Great place for coffee and awesomely friendly staff. They have your tried and true classics and a choice of baked good to go along with your drink. They have some unique creations such as a lavender latte which I definitely recommend trying it with oat milk.

Staff is always sweet but my order is often wrong.Today, my friend had way too much flavor in hers and mine lacked flavor pump.(Last time I received whole milk instead of almond so my tummy was quite upset. And I paid extra for the almond milk and xtra flavor pump I didn’t receive.)Lids were also not secured so when I got in my car, my lid popped off and my coffee spilled all over my fabric seats. There was a puddle of coffee on my passenger seat.Attention to order detail and secure lids, please.

Very disappointing using Toast online ordering app. Two days in a row my order wasn’t prepped or ready when I got there and had to ask barista if order was even in the queue, both times it was not. To top it off drink was made with whole milk not skim as ordered in app today. Asked server and she said sorry we don’t make drinks ordered online until customer arrives. ????....answer seems counterintuitive and defeats the point of ordering ahead of time on app. Could of had my drink made faster and been out the door had I just ordered at register.

Cups is a home grown coffee shop with the resources of a strong corporation as they have grown over the years. Fondren location has the vibe of the area which is artsy and eclectic. Great coffee and tea with decent pastry. Plenty of seating for large groups to hang out or study.

Literally my most favorite coffee shop. The smells, the vibes, the staff, the coffee! I spent many years here studying during college and grad school, any many more hanging with friends. I moved away from Mississippi 4 years ago, but I always stop by Cups in Fondren on my way through to visit family. Wish I could bring one to Atlanta!

I really appreciate the efforts made at Cups to keep us all safe during the covid19 epidemic. Tables are spaced and the very friendly staff were masked. You guys are an excellent example for others to follow and my blended Blondie with a shot of espresso was AMAZING! Keep up the good work guys!!!

You see, I always order frappes. This place seems to get it. It has to be a certain raitio on all ingredients bring out the flavor in each one. If its a bit more of one I can tell. Every blue moon its a bit sweet but that is not often so I think that anyone who loves fresh coffee should come here.

Rude employees. Victoria Had an attitude the entire time refused to talk to us with any respect. The management needs to do some serious employee evaluations they didn’t make our coffee correctly either.

I will go out of my way to come to this Cups! They always take care of me. I order cold brew with espresso ice cubes and that is exactly what I get! They never put regular ice in it unlike other Cups I have gone to. I buy coffee for work a lot and they are always around to help me with any questions I have regarding taste or strength of the bean. Love the yogurt parfait! Nice place to hang out and do so work or homework. Plenty of places to sit and relax!

I really enjoyed my Americano. The staff were friendly and the place had really nice ambiance and lighting. It would be so nice if they used paper or compostable coffee cups instead of styrofoam!! :(

I’m so impressed by this place. The blondie latte is really good even though I generally don’t like white chocolate. I loved the artistic touches and more “open” viewpoints here - which I guess is common in Fondren? Either way it made me very happy. I especially love the sustainable products.

The best coffee in Jackson hands down. People typically say the Fondren location is best, and that is the one I live closest to and frequent, but all of the locations have had similar quality. The staff here are great, care about their product, and always make a real effort to make me feel welcomed and appreciated.

I love the aesthetic! The drinks are great, and the pastries are delicious! I dont recommend trying to find a place to sit on a weekend, they tend to be ridiculously busy!Open to late hours, very calm and quiet, a great place to study.

Amazing coffee and friendly people. This location is my favorite to sit for a few hours and just enjoy the atmosphere. They’re also really great at not making you feel like you have to be a coffee expert to order.

I really wanted to love this place - & I do in so many ways - but in 2020 I really frown upon styrofoam cups. Especially seeing customers microwaving the styrofoam! Props to the cafe for using paper straws, maybe different cups next time?

Thank the lawd, Cups has dark roast and great Americanos. My roommate grabs my coffee from here pretty much every day and loves the staff. Also a great place to randomly run into interesting people.

The recently renovated Cups is a really neat place to grab coffee and study. A lot of students go to Cups and it has a great atmosphere. They are also very student friendly with their student discount on medium coffee of the day.

Great staff. White Chocolate mocha, extra shot. 6 bucks, large.

Cups has a great tea selection with plenty of room to stay a while and read/write/study. The art for sale on the walls is a nice touch. The one drawback is that the prices are quite steep.

Great place to grab a quick cup of coffee on the run, or sit and work on your laptop for a couple of hours. Coffee drinks and teas are the best in town.

Staff love to remind you how much better they are than Starbucks but if youve ever been to a cafe in Australia then the only difference youll notice between them is paper vs styrofoam. Its not bad but its nothing amazing and absolutely overpriced.

I was recently in Jackson from out of town for a family reunion and had some free time. I came across Cups and was intrigued. What a great place! Very pleasant atmosphere with good drinks. The staff were all very friendly. Better than Starbucks! I wish they had Cups in Las Vegas, where I live.!

The best Cups location Ive been to. The baristas here are incredibly friendly and very knowledgable about their products.Fondren Cups also has the most well stocked selection of bagged beans; that they will also grind for you to whatever coarseness you desire.

I drink and have drank coffee from far an wide and through many coffee companies.. Cups is my benchmark for standards when Im away from home.They make a FINE coffee.

Ill be honest, I want so badly to review cups below Sneaky Bean. The trouble is, the more I think of it, the more I realize cups in Fondren is just the other local coffee spot. The prices arent very different and both are stocked with unique goodies. What truly makes cups special is the fact that theyre open after SB. This might seem inconsequential but consider the fact that med students cranking late through the night have a comfortable quiet place to study until late. In short, the coffee is great, the baristas are good. At the end of the day, this place is just constructed better for study.

The baristas are the most experienced and consistent I have come In Contact with. I have been pleased with all the products. I believe I have tried each of the coffee blends and drinks as well as the teas. I am a huge coffee snob and know my brew so Im not easily satisfied w mediocre. i have lived in 10 states and travel frequently visiting a coffee shop everywhere I go, this particular coffee shop is my favorite in the country. This cups also has various gifts coffee and tea items and supplies you can purchase. I stock up each month for home and send gifts to fries around the country. If your not sure what you want or to order the staff is well educated and enjoy taking g the time to teach and share. This cups is the first store opened for the franchise.

This small location doesnt get the traffic it deserves. Despite all the offices downtown, theres not a lot of foot traffic and thats too bad because this place (all the locations, really) serve some top-notch coffee and tea.Once I realized it was here, connected by a sky-bridge to the Marriott, I made it a stop on my daily morning itinerary. I like my coffee straight, but my associates appreciate the more frou frou drinks and all were very tasty.

Im only dropping a star because of the price. As far as products go, CUPS Fondren is my favorite. I bring every out-of-town guest by here at least once. I have to watch my carb intake and they have great options to switch out and make the drinks something I can enjoy and not worry about how badly they will affect my blood sugar.

Great place. Nice atmosphere. Coffee is great, I have practically all but turned my back to Starbucks when in Jackson. Their lounge area is very coffee shop hipster. Wifi sucks, but hey, its free. Friendly and talkative baristas. I bring my dog and sit on the porch (make sure you have them leashed) and theyve offered him ice and water several times. Love it.
