I initially took my HP All-In-One to Best B*Y, where they said it would be done in about a week, but nine days later, they hadnt even started working on it! I needed my computer for business, so I snagged it back from them, got a refund, and took it to PC Solutions. They are very professional and friendly, fixed my computer issue right away and for WAY less than the other placed charged. I will definitely use their services in the future and I highly recommend PC Solutions!

They are extremely knowledgeable. I had a great experience during my time there. I would take my computer there for service, I cannot give a higher recommendation than that. They made my transition from a crashed old computer to a new one easy. I took my old one in, they transferred everything over, and restored my data on my new computer. They were definitely helpful. The people were super nice and honestly some of the best customer service Ive experienced in a while. They had exactly what I was looking for at a really good price, which is great when youre trying to set up your rig and not wanting to wait at least 2 days when ordering from Amazon. AMAZING!!! I went in with a gaming pc that was all sorts of messed up it needed a mother board, new processor, and new ram. I was previously working with a dell motherboard, intel i7 3rd gen, and 28 gb of ram ddr3 I offered them make it better than where it stands for no more than $800 and oh my gosh they made this thing a beast its now got an asus prime h740plus mother board, intel i5 10th gen (oh yeah) and 32 gb of ram ddr4 (oh yeah) i couldnt ask for a better pc for right now definitely coming back for future upgrades thanks guys

Laptop was having an issue with the horizontal lines on the screen. Took over a month to diagnose the issue and to fix. Barely a day later and the issue is still happening on top of an occasional black screen now. To say Im irritated is an understatement.

Oh man, PC Solutions is the solution for your quick fix for a computer. I didnt have to wait long to hear that my computer was fixed, it happened in a blink of an eye. Also the safe there was so nice, I really appreciate nice customer service. Great Place!

Not very responsive. Kept putting me off regarding when work would be done. Computer was worse off when they finished with it than when I brought it in for repair. Internet connectivity was enabled and functioning when I brought it in. When they returned it and I paid $400 for repair internet connectivity was lost. I had to hound them to even find out when the work would be done, and they kept changing the day it would be completed. The worst computer repair service I have ever used.

This was a easy and fast correction of the problems on my PC, power cord and malware, etc....Yeah!!

I had a problem with my laptop just shutting off on its own. I was afraid my entire laptop might need replaced. PC solutions was able to find the problem quickly, they even let me use my laptop while the part was waiting to be shipped. It takes a few weeks to get everything in order, but the service was professional on all levels. Would go to again.

First, I had waited a year to even schedule an appointment with P.C. Solutions. After scheduling to hook up my printer, I realized ALL of the other things I needed help getting connected: my Echo Dot, connect Netflix to my TV, as well as my Roku Stick too. Danielle arrived - and the three dogs gave her a thunderous, and persistent welcome! She was not the least put off by their noise, and attention seeking maneuvers. She handled the printer hookup efficiently and quickly - and even hooked up my phone so I will be able to send documents to the printer from that too. Ive had Netflix, but only on my Chromebook - she was able to get Netflix and my Roku Stick hooked up to my television - pair my remote(??), and tell me what I had to do in response to a message I was occasionally receiving at the bottom of my tv screen too. Danielle just as efficiently set up my Echo Dot - and Alexa and I can talk! Because I am so lacking in technical skills, and due to a few phone conversations I have had with a variety of HELP Desk personnel, who were anything but; - it is both overwhelming and confusing for me - and I admit, I am more than a little embarrassed that I havent figured out some of this tech on my own.Danielle was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient finishing each job I had for her. I truly commend her for her ability as well as her manner, she was not the least bit condescending - and easily sorted through my password issues too. I was having a problem regarding my Facebook account, indicating I had been hacked. I am not real familiar with this, but was very concerned as how to deal with this issue. I called a bogus Facebook number that informed I needed to go to Wal-Mart and purchase a Google play card.....I also talked to a friend and she said that sounds very fishy. Long story short, she advised me to contact PC Solutions. All I can say is they are wonderful. They even have me come in and they would help me. My experience with this company has been horrible! Everything I was told on the phone in terms of how long it would take for my repairs (of a cracked screen on my laptop) to the cost was different once I actually got my laptop to them. They never called me with a quote despite me calling 3 times asking about it. Finally I decided to pick my computer up to take my business elsewhere, I requested for a manager to call me to discuss my horrible experience. It has been over a week and I still have yet to hear from Diana who is the manager. I do Not recommend this place!!

Had blue screens on my computer occur after my works tech support attached Kapersky to my start menu. PC solutions did a great job to fix my restart issues and permanently removed my blue screens which occurred when I turned on my computer.

I had problems with my iMac and was pretty sure the hard drive was failing with it locking up and the spinning wheel of death on my screen. I took it to Best Buy and was told they could not fix it. I took it to PC solutions, fully expecting an expensive hard drive repair bill or for them to tell me it was junk. I was so surprised to receive a phone call with the news my hard drive was ok and it just needed a tune up to remove some spyware, $39.00 plus my $65 bench cost....wow!! Many businesses would have charged me for a new hard drive and not been honest with the simple fix it really needed. Thank you PC Solutions for your business integrity!

Drove 20 miles to have my computer diagnosed, arrived at pc solutions after being charged an express bench fee of 90$ only for them to tell me that my legal copy of Windows 7 through Baker college they could not use and I would have to pay 200$ for a legal copy which is only 90$ on top of the 90$ then time and a half for everything else! DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!
