Online it shows that the store is open until 7pm but when we showed up it was dark and closed down with no explanation on the gate. Should have some type of note saying they are closed or put online so people do not waste their time coming into the store. We walk so its not very convenient.

I love gamestop. They have very friendly and helpful staff. I believe his name is Terry. He helped me find a game that fits me. Im a very picky gamer too. They have a very clean and easy to access store.

Its a nice place to pick up games but, nothing ever changes. Same layout same games. The customer service is always great. Prices are still very high. A new used game is only $5 less, plus doesnt have any special downloadable content. If they lowered their prices about 50%. It would be alot better. More people would come to the store for deals. Do down the road to Disc Traders. They give more for trade ins and games cost less.

With the times being what they are, my son and I were in the store and an employee was helping us and answering questions about a few games we had. Another customer came in and was very rude. The employee handled it very well and all I have to say is I feel for him as he was treated unfairly for doing his job.

The store clerks are always there to help you find the best deals. So far the store has always had what I wanted in stock.

The gamestop in Jackson (MI) is a great place. You can find the most common items related to gaming there. (As all other gamestop locations.) Xbox, Nintendo, Playstation. If its current generation, you can find it there.

Higher prices than other local places, looks like they have a lot of games, but are sold out of most. Went looking for a xbox one controller to no avail, went to a local place that had at least 8.

I bought a steam card for $100 they can’t give me my money back they won’t help and they cannot give me a new card something is going on in that store someone’s not doing their job right

I get it, I am a 54 year old woman wandering into a video game store. However, I walked around that store for 20 minutes and not one employee even said hello to me. Maybe I am not the demographic they are shooting for.

Many of us are familiar with the jokingly unfair pricing practices of GameStop as a cooperation. Many of us in Jackson are forced to ignore the poor business practices, because GameStop is basically the only game store we have. They must be aware of this, because the employees are incredibly rude and have no speech filters.
