A happy and diverse store with a variety of goods - its well worth a visit.Goods range from postcards and paper products, to handmade books, small home items such as walnut chopping boards, leather goods, clothing and toys.Prices are very reasonable and range from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars for the largest items.

Really enjoyed walking through and asking the staff about different pieces, as they know SO much about where everything comes from and how its made! Everyone was super friendly and the store has a lot of very neat things to purchase. I recommend taking some time to ask them about the jewelry as many of the pieces are extremely beautiful and well crafted! Cant wait to come again!

Wanted to check out some stationary; however, when I opened the door I was abruptly approached with the door stuffed in my face greeted with “we’re closed.” I did not realize the store hours but the door was still unlocked. I felt unwelcome. I understand after the fact I was a minute passed closed but not something I expected in this nice small town.

I counted over 20 people in the store, which far exceeds their 10 person capacity limitation. No one was social distancing. They have a sign asking people to be responsible because they have immune compromised staff and we are in a rural community with strained health resources, and I appreciate that patrons of the store were not following the rules. Unfortunately, I recognized the manager on the floor, who was asking the clerk if she wanted a coffee and arranging items on the tables. I left because I was uncomfortable and to reduce the number of people in the store.I went into a similar store a block away and the clerk politely asked a customer to wait outside when the shop reached 10 people. I thanked her!The situation sucks for brick and mortar store owners, but there are best practices that will keep the community as open as possible.

You can see that they started out being cool but now they are just an overpriced Lees Tees. Super overpriced, a lot made in china and more or less what the other tourist shops sell as well.

Stopped in MADE in mid December to help with my Holiday gifting - what a difference it MADE for my relatives! Was getting thank yous from my brother and others whom I rarely hear from - all in love with belts, handcrafted buckles, ornaments, and wonderful WYOMING nostalgia. Great store! Being a Wyoming native it’s hard to find authentic blankets of the state due to trademarks. These guys pay for the use and have beautiful blankets made! Stop here if you want the Wyoming state flag or UW blankets!

I really love the products from this store, but as a customer who has ordered online, I am very disappointed in the customer service. I purchased a pair of earrings a few months back and the earring wire broke as I tried to put them on the third time I went to wear them. I know things happen, so I took a picture and sent it to the customer service email address. No response until I followed up with more emails. Then I was told they would happily send a replacement part and it would take about 10 days. Great! However, after 3 weeks, nothing had arrived, so I emailed again to follow up. I couldnt get a response for a week and it took multiple emails and me calling the store for someone to finally reach out and say they would send the replacement part. The following week, I finally received the replacement. Im glad they resolved this issue, but it didnt feel right that I had to follow up so many times to get it fixed. Im sad to say I wont be ordering from this company again.

Typical overpriced, hipster, artsy place. A lot of cute earrings and stickers and would be a good place to get a tasteful friend a gift; however if youre looking to spend less than $20 on an item this is not the place (unless you get a postcard or sticker which I did). The employees were neither helpful nor unhelpful and all seemed to be highschool/college-age girls -- I had a pleasant conversation with one of them about the earrings I had on :)

MADE is the type of shop you wish you could find in every town you visit, but never do. Perhaps the most charming little shop Ive ever seen, it just so happens to sell goods from the most charming and talented artists from around the country. Its the type of shop that has items youll fall in love with, but arent necessary. You know, the ones that just make life special and are just...cool. Funny part is, once you experience MADE, itll become a necessity. Youll begin to see the NEED for MADE, for that special gift for any occasion, or just for yourself. I find myself in another state now. Thank goodness they have an online store! If you go in, be sure to ask for the back story on anything you fall in love with. The employees always have an awesome story to share. Great stuff!

I just love this store! MADE offers gifts for every age and occasion, and everything is always so creative and unique. I cant remember the last time I bought a wedding gift from another store. The owners are incredibly responsive, friendly, and make both online and in-store shopping easy and convenient. I cant wait for my next visit to Jackson Hole so I can swing by MADE in Gaslight Alley.

Made is such a great shop. We loved looking over all the offerings from independent makers/sellers. The only hard part was narrowing down our selection!

I adored this store! So MADE is in gaslight alley, and everything they carry in here is all locally made from what i gathered. They had the cutest jewelry as well as handmade kids clothing, even the cards were all uniquely made and I hadnt seen them anywhere else so I do think they were made in Jackson Hole.They had really cute tourist items and I loved that it was all by small businesses. I think its so cool to think about the fact that Jackson gets most of its income from tourists Im sure, so if the tourists are buying items that are made locally, all the money is going back into this towns own economy which is wonderful!Its also so unique and these are items you cant get anywhere else so they are specific to the persons trip to Jackson and just great memorabilia. Nothing here was cheaply made or tacky either. Everything was made will very gentle care and every item seemed like it had been individually made and not mass produced.

SO AWESOME! From jewelry to cool throw pillows this place has something for everyone. The creativity in this place just oozes. Totally just MADE my Christmas shopping so much easier. The website is wonderful as well.

I think this is the best shop for souvenirs in downtown Jackson! I like the selection of Wyoming and Jackson. Also I inquired about a set of earrings that were out of stock and they offered to call the maker of them to see if there were more then texted me back. So they have great service too! Its a must go if you want something Jackson!

My daughter found a necklace she loved and I brought it to the cashier to purchase it. The woman, who I believe was actually a manager, said the price was marked incorrectly and said instead of $45, its actually $85 . Her excuse was there were a lot of new employees and someone must have priced it incorrectly. She would not honor the price that was marked, which any good business with integrity does.

This is one of our favorite shops in Jackson! The staff is wonderful and you will always find something amazing. When it came time to register we knew Made/Mountain Dandy would be on the top of our list. The staff has been wonderful at staying on top of our registry and being so easy to work with. If you are in Jackson, this shop is a must see!

Small stuffed fox for my daughter cost 40$ the seam on the back came apart less than one day after buying it. She didn’t even play rough with it, she just slept with it.

Ive been a customer of Made since I moved to Jackson in 2011. I have purchased lovely items from the shop many times. I recently purchased a few home goods including a ceramic mug. The mug had a small imperfection in the handle upon purchase, but I didnt think anything of it. About a month after buying the mug, the handle broke off in my hand as I hand washed it. I brought the broken mug into the shop and asked if they would do anything for me. I was pretty astounded by the interaction with the cashier as she implied I broke the mug myself and lied about the cause of the damage. This occurred last week, I waited until now to write a review because I didnt want the heat of the moment to spur me to write something negative or inflammatory. All I wanted was a mug that wasnt damaged. Now theyve lost a loyal customer :(.

Bought 6 Pig Candy for gifts. Ad shows big beautiful pieces of bacon. My packages were crumbs! Sent email to ask why ... no reply! Paid express shipping to get bad quality!

Horrible customer service. Ordered an item and paid for upgraded shipping and they sent default shipping. While a mere four dollar or so difference, I contacted them via email and received absolutely no response. This will be one the and only time I order from them, customers be weary, if you have issues youre stuck with them. I expected better service and was disappointed, hopefully the right item actually shows up.
