This store has the nastiest bathrooms I’ve ever seen in my life! It literally looked like the nasty bathrooms you see in scary movies! You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in days!

No registers were open..only customer service. Clean store. Wide selection. I will say the firearms employee could use more training...horrible muzzle control, handled firearms like it was a video game, slamming slides ect. I walked away from purchasing a firearm due to the vibe I got from the guy trying to be cool with display firearms.

Shoe selection has decreased considerably. Very disappointed. Workers more focused on phones than making sure everything is organized. Disappointed.

Came in July 5th to purchase a few items there was only 2 registered open and they were only taking cards we waited in line for 10mins until we were told that register only took card and not cash mind you Im disabled on crutches that we had to wait another 5mins at customer to check out just to use cash this was a great inconvenience especially for someone who is disabled I may pay more at a small independent store but at least Ill get treated right and my cash will greatly be accepted and not be an inconvenience we will not ever be back in another Academy again if my cash is an inconvenience to you then my business will be considered an inconvenience in which small independent stores who care will get my business

Came in to buy some sunglasses ..stood at the counter for about 15min. Watched guy help people that were not in front of me waiting and then he left the counter never to be seen again ...watched several other employees walking around behind the counter doing nothing and sure as hell not helping me.. .....Bottom line your losing money due to employees not paying attention to customers waiting ..I will be going some where else for my shades..thanx for the big dis.

Had a terrible experience today the 7th of April at 7:45 p.m. We were trying to buy an exercise equipment. After being left standing for up to 30 minutes, nobody showed up to help us. You can do better at your customer service. Would not recommend.

Clean, well stocked in just about everything except the firearms and ammunition depth. Not a single, solitary employee said a word to me as I walked through the entire store.

Sadly the lines were terribly slow at checkout, and after standing there so long I thought about leaving without my item. After I finally got to the check out counter I was told they were not accepting cash at that bay...maybe a sign or something is needed to warn customers of this before they waste their Saturday in endless lines.

The sales staff told me that they were going to have certain product in on their delivery. When I got to the store, and after waiting an hour in line, it turns out they never had any of the product that the salesman told me that they would have. its getting to be a regular occurrence with this store.

A few days after Christmas I took my oldest granddaughter shopping we had a wonderful experience things were not marked as being cheaper but got to register and they were such a great surprise.

Not what we wanted

This place was packed today. The check out line was extremely long with not enough registers open and many of the shelves were empty in the area I was looking at. I am sure it has to do with the holidays but I left the items I planned to buy due to how long the line was.

I bought a flat top grill for father’s day and went to pick it up and did not realize that it came assembled already. The staff went back in the store to look for one in a box because I had taken my suv to pick it up in and would not have room for it if it was assembled but they did not have one in stock. The staff was amazing and worked their magic to fit it in, I had my daughter in her car seat and they worked around that to get the grill in there without compromising my daughter’s safety or space! Thank you so much!
