Would be 5 Stars for the customer service from Devin alone >> But otherwise this is unfortunately not an exemplary Whole Foods. Could only find one tiny bathroom for all customers to use, all others seemingly out of order. Very confusing pricing at the deli / prepared food counter. Just a general let-down from my experiences at other stores.

Excellent choice of produce and other. Love to browse, always find things not looking for. Flower arrangements just beautiful.

Its Whole Foods. LOL seriously love that they have a healthy alternative to eating. They keep the store stocked very well. Its clean and they even offer Amazon drop off. What else do you need? Its also conveniently located in an excellent location.

I had issues with my grocery order early Friday afternoon. I called to resolve twice and on the second call I was transferred to a woman named Jasmine. My order was canceled without my approval and she couldn’t even answer my questions or help me. The way she spoke was rude and then she hung up on me after a few minutes! Would not recommend this location. They obviously need more helpful employees who aren’t annoyed by doing their job.

Great selection of high-quality products with very helpful staff. One of the best selections of produce in the area. The bakery is impressive, too. So lucky to have this in North Jackson!

Went there with brother-in-law to get burgers. Great decision! Food was great. I think k the fries may have been even better than the burger. Will definitely be back. Now I have more reasons to go there.

Not we went to Char the steak house. I had the Chicken BLT it was great!

Nice, clean store with associates that you can actually find if assistance is needed. Not like those other stores where you have to walk several aisles over just to find help. Great products and fresh meat & seafood. Produce is the freshest in the surrounding areas. I’ve visited many grocery stores, and they do not stand up to Whole Foods. Whole Foods have cut their prices drastically since the beginning. Folks, look for all the yellow sale tags and Amazon discounts in store. Great customer service and great food. Go see for yourself!

Lots of good, healthy, convenient quick foods. Nice selection of fresh produce. Good selection of vitamins, soaps, etc.

Shopping at Whole foods is always a pleasure trip. Clean and polite workers

Went to whole foods market to specially pick up essential oils. Several price, quality, and size choices. All very good. Cannot evaluate scents online. Six days later still happy with our choices.

Ate lunchroom foodbar. Good lot less choices since covid. Like the no wrap Amazon drop off. Glad Amazon bought them prices are alike better.

I always love coming here. The atmosphere is just amazing. The quality of service I have received is far better than excellent. No matter what question I have or suggestions they genuinely listen like theyre interested and try to help. Its always clean and well stocked even their liquor store next door. I can write a book on how much I love Whole Foods!!!

That was my first visit, I really enjoyed it. Seeing seafood and vegetables, fruits you dont normally see. If at all!!Very friendly and clean. I didnt say anything about Prices!!!! 😊🤔Its all good. I would go back!!

Something must have happened regarding loss prevention bc I usually come in a few times a week but these last couple of visits were kinda off-putting. I went through self checkout as I normally do and both times the person manning that station was literally on top of me as I scanned the few items I had.One worker literally came up behind and took my container and No thats not the container. AND scanned another container and it wasnt that container. I wasnt too bothered but this last visit was annoying. I was scanning my ONE item and the guy working literally stood side by side looking at the screen. I almost wanted to ask if he would like to scan and bag so this way he doesnt have to micromanage me, apparently doing what should be his job.

I used to work for WF back in 1999. I loved it. Front End Cashier Position. So, Im no stranger to how the whole system operates. My only concern is why such high prices on in-store made guacamole? Frankly, its outrageous. I can afford anything in the store, so, affordability is not in question. I simply believe some items should be fairly priced. I fully understand the organic avocados are sourced from monks, blessed with holy water on Mount Zion, but, my goodness, re-evaluate the pricing on the items that shouldnt be astronomically high. Please, and Thank-you.

The staff in Jackson, Miss I-55 location ..was extremely friendly and helpful.

The employees are slow, very often ignore my questions even when worded nicely. Some of the prices seem kinda inconsistent, like the fresh broccoli was more expensive than the fresh cauliflower. The bathroom was horrid. Only two were open at any time, one had feces on the wall.Cannot reccomend

Whole Foods is awesome. High quality products and friendly staff, one of my favorite places to shop.

Prior to the Bezos buyout / Amazon acquisition I loved this place unconditionally. Now I simply love it, with lots of caveats. I have yet to be dissatisfied about any locations Ive visited, this one meets that standard.

Healthy food good choices.

Lettuce bun for burger was a bed of spring mix. Turkey burger was a veggie burger. Fries were tasty but very greasy. Store was really clean and staff was friendly.

This place is huge! Great organic selections from food to body/skin products.

Its very expnsuve, but does have some high quality foods for vegans and what not. Ya know, the picky type of eaters..... Ya. This is the place for them. Better have lots of $$$$$$$ though. Lol. If youre into that kind of lifestyle that is definitely hyped up WAY more than it should be as far as the health benefits go.... Some people just somehow dont see how its all just a hype that sounds good, but only for the profit, thats all.

Its always a good experience here. People mind there own business but can still easily end up in conversation. Which happens to me quite a bit. A great place to meet that special someone lol. This whole foods is Always clean and well stocked. Its not a huge location but Im a cozy type guy so I dont mind it not being a huge placeI give it 5 stars. The staff has always been nice and helpful often times go out of there way to help.

OK, I’m a mixed bag here. I do not see anything really special going on here. The service is fine but certainly not exceptional. This is the COVID world right now to impossible to make everyone happy. I saw a bad review saying they were asked to wear a mask. I do not wear a mask and I will not wear a mask and that is just my view of it. Nobody asked me to put on a mask which was a good thing. I saw plenty of people walking around with a mask and without. I feel if you want to wear a mask go ahead, I do not have an issue with wearing a mask but do not put your view on me as I do not put mine on you. That seemed to be the stance at Wholefoods which in my opinion is the correct one to take right now. Wear it if you like, plain and simple. So, I felt this store accommodated everyone nicely on this very tough issue. The store itself was very clean as was the men’s room I went to. All in all, a perfectly fine visit just not exceptional and that is the reason for the four star and not a five. I will certainly come back to this store again.

I have never been to Whole Foods Market besides the one in California near my house growing up.I went here the other day looking for raw green peanuts for boiling unfortunately, they are out of season. We walked around and found a lot of neat things and ordered some great food.The salads were beautiful, the different types of food were absolutely great! I highly recommend Whole Foods Market!

Went there to pick up a package from Amazon and left did not shop there

It was daughters 17th birthday and got her some Enlighten Ice Cream. Plant based due to her being lactose intolerant, and the Berry Chantilly cake. It was to die for. Thanks Whole Foods.

The cashier wasnt friendly. I tried to engage her no change. Even asked was this her fist day. She said no. I stated that you arent friendly. Her & another worker looked at each other. Ill give her 1 credit she did say bye . I went over & told a female manger about the incident. She apologized for her. Its not a Black against a white person, but black to black interaction. Kindness comes in any color. Hi, please & thank you goes a long way.

While I wish we had a larger store, this location cant be beat for our area. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. This most recent trip had me searching for new items due to dietary restrictions. I received great help from 3 separate employees.

Luv me some Whole Foods. Great wild-caught seafood collection. Superior poultry- even duck fat. Grass fed, organic beef. Really good lunch and breakfast buffet. Great craft beer selection. First rate coffee selection also

Ppl are not typically very helpful and do not ask if help is needed. Sometimes have to seek them out. Also they seem more focused on their freight than the guests/ customers.

I love this place but prices are too high. Ordinary people cant afford it.

The products are nice but I feel like Im being stared at and Im generally a confidant person. I ignore it but its there. The overall quality of the produce is exceptional and has many options to choose from. I love their options for snacking. Ill always shop here i just get the stares due to my holistic essentric downtowner vibe.

The customer care is so good here. We travel to Jackson about three times a year. Its always good to be welcomed here and taken care of the way we are. We are happy to see them and they us. Special thanks to Jeronte in the grill/deli area for such a great job in handling the orders and customers. During our visit we came almost daily. He remembered our family of 7 and our special dietary needs.

Need to have more than 1 working scooter for mobility impaired people and not be left in hot sun. Experiencing derriere burns.

A nice place to buy natural and organic produce. They also offer a buffet. It was good food at the beginning (couple of years ago) but now its going down on quality and variety. Update review: still not having the variety it had before but the quality seems to be there now.

Vegan options are more limited here than other whole foods stores. Salad bar is great. Hot bar options are limited on vegan dishes. Bakery has vegan treats. All packaged and produce supply is great. In season fruit available. Limited hard apple cider selection. Limited wine selection than other larger whole foods stores. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff.

I love shopping here for healthy food, but the workers where i got my pizza from weren’t quite as friendly as others.

They have the best hot bar. Lots to choose from. The soup and salads are delicious.

This is a good place to find natural ingredients and health products. It is nice and clean. Most of time I go there they are fully stocked. The prices are reasonable.

My place to splurge on groceries. I love the butcher in the meat department, hes so sweet! We always get our chicken chopped here...for majority of Indian cooking chicken has to be on bone. The bakery section is a huge weakness for me. All the mochi are so so so good especially the guava one.
