I dont like the 10% markup. They got rid of the $1 aisle. The meat department worker was very nice and very helpful.

I live in here they got good sales and great customer service.

Has some pretty good deals and items that I havent see in major grocery stores. Also has deli plates.

I bought a dinner plate an they over charged me..charge me for a fish plate when all i had was chicken breast, greens, mac n cheese, small piece of cornbread..i wont eat there again..also over charged on some others orders of mine..i have my receipt..an too much TAXES for each item...SHAME

Westland Plaza location is neat and clean. The staff are helpful. However I wish they sold more healthy choice food items along with all their line of foods. I found it very disheartening not being able to find major food purchases that were considered healthy alternative brands.

I love Froogles. It has variety of things at good prices. I recommended to my friends to shop there.

Everything you need is in this store and prices are cheap..nice selection of different brands...very clean and spacious

Place is dirty..No one Mops the floor..Poor Sanitation. Employees seem to accept the conditions as they just stand around...Go to the other Froogels, where you have more white customers go, its better..

Froogles is a good place to go and make groceries and get your condiments and your bread and whatever else you need

I bought lunch and tea at Froogles for $4.99. The food is delicious. ( 2 vegetables, meat, bread and tea or lenonade)

The phone customer service is terrible, I’ve called three times for a price and have yet to obtain the information I’m seeking, not only that I’m on two different lines waiting on the same price check, 14 minutes on one line and 20 on another, and the clock is steady ticking

Well you have a cashier that come in about 4 pm she is very rude and nasty. And the manager up hold what she was saying a gentleman cruising at this man. Something needs to be done about . Didnt get her name she wasnt wearing a name tag.

It was ok not that good but ok

I get off work at 8 it takes me 40 minutes to get home I stopped and got gas it took 5 minutes I pulled up at froogles in Westland plaza shopping center 10 minutes before 9 and they were closed they would not let me come in to get spaghetti string and spaghetti sauce to feed my family I think if a store closes at 9 they should close at 9 if you all close at 8:50 or 8:45 you should put that on the door instead of 9 I am very displeased with my neighborhood grocery store I passed Save-A-Lot on my way home and they were open but because I wanted to go to my neighborhood grocery store I missed both grocery stores shame on you froogles shame on you now my family have to eat bologna sandwiches for tonight and I have three kids you all need to get betterwhen mcdades were there I could go in 4 minutes before 10 and get whatever I want I miss the old grocery store froogles you need to get better better customer service to I shop here three to four times a week I guess I will have to start going to Save-A-Lot or

Because on Christmas it say you all was open and I drove all the way to you all store and it was close 😡😡😡
