Went to Verizon to see about switching from T-mobile/Sprint and getting new phones and I have to say Jon-west was awesome. He went all out to set me up with 2 new phones. He took his time to explain Verizon service plans and what phones work best for me in my price range. I also got a discount on phone cases and screen protections. I did spend a little more than I wanted; however, it is all worth it! Jon-west gave me great customer services that you just dont see these days. I would and will tell people who had Sprint and now stuck with crapping service from T-mobile to go to Verizon. Jon deserves a bonus or something...he was just amazing!😃

Excellent service at this location! Thank you! My favorite location to go to in Jackson. The first time I went to this location was last summer and I had a mountain of things to change along with questions. On top of all of it, was giving my daughter my old phone for her first phone. He was patient and got everything done in no time. Then 8 months later- called ahead to see what my options were for a durable phone for my daughter (as she had already broke the other phone) and Jordan was happy to help. They only had one of the phones he suggested left and he set it aside so I could pick it up when I could get there. Just all around happy with the each experience!

The staff from the Verizon store located in 102 S. Brown St., Jackson MI were all amazing! Morgan helped to give me a great deal on a new phone. He bent over backwards to figure out a way I could afford the phone I needed. Steve really worked hard to help me set up my new phone and teach me how to begin to use it. Alexis was friendly and hooked me up with a really great app. Frank was an excellent manager, and a funny guy too. Peggy and I didn’t get a chance to speak, but I could tell from the way she conversed with customers over the phone that she is very good at what she does. All of the staff were friendly, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and engaging. I love my new phone and these people made buying it a whole lot of fun!

I had a 10 a.m. appointment which I made online. The young man who waited on me was so very patient and understood all of my questions about the upcoming purchase as well as really understanding what my needs were.There were numerous people waiting and Jordan took the time to appropriately check in with each one of them as well as monitoring if people were adhering to the mask requirement.He completed my purchase and the transferring of my data to one of my new phones in what I felt was efficient speed.I was surprised that this salesperson was working alone in the store at 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning. There were at least 5 people waiting in line at 10 a.m. Several people saw the line up of customers and left.Additionally, sign on the door indicated that the store had masks.....which Jordan indicated to one customer that they were out.Jordan was polite to those who wanted to respond negatively regarding the mask policy.I was very pleased that masks are required .Jordan scored high marks.Christine D. I chose to go to this store because my regular store had an emergency. I am so glad I did because I had to purchase a new phone. Peggy waited on me and was very acknowledgable and very nice. My experience today with Verizon was great! Any questions I had on the S20 phones I was interested in were answered better than I expected which made my decision on getting the S20+ easy. I was waited on while he was taking care of 2 other customers. He didnt make me wait at all he just was really good at multitasking. I was in and out in about an hour!

An update on my review from 2 days ago. I went from having a really bad experience at this store to having the District Manager taking care of my issue. Dan Foley was very helpful and understanding of the whole issue. The four stars go to him, its sad that it took him to come to the store after so long and so many hours and trips to the store, to have my issue resolved. Ive been a Verizon customer for over a decade now, and was seriously thinking on making the switch to the blue bell company if the problem persisted.I really appreciate Dans help, and hope that there is more training to the employees at the store, with the exception of Nate, he really tried to help us out, but since he wasnt the one who opened our business account there wasnt much for him to do.Thank you

Steven Farr was wonderful. He explained things well, was patient and did not pressure us. I would recommend this store to anyone. He more than met our needs and we had fun in the process. We actually went home to think things over and went back to finish the deal. We are more than satisfied and feel we can call or go back any time for help. The Verizon associates Alexis and Steven were great to work with. Alexis was the main seller, she found me a great deal on a lovely Moto z4 and 2G plan. During the selling process she explained features of the phone, features of the plan, explained how I could activate a participating employer discount (through UPS), and wrote all necessary information and instructions down so I would have them on hand at home if needed. While on hold with my previous cellular service (so I could maintain my previous number) it was a lot of fun chatting with her and her coworker Steven. When she had a question about something she was unfamiliar with he would chime in and provide the answer. It was overall a great experience and I highly recommend this Verizon location and their service.

TODAY changed that due to one EXTRAORDINARY wireless consultant--MORGAN. This young man spent 2 hours patiently assisting me. He went through my bill, saving me over $100 a month on unwanted services. Morgan also patiently and respectfully answered my myriad of [stupid] questions. What an ANGEL!!! I have always been very pleased with the services provided. They are willing to transfer your old phone settings to your new phone for you (the Verizon store doesn’t do that anymore). The transfer takes a while but it’s worth it. They are always very friendly and able to answer questions.

The person who helped me did an outstanding job. Another associate off to the side making comments about how old the device I had was less than appreciated, as well as his comments about a memory card not accepting app Data was incorrect. I really shouldnt know more than the people selling me the merchandise.

Left AT&T after 24 years service, stopped in Verizon to see what they had to offer. Steve was absolutely amazing. There wasnt any question he couldnt answer and he went above and beyond anything that I expected.

My experience with Chris at Verizon was excellent. He was so helpful in setting up my iPhone. He went above and beyond. When I arrived to the location an employee was parked in front of the handicap entrance. The handicap entrance at this location is in the back of the store. I am in a wheelchair and I find this appalling. All that worker had to do is drive 5 more feet and would have been actually in a parking spot. Really how lazy and rude can people get? The do not park in front of a handicapped entrance a law for a reason. OBEY IT!!!

03/27/2021 I went to this store for a new phone. I didnt care about updates just wanted a new phone. The salesman sold me a 2020 phone. He didnt tell me, I found out when ordering a case for it. He puts a gel screen protector on it without asking if I wanted it. I thought he was throwing it in until I got the bill. $59.00. The bill also had a $40.00 restocking fee on it. Restocking?

I was convinced by a sales person to upgrade my wireless home telephone router. I informed her that this looked exactly like the one I had at home. She said it will work better and has updated data on it. Later I find out Both these statements were false. Kicker I go to return free upgrade. The very next day I am astounded that I now have to pay them $35.00 to return it. Do not get sucked into this. The BBB of Michigan will be notified of shady business practices here. Poor customer service. Falsifying products that actually dont work any better. Charging customer a fee to return merchandise that they do not need or desire. Return in less then 24 hrs.
