My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Dawn was very knowledgeable on items in the store. Also, she gave information about the best places to visit in the surrounding area. She went above and beyond to make us feel we were at home at our local Harley store!

Great little store. Nice selection of T-shirt’s and of course grabbed some poker chips for friends. The sales lady gave great advice on Yellowstone and where to eat in the area.

Walked in the door first thing in the morning and was greeted with an offer for coffee. What a pleasant lady to chat with. More than the obvious merchandise we chatted for awhile and she was extremely helpful with knowledge of the area as we were visitors in town. My second visit there and always satisfied!!

We pulled in to the parking lot and Dawn greeted us with cold bottles of water. She always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcomed!This store has a great selection of apparel, although they were low on my size! Just the incentive I need to lose weight!We love the store and are very grateful for Dawn and her hospitality!

I very seldom write reviews but this Harley clothing shop is the BEST! I don’t even have a Harley but if in Jackson this is a MUST stop. Dawn is just an unbelievable person! She and Janelle are a great team. They make you feel more like a friend than a customer. They will answer any questions you may have about their Harley clothing, the area or the best places to tour or eat. Please stop in and support a wonderful business and a couple wonderful ladies!!

Woman behind the counter was pretty rude. They were sold out of shirts. When I asked, she said we sell more than shirts with that crabby tone. Since I dont need leather chaps while on vacation, I left. Good customer service? Not here...

I just called to see about getting some apparel from Jackson WY, not happening. Chick was so blah, rude and so not caring. I must be really stupid, I thought you were supposed to want to sell things at these tourist traps. Crazy, I would have paid for some clothing from here. Yeah I said paid, because the prices here are rediculous! Not for true riders!

Id been riding for 5 hours and decided to make Jackson an overnight stop before going through Yellowstone. I stopped by the Harley store and the Sales Girl asked where I was heading. I said Cody Wyoming tomorrow. She said youre going NOW or youll be here for a week waiting for the snow to clear. That saved me from a week down time and lots of hotel money. It was another 5 hours to get through the park with the rain but worth it. Cant thank her enough!! Great staff at Harley Jackson Hole.

We was greeted with a cold bottle of water when we arrived after our ride. I feel so bad not getting the two employees names that were working but they were so helpful (Saturday 6-26-21)!!! We even watch her stop traffic so other riders could get out on the road again❤️❤️❤️

One of the best Harley dhops we have ever visited. Dawn greeted us at the door with a cold bottle of water, assisted with finding t shirts then gave us pointers to local eateries.

They did not have what we needed but very friendly and helpful. Clean with sales and good place to walk around in.

Had a good time in Jackson, WY but had a great time at the Harley store! They had a big selection of apparel and the employees were very nice. My wife and I are planning a trip back up to Jackson next year and we will definitely stop at the Harley Davidson store.

A nice little store to pick up a souvenir from Jackson Hole. Not many bike parts but if you need a T-shirt, lose a bandana or wear a hole in her gloves this is the place the has the HD logo.

We stopped in from out of town while on vacation. The woman at the counter was rude the whole time we were in the store. My husband and I have been riding our own Harleys for over 20 years and have visited a lot of Harley locations. This one is at the bottom of my list.

Dawn has got to be one of most favorite people ever! She always greets us and the door with a big hug and remembers is even if we havent been in for a couple months. She knows my size and hold thing she thinks Id like aside. She keeps such a good selection in stock and the store is always so clean! She even will recommend fun places to eat or drink around town! We love going to Jackson for a day trip and always visit her when we do! Go check out their new selection of logos for Jackson on the back, she worked very hard and they all look amazing!

While on vacation in early August we made a point of stopping by Jackson Hole and the dealership. We were greeted by Dawn and her co-worker welcoming us to the dealership. We were made to feel very comfortable upon our arrival. After making our purchases we were told that we could leave our bikes and grab a bite to eat.While we were gone you would have never known it but Jackson Wy. had not had rain for a month. Shortly thereafter a storm moved in and there was no more a shortage of rain. Much to our surprise when we arrived back at the store Dawn had taken the initiative to go out and remove our helmets prior to the rain and brought them inside.We could not have been happier. We so much appreciated her help and friendliness as it made our visit a very positive experience. We look forward to our next trip to town to see our new friend.

Stopped in to buy a HD. Not a motorcycle in sight. I guess Harley Davidson is opening franchise T-Shirt stores all over? Anyways, Dawn, was extremely nice and friendly. We did buy some merch, of course! So if your shopping for some HD attire and your in or near Jackson, this is the place! If you want service, parts or a scoot, Dawn said the closest is Idaho Falls.

Loads of bikes in town and not one at this store, I soon found out why! Probably the least exciting HD store Ive ever been in. Full of empty displays and bored staff, Im wondering how this place is still open. There were plenty of 2XL shirts to go around, good luck finding a medium or a large.

Came into this store while visiting the city of Jackson Hole. The manager was very helpful and extremely nice. Not only did she help me pick out a new sweatshirt, she helped us to decide a place for dinner so we had a locals view on the food of the area.

Dawn at Chester’s was awesome. Went there looking for riding pants but Unfortunately they don’t sell them. She took the time to look through a couple catalogs for me and then checked out the roads on the Beartooth bypass to see how the conditions were.

This was a nice cozy HD store with a good selection of apparel and is in a great location. If you are passing through definitely take the time to stop in a great some poker chips or a t-shirt!

Picked up a shirt for my brother. I raced at the highest level of professional dirt track racing and always get him a shirt at a Harley shop where I visit.

We like to stop in the HD stores where ever we go. Nice staff, nice location.

Staff was very unhelpful and snooty. My husband used another word but I thought I would be nice since this is a public forum. This is basically a tourist H-D and all their products and shirts were way overpriced. We have been traveling from the East Coast from Maryland to Washington State and try to visit all the Harley-Davidsons in our route. By far this was the most expensive and most unfriendly location out of all of them. Even their Collector Dealer Chips are more expensive. Jackson Hole, WY is a very cute town and it was neat to get a H-D shirt with the town on the back but we are use to friendlier service and lower prices even in tourist areas.

It basically functions as a tourist trap. No place for bike service, not many necessary parts or bike products and no bikes on premises. This is an extension store for merchandising only. If your on the road and experiencing a problem with your bike go elsewhere, but not Buffalo Bills HD in Cody it is also a merchandising outlet in a tourist town.

It is a T Shirt and leather shop, not a motorcycle shop. They do not sell any parts, bikes, helmets, or serious gear

Had no intention of making a purchase, but the lady was a great sales person and ended up leaving with shirts and hats for the kids. If this is what the primary dealership in Idaho Falls is like then you gotta make a bike purchase from them.
