ever order here again and I regret doing it the first time. They all have attitudes and don’t want to deal with anyone or anything.

Got a ham a couple weeks before Thanksgiving and they were slightly busy and while the customer in front of me was being difficult, the lady quickly helped me as he browse the ham selection and asked really silly questions lol

I ate lunch there this past Wednesday and was surprised when I saw the type of people that run that place. The manager, who was running the register, was dressed very unprofessional and smelled strongly of smoke. A man that was extremely dirty and also smelled of smoke walked around the dining room offering samples to customers. Nobody took them. I’m not sure who hired these people, but it was a mistake. The dining room was gross and the men’s restroom was out of order. Very unimpressed. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Last summer while visiting friends in TN, stopping to purchase A Full Meal for our friends nearby. Was told that our Employee Discount ‘wasn’t valid’ being that we live in Colorado and are Employees at a HBH in Colorado. When we asked that this manager, in Jackson, TN Call our GM in Colorado; She pretende to do so but did not make the phone call. We know because we could see her in a reflection. She not only did not make the phone call but declined that WE call our GM on our phone for her to speak with.

Pricey but really good.

Had box lunches catered in for business meeting. None of the boxes included the chips. Talk about awkward. Once I called the store back, they did send someone back with the chips, but many of my meeting attendees were done or almost done with their sandwich. Also, a couple of the boxes were mislabeled (ham vs turkey). I also ordered sweet tea and was supposed to get cups, but guess what, no cups either.

Love their hams,as far as Im concerned you cant get a better ham any where they just melt in your mouth.If you want the best go to the best because they dont get any better than these in Jackson,Tn.

If I could rate no stars I would. Terrible service, over charged me but only argued, wrong bread, sloppy sandwich and my side of potato salad was half full with most of it on the side of the cup. They were out of unsweetened tea, stating tea machine is broke.This used to be a good place but you need to hire better help.Good luck

Everyone was so sweet and helpful. The samples were delicious! I was disappointed they no longer sold the broccoli rice casserole.
