This guy is BEYOND unprofessional and his manager is an absolute ANGEL not to have fired the ignorant fool.When I came in he was texting behind the counter and reluctant to help a PAYING customer and when he did he was rude AND WRONG and refused to admit his faults. I asked for a manager and he STILL choose to verbally engage in a VERY disrespectful manner.

I visit the Momentum Pawn on 09/28/2019 I was greeting with smiles offer a lot of help I had more options to choose from and their all was helpful to me I look at rings,guns, tvs,tools and more i love the environment and the employees that was in the store yes joyful people and willing to help you with payments and all yes i give them the high 5 if its was 10 they couldve gotten a 10

Went to pick up my PS4 and after I got it home I discovered that a piece on the back had been broken off but that was my fault for not checking but they usually show you your stuff is in good condition before leaving the store and I also only have one controller since Im the only one who plays on the system so why are there two dual shock controllers on my system. do they make it a practice of playing people stuff?🤔 I wont be doing any more business with them but if you decide to make sure you take pictures of your possessions and check your item before leaving the store

Friendly staff and good pricing. I knocked it one star because it was a little disorganized (even by pawn shop standards).I would happily do business with them again.

I was sold an expensive camera but when I got home the lenses they sold me was zoomed in about 30-50 feet. I do YouTube videos so a zoomed lense does me NO GOOD. I specifytd them this information upfront. I called the store for a solution and all the manager stated was there is nothing he can do because “he doesn’t have spare parts and he can only give me half of what I paid for the camera” I was also told that the camera can connect to WiFi to transfer pictures and videos but it DOES NOT! Such a scam and waste of time and money!

I came on a couple of days ago and one lady( frandreca) was looking at me strange like she knew me. Later on I was threatened on fb to come back to the pawn shop to fight her. I don’t know who she thought I was but I still don’t know what the issue is.The one star is for the variety of things in the store. Zero stars for her endangering your business because everyone won’t turn the other cheek as I’ve done.

Giving it one star only because the white lady, Angie, is rude as hell! I really had to step back and take a deep breath before I did something I regretted! When that evil spawn isnt there, Momentum is a great place to shop and the rest of the staff is professional and kind. Ill be utilizing the Terry Road store moving forward.
