Called the Service Dept. to schedule some work. During the discussion Matt(?) must have realized I was on the right track of debugging my own problem and pointed me in the right direction! Ended up fixing it myself, but Kudos to them and especially Matt for being as helpful as they are! Great service!

Disappointed on how I was talked to on the phone. Even in person when I put the down payment and signed papers for our shed the man I dealt with wasnt very personable. We ordered it on May 25th and today is June 9th. We were told 7 to 10 days we would get a call. When I just called to ask him if he knew when our shed was coming and that its the 10th day, he acted like I couldnt count business days including memorial day as a holiday. Instead of him being interested and paying attention to detail like they say I think he would of offered to look into it for me seeing with the almost 9k we are paying for the shed that Im sure he got a cut of for being a dealer. Im a laid back person and I get bad vibes from this dude, I felt like I was an inconvenience. And when you read this dont bother replying to it because I called the people that you gave me the number to and are going to call me back with an answer. If you want to feel like your an inconvenience go see the guys at summit power sports! They will make you feel right at home. I am not recommding them to anyone

Very good people to deal with. Bought a new Side by side from them. Called about it, they had it in stock. Went next morning to pick it up. They did a very thorough walk around of everything on it. Was in and out in about an hour. Will definitely recommend them them.

I didnt purchase anything (yet still kicking around the idea). However the salesman was helpful and informative and zero pressure or cheesy sales pitch. He didnt seem to know a whole lot about the products but made every effort to find the info I requested. If I decide to buy that particular brand I will return to buy from them, I was treated better there than any of the other equipment sales places in the jackson area.

Bought a Hot tub from them and it was a great deal. Salesman was very knowledgeable of what he was selling and making sure it was what we needed not exactly what we just wanted. Saved us alot of money by doing so. 😁😁😁. Delivery was good they came out 3 times to make sure everything was working right. Even after hours on a friday. Great place and great people. Go there buy stuff.

Stopped in to check place out after visiting few other local places, they really took time to explain everything about the Utv, and all the differences between brands and dealers, and never was any pressure used to try and get us to buy from them. We ended up buying a unit and have been extremely happy, and cant speak highly enough about Summit Powersports.

The owner was spectacular to work with! I would recommend buying a Utv from Summit Powersports any day! Thank you Matt!
