Ive always used Penneys for clothes and suits. Yesterday I went into the store in Jackson TN for underwear. I left without purchasing anything, the displays were a mess, nothing was where it should be and when I found the size I was looking for it seemed all the packages had been open or was returns. Ive always thought Id Penneys as a upper end store. Yesterday I felt like I was in a liquidation clearance store. Not sure Ill go back

We got a great buy on a new comforter set. I hope this store stays open. I truly prefer to do business with people.

The staff was very nice. My only complaint is that you have to go to a check out point to do in store pick up and the clerk has to be the one to go get it. So if the clerk is gone people are waiting in line until they get back.

It was good no waiting in line, the cashier was very friend and waited until I pull up my coupon on line.

Plenty of clothing and fragrance options. Only had two register stations open but the clerks working them were highly efficient,polite and helpful!

JCPenney seems to be one step ahead of most retail shops. They have a great selection of cloths and home items. One of my favorite places to go and get gifts as well as my own items. There customer service department is helpful as well.

Very nice associates in the store. Had a smile on their faces and greeted you like they were really glad to see you. Displays looked classy and store sparkled. Bathroom was clean and up to date. We enjoyed looking around and will be back.

My favorite place to shop. Always good deals. Penneys is the only dept. store that carries plus sizes for girls. Junior sizes are a little grown for little girls who arent teenagers yet. Thats why I will always be loyal customer.

We got 3 shirts and a pair of pants for only 40 dollars which was amazing. Great service, the cashier joked with us and got us great deals. Also there are so many sales on everything from pants to prom dresses. Its a great place. i recommend it.

I really like JCP. Its kind of sad to see the brick and mortar stores going away. Busy shoppers bustling with packages and nice clerks checking people out with a have a nice day. It was an experience I will always remember.

They didnt have different styles a pants where they flare out around the feet the ankles they needed different styles of pants for all ages and size

Good quality clothing. I like it because they carry petites which is hard to find in this area of small towns. The down side is the store is cluttered and over crowded. Could be layed out better.

Wish this store had a location out of the mall. I bet it would get more business if it was. Love JCP but cant stand the old hickory mall.

No operator to answer the line. No one in Home department answered phone. This is why these stores are failing. No customer service. One cannot talk to a brick wall.

Love to shop JCPENNY online. I was there returning some work boots I bought the wrong size for my son. But unfortunately they had no acceptable mens work boots in store. So back online I went. They have beautiful clothes and linens and house hold items in store but not Mens Hiking boots or Work boots.

Frankie & I drive 70 miles to Jackson to JCPenney because our JCPenney store closed last year. Always have a great shopping experience every visit. We were there last time on Wed Feb 13, 2019 for my daughters birthday who also lives in Jackson...bought her a Samsung TV! Donna and the other ladies in appliances were super great and very friendly & helped us with everything we needed. My daughter picked up her TV the next day with no problems!

My wife was looking for new tennis shoes - went to lots of shoe stores only to be disappointed with their selections - thought wed give Penneys a shot and sure glad we did! She found 2 pairs she loved and for the same price we would have had to pay at the shoe stores!

Needed a good bra....so they did a bra fitting and helped me find a few bras in my price range

I love JCPENNEYS, I worked there years ago. A great place to store shop. JC Penneys must always remain as a shop in department store, lets all shop there and support their local stores.

Picking up was quick but your online ordering is disasterious I had to call 17 times no departments ever answer their phones not even cs i was on the phone for 4 hrs just to get 1 item Sears went out of business you could to I hope this changes because I do like buying from jcpenny

My visit to JCPEENYS was great the staff there were nice, kind and had great patience. Almost everything caught my eyes and my over rate of this store. Is 5 stars you never get bored but rather the staffs are helpful and great.

Overall this store is above average. Theyve always helped us get the best deal by making sure were using the coupon that saves the most money. Staff has changed over the years and seems to be more helpful than in years past. My only complaint is more on an organization side of how they post prices. Sometimes the price youre looking for is buried under other prices of similar items (ie. bedsheet sets.) This is one of the few stores in the mall that carry bigger sizes.

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! I had 2 pair of pants bought by my mother, but they didnt fit and she bought them in Aug. Hoping for anything, no matter how little the amount, I might get something. Luckily my mother used paypal. The pants were normally $19 a piece. The tag was attached to the pants. The pants I wanted we normally $50, but 2 pair after coupon could be bought for $45. So the lady at the returns desk found the pants I wanted for exact exchange, even though there had been a $10 discount on the original account AND she was able to get the shipped to my house with premium shipment. I went in on Monday. She said it might be there by Friday and I got them on Wed!!!!! Thank you Jcpenney! I totally recommend the Jackson, TN store!!

Jcp has always been my favorite place to shop. However, the Old Hickory Mall location in Jackson, TN is no longer a nice looking store. I went there a couple of days ago, and was shocked at how everything was in a disarray. The store was just trashed. Unheard of from when I used to shop there frequently. Their prices seem to be much higher than before, but the service I encountered from the male cashier was less than satisfactory. Not happy at all.

Great holiday sales and very friendly staff.

Plus Department is terrible now. Shoved in corner by shoes. Lack of variety. Hardly carry and Alfred Dunner which I purchase often. I will no longer shop there until Plus Department is improved as it used to be great.
