Xfinity sale was all the way across town people didnt have a way to get to it

Bought service.Found out I was supposed to get (500$ ) for switching phone and adding Internet to my home after the fact and now I get no answer!!!Im not happy and I except for this to be resolved or I will keep.on to a different provider.

My home security service went out at very late hours. I called several times, hoping to get to speak with a live agent. My attempts had failed. I got up this morning ready to be stern in my tone with whomever answered. (I would not have been disrespectful) I have worked in a similar industry so I understand, COMMON COURTESY! Well, to my surprise, EVERYONE that I spoke with was very helpful. Two people in particular. I am sure you all can look up the agents info and relay a message of gratitude from me. His name is, Bill. Bill got me an appointment today. I called him at 8:00 and my appointment was set between the hours of 10:00-12:00. Well, to my surprise, a technician was at my home at 9:30!!! The irony is, his name is Bill! Bill Hastings, to be exact! He is not the same guy though. Mr. Hastings was in out within an hour. He left before 10:30!!! He was prompt, thorough, and courteous. We even chatted about our furbabies!!! I thanked him for his prompt arrival because I didnt realize how safe this system made me feel until there was a glitch. By the way, a low battery was the culprit. lol
