First time at this location. Has nice big lot to maneuver and easy to back into docks. Was able to get in and out quickly. Two guard shacks at entrance but no one in them so went to office. Look for door with a ramp next to it. There is a sign on the door with partial letters for receiving.

Customer service is lacking, seriously. People over unloading had us wait 9 hours to get unloaded. We run teams so all of our loads are early. I never thought it would be something that would not be appreciated. Driving nonstop from Pa. definitely going to charge detention and going to speak to upper management about the service issues

Receiving clerk has an attitude except when hes on the phone talking to people that arent there handling business. Hes all laughs and giggles then. Gaurd is a cool guy. The process was simple enough

Gravel lot area for o/n parking or staging. Plenty of maneuvering room. ✔-in@16:45cst. Unloading begins at 17:00. Leave doors open when departing, for guard to check inside trlr. Entrance/Exit: gated.

Easy in easy out. Backed me to a door early pallets were coming off 30 minutes later. No problems here. I-20 through Jackson was raggedy as usual but what can you do?

This is not a grocery store. Its a warehouse. We didnt have any issues. We got in and out pretty fast. And everyone was friendly. It seemed organized.

They charge you if you breathe wrong. Nasty rude people dirty trashy looking facility I will never deliver here ever again

Wow I cant believe the attitude in the receiving office. It takes effort for someone to be that disrespectful and condescending. Hopefully management has the business sense to correct this, my company will definitely not be doing business here in the future.

2 pm appointment. I got a door right away, paid lumber fee of $85 dollars, and fast 7unloading cuz I was the only one there not bad.

They start unloading at 5pm to 11pm if late theres a fee. They are quick to umload

This place needs a serious attitude adjustment. Theres absolutely no reason to be rude especially if someone is nice to you. If you dont like your job then find something else!! Needs to be reported ASAP. The guy in the receiving needs to learn to be nice.

Check in is at 5 pm sharp. You have to pay lumper. They unload fast and have overnight parking if you ask.

Receiving starts at 5pm they said around 1pm in the afternoon, one of the employees walked up and asked $100 for early unloading

One of the better customers to deliver to! Quick and easy, Personnel or professional got the job done quickly even after having a complication with malfunctioning equipment. Now this delivery was on Memorial Day itself 2019. As far as I can tell I was only one of about 7 trucks with inbound Freight for them to unload. I dont know what theyre like during a normal business week but, considering today is a holiday Im going to say it went off without a hitch and they did a great job unloading !

I unloaded here tonight. They got me in before my appointment and only took them about 10 minutes to unload me. Excellent place.

Unloading times is from 5pm - 12am. A heads up. There is a $100 fine for being over 1 hour late and $100 fine for not chocking trailer. Unloaded me quick once I was assigned to a door. Plenty of room to back in. No overnight parking.

Appointment at 5pm. Still here at 7pm. Another noteworthy bit of information not mentioned by anyone else....THEY DO NOT TAKE CASH FOR LUMPER FEES.

Everytime I go there, I dont have a bad experience. I want to post something that truck drivers seem to forget to post. They receive LTL and refrigerated loads from 8am to 4pm and frozen and dry loads from 5pm to midnight.If people are going to post, they need to post the whole thing. You can arrive early and park on their property.They will allow you to finish a reset if you need to.This place is not as bad as people say it is. If the broker is lying to you, its unfortunate but that is what they do. Good luck drivers!!!😊😊

Only for A night receiver 5pm-midnight OK 🆗 for overnight parking but you need to ask. Yes for A lumper fee NO cash EFS/com check. Unloading time is less than 2hours/1hour. Professional people they treat people equal 🙏🙏🙏 very quiet zone sleep like a baby 👶 Big space to maneuver Get the paperwork first before you move out the dak. I will recommend all drivers to deliver here 👍👍👍 coming back soon

I went to the first one in Atlanta nice lady at the window. Went to the one in Mississippi hmmmm we as truck driver need to band that location and may be the company as well if u are late they want charge $100.00 if u dont chock your wheel a $100.00 too they even charge for the com check s too company like this amaze me and we allow them to do this .

One of the worst experiences weve ever had. Mr. Big Pants reciver clerk has got to the most unhappy person Ive ever met.

In and out fast, under an hour. They have lumper fees. No overnight. Easy docking.

They dont start until 4:45 pm but nice place and friendly.

Been here since 1 oclock.. No other trucks here and wont unload till 5.. Now in the door and other trucks are arriving and leaving and Im still not unloaded... Its just rediculous..

There is a guy in the receiver office, his face is like you kill his dad. I get here 3 pm and told me they start receiving 5 . I checked in 4:45 pm and still in dock 9 pm now. They take one pallet every 30 minutes. Overall, wasting of time.

Ok let me tell you about my experience here ! Got there early was told to come back at 5 no problem I said .On the way out Alonzo stopped me told us to be back at 4:45 he also mentioned the 120 lumper fee and gave us a com check very nice and helpful . Ok came back was met in the office by a guy that wouldnt even look up to acknowledge you were there . I said Ok maybe he is having a bad day ...but then he was very rude with his response to me as well. Then tried to add a additional $5 to the lumper fee !! Its free to be polite and it will take you far sir. . I will pray for him and his well being . Hopefully he can recieve some customer service training or maybe find a job he is happy at .
